A/N: I know it's been a minute since I updated this book and I apologize. Hopefully this one makes up for it. :)

"Chestnuts Roasting"

It's a cold and snowy Christmas Eve. Larry and Laurent are on their way to La Croix du Vieux...a splendid log cabin resort just outside of Paris where they will spend their first Christmas as a couple together. Laurent's had this trip planned for weeks now but it was a total surprise for Larry. In fact, he just found out the day before and as Laurent hoped they would Larry's eyes lit up. It was moments like those and seeing Larry's bright smile that Laurent lived for. His life's mission is to make Larry happy and he's happy indeed. The streets are pretty clear and free of snow as Laurent drives along but the grounds are filled with beautiful, white snow so they're excited to see what the grounds of the resort look like. They imagine that as they look out into the environment there will be a long field of untouched snow allowing some fun playtime between the two of them. Laurent smiles to himself at that thought then he suddenly has the urge to look over at Larry because, well, he's beautiful for one and he can look at him all day if he could but the look of excitement never seemed to leave his face the moment Laurent told him about this trip. Larry's head is down and his attention is on his tablet. Laurent isn't sure exactly what's on the screen...but whatever it is brings him joy because his smile is spread wide. Laurent always adored that sweet child like innocence to him and if he isn't driving he's completely absorbing it. Then he remembers that it's going to be just the two of them for the next two days so he's able to gaze at him for as long as his heart desires. He takes a quick look at the time and realizes that they will be arriving at their destination shortly so he put his attention back on the road...patiently yet anxiously awaiting the look on Larry's face when they finally arrive...

Laurent stops by the office on the property to check in and get the keys then makes the trek up the hill. The second Larry sees what's ahead of him his mouth falls open as he's completely taken by it...

After moments of pure astonishment...

Larry: "Oh Laurent". *pause* "Baby it's beautiful".

Laurent: *smile* "Just wait until you see the inside".

Larry: *smile* "I'm ready".

Laurent winks at him then pulls forward and shut the engine off. Larry is like a little kid in a candy store. Just beyond excited. He opens the door and jumps out then runs as fast the thick snow allows him to. When he reaches the front door he turns around and still smiling he starts bouncing up and down. Laurent's smile never leaves his face as he playfully replies...

Laurent: "Thank you for helping me with the bags bebe".

Still as giddy as ever Larry also replies playfully...

Larry: *smile* "I'm sorry but I was ready to see this place".

Laurent set the bags down then using the key he unlocks the door. He pushes it open and when Larry walks inside he instantly falls in love with it just as hard as he fell in love with Laurent. Laurent only saw this place in photos so he's excited to see it too...but seeing Larry as happy as he and bouncing from room to room he pays no attention to the cabin at all. His eyes are only on his love...smiling at the sight of Larry's smile. Larry is floored by the spacious living room and state of the art kitchen...

Then he sees something he least expected and excitedly exclaims...

Larry: "Look at that baby"!

Laurent: *smile* "Yeah I know".

"That" is a bathtub with a faucet built into the granite complete with a complimentary loofah. It's definitely unconventional for a bathtub to be out in the open like this but with the cabin being secluded and nothing but woods around the tub being on the outside is the furthest thing from their minds. And to top it off, the area has the perfect view of the outdoor snow and is also sitting in front of a fireplace...

Larry is nearly rendered speechless at Laurent's choice for their holiday vacation...

Larry: "You picked an amazing place baby. It's perfect". *pause* "Just perfect and I love it".

Laurent: "I'm glad you love it bebe".

Larry slowly walks towards him to give him a beautiful soft kiss then looks warmly in his eyes...

Larry: *smile* "Thank you", he whispers sweetly.

Laurent: *smile* "Welcome my love", he whispers in reply.

Larry: "So what do we do first"?

Laurent: "Well I'm going to cook dinner so if you want you can watch TV and relax".

Larry: "Oki". *pause* "Wait, we have food"?

