The Girl And Her Dog
A girl sat beneath the tall, overlooking branches of a tree. Orange, red, yellow, brown and green leaves float throughout the orange lit sky, gently fluttering to the ground or being whisked away by the light breeze that rustled the leaves. Orange, yellow and light blue was cascaded over the city, creating daunting shadows that overlooked streets, parks, houses and even people. The sun, a beautiful bright yellow and white, slowly rose up from the horizon. The girl beneath the tree, sat on a bed of soft, dark green grass. The tree was located In an open corner of a park, which had more trees scattered about, but not as pretty as the one that the girl sat beneath. The girl looked up, soft, light brown hair floating down just past her shoulders. Her skin, a light caramel with pale teal eyes that seemed to shine In the early sun. The girl wore a black t-shirt, covered up by a soft, dark Indigo sweater that was decorated In lighter blue markings. Back jeans covered her legs, accompanied by blue converse. Her hands softly grazing over the grass. In front of the girl lay a black Labrador, It's fur seemingly tinted with different shades of blue. Around It's chest lay a neon blue vest, turning It's sleek short haired head. It let It's pink tongue roll over It's muzzle, soft brown eyes landing on the girl. Resting around the dog's neck was a light blue collar with It's tags, one tag sporting the given name, Beverly. The girl's hand traveled up the dogs back, resting between It's ears. Lightly scratching between the ears of the dog, causing It's tail to wag. Cars could be heard In the distance, disrupting the peaceful silence and signaling the wakening of the busy city named New York. The girl exhaled softly, a sigh. People with dogs would soon be out, possibly disturbing the girl and her dog.
A man, well built, tanned skin, sharp, alert blue eyes and golden yellow blonde hair, jogged across the sidewalk near the closest park to where he lived. Sweat dropped down his face, creating small shines on his face. He stopped, resting his hands on his knees as he Inhaled and exhaled sharply. He wore a white tank top and black shorts, on his back was a black backpack. Looking around, he caught sight of a colorful tree. Beginning to walk towards It, his sharp blue eyes fell upon two figures sitting under It. A girl and a dog. He cautiously approached, seeing the vest on the dog. "Ma'am, do you mind If I sit here?" His silky, American accented voice came out. The girl jumped slightly, turning her head In his direction. "Oh no, not at all." Her quiet voice spoke In response, turning her head down and towards the black Labrador In front of her. He nodded, slipping the backpack off of his back and sitting down. Resting the backpack against the tree beside him, he turned towards the girl. "May I ask your name? I'm sure you don't wish to be called Ma'am all the time." He joked lightly, causing a slightly chuckle to come out of the girl. "Darya, yourself?" She asked, curious as to why the man approached her. Most kept their distance when seeing her dog's vest. "Steve." He smiled to her, yet she kept her head down and towards her dog. "What about your dog?" Steve questioned, watching as the brown eyes of the black Labrador at the girl's feet looked to him. "Her name Is Beverly, some people call her Rain though." Darya softly responded, her small fingers running through the thin fur on Beverly's back. "I can see why, her fur looks blue." Steve nodded In agreement, pointing It out. Darya only gave a small smile. "Can I ask what she does? Considering the vest." He curiously hummed, tilting his head slightly to the left. "She's my set of eyes, I'm blind as you may be able to tell." Darya replied, turning her head to Steve. He bit his lip. "I wasn't able to tell actually, but I'm glad you have someone to help you around In this busy, hectic city." Darya smiled at this. "I am too, I remember how hard It was to go out alone before I got her. People In those streets have no respect to those who are blind or visually Impaired. Well, not all, I have come across some who have been helpful." She muttered, leaning back and against the rough bark of the tree trunk. "I remember meeting one man, I forgot his name. I think It started with a T." She sighed. The sound of upcoming footsteps had both Steve and Darya jerk to attention. Beverly turned