Laurent: *chuckles* "Yeah. This place has a food service. I told them what I want, they got everything for me and added all the food to the bill".

Larry: *smile* "You're so good to me baby".

Laurent comes in for another kiss then whispers against Larry's lips...

Laurent: "I will always be good to you bebe". *kiss* "Always", he whispers.

Larry wraps his arms around his loves torso tenderly as he rests his cheek on Laurent's shoulder. Laurent places a few soft kisses to the back of Larry's neck and after a few moments in a sweet silence he hears Larry's sweet, soft voice asking...

Larry: "Can I go and play in the snow"?

Laurent: *laugh* "Yes you can bebe".

Larry quickly pulls away then looks his glowing eyes into Laurent's with that wide smile and practically jumps to go put his coat and gloves on. He's out the back door and happily playing in seconds. This is the perfect opportunity for Laurent to get started on the food. He walks into the kitchen to wash and dry his hands then pulls out everything ranging from seafood to beef with various side dishes. There's a complimentary apron hanging up so he takes it down and put it on then takes out the cutting boards to start chopping the vegetables while also getting some oil hot in a saute pan to cook the beef and seafood. As he works diligently he catches a glimpse of Larry through the window and the sight of that smile plastered on Larry's face as he plays like a big kid causes Laurent to stop working and simply bask in the glow on his loves face as he builds a snowman. He doesn't want to take his eyes off such a beautiful sight but he has to get the food cooked so he playfully shakes his head and smiles to himself then put his focus back on chopping...

With the delicious spread done Laurent carefully plates everything then places each dish in the oven until he and Larry are ready to feast. He wants to enjoy some time out in the snow with Larry too. After all, their first holiday together will be a long lasting memory so whatever Larry does Laurent will be a part of it. He put on his coat and gloves then walks out the back door. Larry is having so much fun that he doesn't even hear the door open but that's just fine for Laurent. He leans against a column with one foot crossed over the other as he watches Larry. The holidays are always a joyous season and seeing the pure joy spread across Larry's face is the ultimate gift for Laurent. That's all he will ever want in this life...to see this kind of joy in the man he adores. Larry eventually spots him and still smiling he yells out in the most adorable child-like voice, "come on baby"! Laurent lightly chuckles to himself then treks out into the snow towards Larry. They form snow balls and have a playful snowball fight. They even laid down in the snow and formed snow angels. It's such a magical time...but all that activity eventually make them hungry so now holding hands they walk towards the cabin and enter the back door...

Larry: *smile* "That was so much fun".

Laurent: *smile* "Yeah it was. I love seeing you so happy".

Larry: *blush* "Thank you for making me so happy".

Bundling his love up in a warm hug Laurent kisses Larry's cheek then whispers in his ear...

Laurent: "Welcome bebe. That's all I want to do". *pause* "Make you happy".

Larry: "I know". *pause* "Do I make you happy", he asks innocently.

Laurent pulls away and looks confusingly yet still sweetly at him...

Laurent: "Bebe how can you ask me that? You make me so happy my love".

He takes Larry's hand softly in his then places it over his beating heart...

Laurent: "You feel that? You feel how fast my heart is beating"?

Larry: "Yeah", he whispers. 

Laurent: "My heart beats like this every time I'm around you. I'm so happy with you bebe. Don't ever forget that oki"?

Larry: *nods* "Oki", he whispers again.

They smile at each other as Laurent caresses Larry's semi-cold cheek. Then...

Laurent: "You hungry"?

Larry: "Very hungry".

Laurent: "Oki. I cooked a lot of food but I want play a game with it".

Larry looks confusingly but lovingly at Laurent as he playfully asks...

Larry: "What kind of game can we play with food"?

Laurent: *smile* "You'll see. Come".

Once they enter the kitchen Laurent pulls out a blindfold then smirks as he looks at Larry...

Larry: *smile* "You want me to wear that"?

Laurent: *laugh* "Yeah bebe. It's part of the game".

Larry isn't completely sure about this game...but if Laurent asks him to where a blindfold he will because he knows Laurent will never steer him wrong so he slowly takes it from his hands and put it on. Then he giggled at the sensation of Laurent's hands on his hips as they lift him up to sit him down on the counter. Not being able to see anything he merely listens to what's going on. He can tell Laurent opened the oven and is setting whatever he cooked on the counter. Now he has an idea of what this "game" is and the next few words to come from Laurent confirms it...

Laurent: "I'm going to feed you bebe and you have to guess what the food is".

Larry: *smile* "I can do that".

Laurent places a few dishes directly next to Larry then slowly spread Larry's legs open so he can step between them getting as close to him as possible so he can feed him. He picks up the first food then sweetly demands...

Laurent: "Open".

Larry smiles then opens his mouth and Laurent places the bite of food on Larry's tongue then watches Larry bring his tongue in and chew...

Laurent: "What do you think that is my love"?

Larry: "Mmm. Bacon wrapped scallops".

Laurent: *smile* "You're right". *kiss* "Oki. Next food".

Larry's mouth is already hanging open slightly and when he feels the next piece of food on his lips he opens wider then bites down on it. It has a crunchy texture to it but it's delicious nonetheless...

Larry: "Asparagus. Sauteed in butter".

Laurent: *smile* "Right again". *pause* "You're good at this bebe".

Larry: *smile* "I love food".

Laurent: *chuckles* "I know". *pause* "Oki open".

Larry: "Steak. With garlic butter".

Laurent: "Your favorite".

Larry: "Yeah. It's so good. Everything you gave me is good".

Laurent: *chuckles* "I try".

After a few more savory bites the game is over so Larry takes off the blindfold. It's now his turn to feed Laurent and they gaze at each other as each bite goes into Laurent's mouth. The sexual desire is slowly building between them and before they know it their lips are locked as they engage in a heated kiss. When they let go...

Laurent: "Mmm". *licks lips* "You taste so good".

Larry: "You do too".

Laurent: *kiss* "Thank you". *kiss* "You know something bebe"?

Laurent: "We should get in that bathtub. I know you're a little sore from when we play outside".

Larry: *smile* "Yeah I am".

Laurent: *smile* "Oki. So you get us some towels and body scrub. I'll run the water".

Laurent helps Larry off the counter and Larry immediately takes off for the bags to retrieve the items while Laurent goes over to the tub to run the water. The area that houses the tub has a few light switches so to make this extra romantic Laurent turns a few off giving only a light glow in the small area. He then strips down to the bare nude, steps in the warm water and walks over to the far end to sit down and rest against the tub wall. Now he's hearing the light sound of Larry's footsteps and he smiles at that for his love is finally coming to join him. When Larry walks around to meet Laurent's eyes Laurent notices that he has his towel wrapped around him and Laurent's towel draped over his arm. They look seductively at each other and after Laurent's towel goes from Larry's arm to being laid to the side he keeps his gaze on Laurent as he slowly unravels the towel around his waist. Laurent's eyes go straight to Larry's wood and he bites his lip...his eyes still heavy in seduction. Larry steps into the bathtub so Laurent extends his hand to guide him. Once Larry sits down he instructs Laurent to turn around so he can scrub his back. He reaches over for the loofah then dunks it in the water before squeezing some body scrub on it and washing Laurent's body. Ooo's and ahh's belt from Laurent at the sensation so Larry whispers in his ear...

Larry: *smile* "I guess your noises mean that feels good"?

Laurent: "So good bebe", he whispers.

Larry gives him a soft peck on his ear and whispers "good" then finishes the scrub down. Of course Laurent has to return the favor and the same sounds that echoed from Laurent also echo from Larry. Now the tub is full of soft suds as if Laurent poured some bubble bath in the water prior to. With both of their bodies now clean Larry is resting his back against Laurent's chest as Laurent places soft kisses on Larry's cheek and neck. Then...