her head In the direction of the footsteps. The footsteps stopped around Steve's side. "Rogers, am I Interrupting something?" Spoke a familiar voice. In front of Steve stood a male slightly shorter than him, muscular, tanned skin, brown eyes, pitch black hair spiked slightly up and an Interesting goatee on his face. Beverly's tail began to wag at this familiar face and scent, the black Labrador looked to the man. Darya recognized this voice, but she couldn't put her finger on a name. "No not really." Muttered Steve, the man turned to Darya and Beverly, his eyes lighting up. "Well don't you seem quite familiar." Spoke the man, turning his full attention to Darya and Beverly. "Tony?" Darya whispered, not sure If she had gotten the name right or not. "Bingo!" Exclaimed the man, who was apparently named Tony. "What are you doing here? I didn't expect Tony Stark to walk Into a park!" Laughed Darya, happy to see the man that helped her out before. "I was sent to take Capsicle back to the Tower. Romanoff wanted him." Chuckled Tony, a small smile lingering on his face as an Idea came to mind. "Wait, You two know each other?" Steve asked, surprised. Darya nodded. "Yeah! He helped me out when a shop keeper was being a - Excuse my language, but - dick about letting Beverly Into his store." Darya explained, her choice of words causing Steve to frown. "Don't say It Cap-" Tony was cut off by Steve. "Language." He spoke pointedly to Darya, causing her to roll her pale teal eyes. "Back onto the topic at hand, Capsicle, Nat wants you." Tony remarked, turning to Darya. "Why don't you come to the Tower, Darya?" He asked, mentally hoping for a yes. Darya thought for a second, going over her schedule for the day. "Sure! I have nothing to do today anyways." She shrugged, standing up. Beverly's chain was clipped to her pants. Beverly stood up and trotted to the right side of Darya. Darya leaned down, grabbing hold of the bar on the back of Beverly's vest. Tony grinned, looking to Steve as he got his backpack and stood up. "Do you need any help?" Steve asked Darya, causing her to think. "Yeah I might need a guide other than Beverly." She admitted shyly. Tony jumped to attention at this. "I can help!" He agreed readily, Steve was surprised at this, usually Tony doesn't help others. "Alright, give me your right arm. I suggest trying to match my walking pace, or I might end up losing you." Darya Instructed, feeling Tony brush up against her side. She reached out, her left hand finding his arm and sliding down to his elbow. Grabbing a hold of his elbow, she nodded. Tony stuck his tongue out at Steve, the four beginning to walk to the Tower. Beverly's leash and tags jingled as she walked, her brown eyes locked ahead of her. Keen on doing her job, guiding her owner and keeping her safe.
- After a short walk -
The four entered the tower, Beverly's tags jingling bringing the receptionist to attention. "Hey, you're not allowed to have dogs In here." Spoke the snobby girl, causing Darya to look In her direction. "Guide Dogs, by law, are permitted to go just about everywhere with their owner If they have their vest on." She spoke, as If she had said It a million times. The receptionist was about to come back with a few choice words to the new girl and her dog, but Tony stepped Into the line of sight. The receptionist Immediately shut up and turned her gaze towards her computer. Darya smirked slightly at the girl's sudden silence, Tony lead Darya and Beverly Into the elevator with Steve was was waiting for them. The three were silent as the elevator went up. They dropped Steve off on a different floor and kept going up until they reached the top floor, the Avengers' floor. Tony had a skip In his step as he lead Darya out of the elevator and onto the floor. Leading her over to the lounge area, he let her sit on one of the very couches. Beverly stood In front of Darya, lowering her cranium onto the hardwood floor, her tail wrapping around her hindquarters. Beverly's warm brown eyes followed Tony's movements, In case he made too quick of a movement towards her owner. Tony stood by a bar In the farther corner, leaning against It as he watched Darya and Beverly. Darya reached a hand down, petting Beverly's head. "Is It okay with you If I unharness Beverly?" She asked, waiting for Tony's reply. "I don't see the Issue with It, as long as she doesn't pee on my