Laurent: "I just think for something".

Larry: "What", he asks in a whisper.

Laurent: "We never made love in the water before".

Whispering again but seductively this time...

Larry: "So what are we waiting for"?

Laurent drops his lips to kiss Larry's shoulder then instructs him to stand up and turn around. He extends his hands to grab Larry's so Larry can slide down his manhood with no slippage. They both sigh beautifully the moment the tip of Laurent's wood touches Larry's hole. Larry closes his eyes and as he feels that throbbing member inch further into him it's like his breathing became restricted. That's how good it feels. Making love is always a breathtaking moment for them but it's something about the sensation of the warm water and Laurent's size that just makes it mind blowing. Larry whimpers softly and sweetly in Laurent's ear as he rides the wave of ecstasy. Laurent then lifts his head to bring his gaze back to Larry and as they look at each other...their bottom lips sucked in they eventually free those lips at the same time in order to come together for a steamy kiss. By this point the water has turned completely cold...but their bodies are still very much hot and as such Larry continues his rhythmic bouncing...each one going harder than the last causing Laurent's breathing to become deep and husky. The aroma of coffee brewing and bacon in the air make Larry's eyes pop open and a smile to form on his face. First Laurent surprises him with a holiday getaway then he cooks dinner for him and now...breakfast. He can't wait to join him for it so he gets up to freshen up as quickly as he can. And being that it's Christmas Day he has a present for his love so he goes to retrieve it from his bag and put it in his pocket. Little does he know he's in for a wonderful surprise himself...

When Larry turns the corner his mouth drops at the sight of a big, beautiful Christmas tree...

Larry: "How did you do this and I didn't find out"?

Laurent: *smile and wink* "I have my ways".

Larry: *smile* "This is the most beautiful tree baby".

Laurent: *smile* "And it's all for you". *pause* "Come over here my love".

Larry is there in no time. Laurent sweetly instructs him to sit down and as he does he looks tenderly at him...

Laurent: *smile* "I have a present for you".

Larry: *smile* "You do"?

Laurent replies with that same smile then picks up a rolled up piece of paper secured with a ribbon...

Laurent: "Open it bebe".

Larry smiles even wider then slowly unwraps the paper. What's written on it brings tears to his eyes...

Laurent: "No my love".

Laurent reaches behind him and pulls out a long jewelry box. Larry looks at him with his mouth slightly open as he slowly takes it in his hand. He opens the box just as slowly as he really doesn't know what to expect. His eyes widen in pure shock because now he's looking at a diamond tennis bracelet and he's at a complete loss for words...

Larry can't even say anything right away. To be given such a beautiful poem and now this. His heart is fluttering...

Larry: "Thank you so much baby. I love my poem. I love this bracelet". *pause* "And I love you".

Laurent: *smile* "Welcome bebe and...I love you too".

After a soft thank you kiss...

Larry: "I have something for you too".

Laurent: "Bebe you didn't have to get me anything". 

Larry: *smile* "I wanted to get you something baby". *pause* "I don't have a poem but...I have this".

Larry stands up and takes the box out of his pocket then hands it to him. Laurent is already looking up at him in shock and he hasn't even opened it yet...but when he does he gasps at the most stunning diamond Rolex...

Just like Larry Laurent is nearly speechless...and he's also crying. As Larry wipes tears from Laurent's eyes...

Larry: *smile* "Does this mean I did a good job"?

Laurent: "You did a great job bebe. I love it. Thank you".

Larry: "Welcome", he whispers. 

Larry watches Laurent admire his watch then he helps him put it on. Laurent looks at it...still in disbelief at such a gift then he looks up at Larry and smiles before giving him a kiss...

Laurent: *smile* "Merry Christmas bebe".

Larry: *smile* "Merry Christmas my love".