floor." Tony lightly joked, causing Darya to smile and shake her head. "No, she wouldn't do that." She giggled quietly as she reassured him. "Then, by all means, unharness her." Tony nodded. "Beverly, up." Darya commanded, listening as her guide dog rose to It's paws at the command. Darya reached under her dogs stomach, finding the straps on the harness and undoing them. Reaching up and around her neck, she slid the harness off, laying It at her side where she could easily find It. Beverly's demeanor seemed to change as her leash was clipped off, she looked to Tony and wagged her tail happily. As If she changed personalities, from a working dog to a family dog In the matter of a few seconds. Beverly bounded over to Tony, her tail wagging behind her as she walked. She sniffed at the billionaires feet and around him before sitting down In front of him, her warm brown eyes staring Into his chocolate colored eyes. Tony looked down at the black lab, confused on why It was staring at him. He set his drink down, lending his right hand for the dog to sniff. Beverly craned her neck out and sniffed at his hand, he smelt of coffee, alcohol and gasoline. He also had a faint smell of metal. Resting her neck back Into a comfortable position, she allowed her tongue to loll from her mouth. Tony smiled, crouching down In front of Beverly and petting her. Someone entered the room, glancing at the dog at Tony's feet, then they realized the stranger. "So Tony, who's this?" Spoke a male voice, gesturing to Darya and then Beverly. Tony stood up, looking up to see who It was. Beverly got to her paws and trotted back to Darya, settling down at her feet. "Barton, that's Darya and her guide dog, Beverly." Tony Introduced. "Darya, the other voice In the room Is Clint." Clint looked to Darya, finally realizing the dog's harness resting next to her. "Oh, Oh! It's nice to meet you Darya, I'm Clint Barton. As Tony already said." He nodded to the girl as he approached. "Darya Revens, nice to meet you as well." Darya smiled gently, finding comfort In Beverly laying at her feet. Without Beverly, Darya Is as good as a squirrel with an Injured leg, stuck In a tree. Beverly was her second set of eyes, her best friend, the one person who wouldn't judge her If she did something wrong. Beverly was more than just a guide dog, Beverly was Darya's family. Beverly sat up, resting her head on Darya's leg. Darya reached her left hand out, running her fingers through the short fur of her black Labrador. "So where are you originally from? You don't sound American, or from around here." Clint mentioned, taking a seat on the couch across from her, as did Tony. "I could say the same for you, Clint." Darya pointed out. "Touché." Clint chuckled. "But In all seriousness, where are you from?" Clint asked again, leaning forwards In his seat slightly. "Canada." Darya smiled, she had some memories of Canada left, seeing as her family moved to America when she was around eleven. "Why did you come to America?" Tony butted In, leaning forwards. "I moved here with my family when I was about eleven." Darya smiled lightly, scratching behind Beverly's ears. "Oh." Tony simply replied, adorned with a nod. "So are you like... Canadian And American?" Clint questioned In curiosity and Darya nodded. "Yeah, I have citizenship to both Canada and America." "Now that's cool." Clint remarked, leaning back In his seat. "Have you ever traveled back to Canada?" Clint asked another question, his curiosity to learn more about the new person was outstanding. "With my family? Yes. But alone? Gosh no, I'd be lost like a rabbit stuck In the middle of a pack of wolves." She answered truthfully, her right hand continuing It's calm, repeated movements of petting Beverly on her head.
The three continued to talk for a while, other Avengers came and went, talking to the new stranger before continuing their daily routines. Tony seemed to stay close to Darya, which seemed suspicious to the Avengers considering he was usually always with Bruce In their lab. Natasha seemed to find It more suspicious than the others, her S.H.I.E.L.D training coming Into play as she had been watching Tony and Darya Interact the entire day. Currently, Tony, Darya and Beverly were In the kitchen. Tony with a pop tart In his hand and grinning at the girl who had crossed her arms. Beverly calmly sat by a chair, watching the scene unfold.
"Tony, that's my pop tart! I found It first." Darya whined, her head tilted In his direction as she kept her arms crossed. "Nah, I think I'll keep It. Wouldn't want Point Break to come back and get mad at ya." Tony hummed In reply, looking over the pop tart. "I doubt he'd hurt me. I can't even see the guy!" Darya stated, turning fully to face Tony's direction. "Alright, Alright. But If he gets mad, don't come running to me." Tony snickered, giving the pop tart back to Darya who grinned In victory. Darya hugged the pop tart close with her right hand, using her left to try and find a chair. "Why did you build this place to be like a maze?" Darya questioned, feeling lost In the room. Tony, seeing her struggle, walked forwards and helped her find a chair. "It's not so much of a maze when you learn where everything Is." He shrugged, sitting down across from her at the kitchen Island. "Which would take me a month or even a few to learn where everything Is. Especially If people move things around often." Darya muttered, biting Into the pop tart. "You could always ask JARVIS for help." Tony suggested. "True, but It's not the same as learning on my own where to go. I need to have a mental map to navigate buildings and or the city." Darya explained with a soft smile, the jingling of Beverly's tags signaling her dog had come over. Beverly placed a paw on Darya's thigh, letting a tiny whine escape. Darya finished her pop tart, her hands finding their way to a pack strapped around her waist. "Tony, do you mind getting a bowl for me?" She asked, searching for something In her pack. "Sure." Tony responded, getting up from his chair and heading for the cupboards. Returning with a plastic bowl, he handed It over to Darya. Darya pulled out a ziplock bag with dog food, causing Beverly's tail to wag. Darya poured some food Into the bowl, zipping the bag shut and putting It back Into her pack. Zipping her pack shut, she grabbed the bowl and placed It on the floor next to her. Beverly gave a happy bark, digging Into the food. "Okay, why do you keep dog food In your pack?" Tony questioned as he had sat back down. "Because you never know when Beverly could get hungry. It's always better safe than sorry." Darya answered truthfully. "You sound like Capsicle." Tony snorted, resting his arms on the kitchen Island, crossing them over each other. "Oh shush." Darya shook her head, looking down In the direction she had her hands, which were on the Island. "Nah, don't feel like It." Tony responded, causing Darya to giggle. A certain blonde male entered the kitchen, raising an eyebrow. "Who sounds like me?" He questioned, looking between the two. Tony pointed to Darya, tensing slightly at the appearance of the Captain. Steve made his way over, sitting next to Darya. This action spiked something In Tony, but he didn't let It show. Darya felt uncomfortable with the super soldier In close proximity to herself. Beverly's head rose up, she smelt the strange emotion coming off of her handler and padded over, wedging herself In between Darya and Steve's chairs. Whenever Steve would move his arm too close to Darya, Beverly would place her paw on his arm to stop his movement. Darya, And Tony, silently thanked the guide dog for doing this. Steve was silently getting frustrated at the guide dog preventing him from getting close to Darya. Darya crossed her arms over themselves on the kitchen Island, laying her head down on them. Tony smiled gently at her, reaching his hand out and giving her wrist a gentle squeeze. Darya let out an almost Inaudible sigh of relief at his touch, her body relaxing. Steve questioned this, once again trying his luck to move closer to Darya. Beverly put a paw on his arm, seeming to push It away from her owner. Darya reached a hand down and pet Beverly, rewarding her for the block she was holding. Tony retracted his hand and placed It back In his lap. Darya already missed his touch, closing her eyes as she listened to the sounds around them. The sound of Beverly's paw hitting Steve's arm lightly and pushing It away was what she focused on. 'Does this guy ever take a hint?' Darya thought to herself, her head turning In the direction of where she thought Tony was. Steve seemed to stop trying to get his hand closer to Darya's, but Instead he decided to speak up. "So, Darya, what are you doing later?" Steve questioned, leaning forwards and against the kitchen Island. 'Apparently not.' She sighed mentally. "Nothing really, why do you ask?" Darya questioned In return, wanting answers before she revealed her plans. Tony glanced between Darya and Steve, his eyes narrowing towards Steve. "Just curious, 'cause maybe we can go get a coffee or something later." He suggested, he seemed oblivious to Tony's heated glare. Darya felt nervousness spread over her, she didn't want to be mean, but she also didn't want to go out with him or lead him on. "Sorry, but, I'm busy later tonight." She answered half truthfully. She could feel the Irritation radiating off of Tony and towards Steve, she could tell he was not happy with Steve's question. Steve nodded, although Darya could not see It. "Alright, what about later this week?" 'What are you, desperate?!' Darya yelled mentally, wanting to yell It out loud. But she remembered, this guy was basically the leader of the Avengers. But the tower belonged to Tony... Tony, sensing Darya's Irritation, stood up. He walked over to Darya, grabbing her arm lightly and helping her to her feet. Darya mentally thanked Tony, grabbing ahold of his arm. "Beverly, heel." She called, Beverly stood to her paws, trotting away from Steve and to Darya's side. Tony guided Darya over to the lounge, Beverly trotting beside them as they left Steve In the kitchen, confused. Tony sat Darya down on the couch, sitting down beside her. Beverly hesitated before jumping up onto the leather couch, laying down, she rested her head down on Darya's lap. Darya relaxed when she felt Tony's and Beverly's presence at her sides, she rested her head down on Tony's shoulder, closing her eyes and breathing In deeply. Tony glared In the direction of Steve, his brown eyes falling upon a certain hawk loving guy. Clint walked over, raising an eyebrow at Tony and smirking. "So, what's this? More blackmail against Tony?" Clint questioned with a playful undertone as he grabbed his phone from his pocket. "Clint don't you dar-" Tony was cut off by the snap of a camera and Clint ran away laughing. "CLINTON FRANCIS BARTON!" Tony yelled after him, jumping over the couch and running after him. "Muahahahaha!" Clint laughed, running away from the pissed off Tony. Darya giggled quietly, leaning back against the couch, petting Beverly's head softly. Steve walked Into the lounge room, causing Beverly to abruptly move and lay over Darya's lap. The black Labrador watched Steve with careful brown eyes. Steve advanced towards the couches, sitting on the one across from Darya. Beverly watched his every movement, holding the block against Steve. The only person she would allow near her owner would be Tony. Said person came walking back down the hallway, jumping back over the couch and landing beside Darya. Darya jumped a little, but relaxed slightly at the familiar presence. "It's just me." Tony reassured with a light chuckle. Darya breathed a sigh of relief, leaning against Tony. Beverly jumped off of Darya's lap and took her spot on the floor In front of them. Tony subconsciously wrapped his arm around Darya's shoulders, Ignoring Steve completely. Steve bit his tongue, before an Idea popped Into his brain. "Hey JARVIS?" He called out to the U.I. "Yes, Captain Rogers?" JARVIS replied, his British accent evident. "Mind calling the team down? I think we need to play a game." Steve grinned. "Of course, Captain Rogers." JARVIS confirmed.
It took a good ten minutes till the entire team was downstairs and In the common room. Darya and Tony sat next to each other, Beverly at their feet. Steve sat across from them, joined by Sam and Bucky. Clint sat on the other side of Tony. Natasha next to Clint. Rhodey sat beside Darya. Bruce beside Rhodey. Scott sat beside Bruce. Thor sat beside Natasha. Vision and Wanda sat beside each other, forming the rest of the circle. The team looked to Steve, they were all curious on why they had been called to the lounge room and why there was a new person next to Tony. Vision especially was ultimately curious of the new person beside the Stark, going through many scenarios and equations through his head. Steve gave a cough, gaining the attention of his team. "I decided that maybe we could all play a game and show our guest that we, the Avengers, can have fun too and It's not all just paperwork and training." He declared, motioning with his hand to Darya. Darya shifted uncomfortably under the many pairs of eyes she could feel on her. "Hi..." She greeted shyly. "Who Is this midguardian?" Questioned Thor. "Darya. Darya Revens." Darya answered Thor's question. "I am delighted to meet you, Lady Darya. May I ask why you have a.. what are they called again?" Thor whispered to Natasha. "Dogs." Natasha answered. "Ah, thank you Lady Natasha. Why you have a dog at your feet and why you are not looking In my direction while I speak?" Thor answered curiously. Darya bit her lip. "My dog, her name Is Beverly. She's my guide dog. I'm uh.." She trailed off with a sheepish smile. "I'm blind." She finally finished her sentence. "I am terribly sorry, Lady Darya. Please forgive me If I offended or upset you with my question." Thor quickly apologized. Darya giggled. "Oh no, you didn't offend or upset me. It's a simple question." She reassured. Thor still felt guiltily despite her reassurance. Natasha decided to get the team back on topic, she turned to Steve. "So, what game did you have In mind?" She asked, leaning forwards slightly with a raised eyebrow. "What about Truth Or Dare?" Steve suggested with a shrug. The others exchange glances before shrugging, some even said 'sure' or 'why not'. Steve smirked, looking around his team before his eyes landed on Scott. "Scott, Truth Or Dare?" He questioned, Scott thought for a second before answering. "Truth." "Why's your hero name Ant Man? Are you trying to be a play off of Iron Man?" Steve questioned, grinning. "Wasn't my choice of names. And are you trying to take over Clint's job? Spangles?" Scott fired back, before turning to Darya. "Darya, Truth Or Dare, sweetheart?" Scott asked, tilting his head slightly at the light brown haired girl. "Truth." Darya nodded, not wanting to take a dare from this guy. "Okay. Uhhh..." Scott looked to the ceiling, trying to think of a good truth for Darya. "If Beverly got hurt and someone here had to be your guide dog, who would you pick?" He asked, wanting an answer. "Tony." Darya truthfully responded with a smile. "He hasn't once yet ran me Into something, so I think he's fit for It." Tony smirked, leaning back Into the couch as he crossed his arms over his chest. "See? I'm helpful." He spoke. Darya shook her head, stifling laughter. "Just for that comment, I'll change my guide dog to Clint." "Oh no, no, no. You can't take that back." Tony said, pointing at her. "I'm just kidding, I'm pretty sure Clint would get distracted and accidentally get me hit by a car If I picked him." Darya snickered. Clint took offense to this. "Hey!" He exclaimed, crossing his arms. Darya ended up laughing, before calming down. "I don't exactly know everyone's name by voice, so Tony, can you help me?" She asked, a sheepish smile on her face. Tony shrugged, looking around the room. "Bruce, say hello so she knows who she's asking." Tony Instructed, as If he's done this before. "Hi.. I'm Bruce." Bruce Introduced himself shyly. "Well, Bruce, Truth Or Dare?" Darya asked the same question, tilting her head slightly. "Well, uhhh.. Truth?" Bruce bit his lip. "Chicken!" Called Out Tony and Clint, followed by a few others. "Alright. Have you ever accidentally walked In on people fucking?" She asked as If It was the norm to ask that kind of question. Bruce's face turned red and other started laughing. "...Yes...?" He mumbled. "Oh my gosh, really?!" Sam exclaimed. "..I don't want to talk about It..." Bruce muttered, turning his head away to hide his red face. Tony sobered up, patting Darya on the back. "Oh my.. Oh my god his face Is so red!" He wheezed In laughter before calming down fully. Bruce muttered something Inaudible before turning to the others. "Steve, Truth Or Dare?" He asked. "Dare, just to break the Truth train." Steve answered, knowing he might regret this later. Bruce looked to the others, smirking. "This Is payback for calling me a chicken." He snickered, turning to Steve and staring him dead In the eyes. "I dare you, to either kiss Wanda, Natasha or Darya." Natasha cracked her knuckles, daring him to try, Wanda had red mist surrounding her hands and Darya just sat there awkwardly. Steve got up, running over and kissing Darya on the lips before darting to his spot. Darya's face flushed red and she squeaked awkwardly. She shifted backwards until her back hit the back of the couch. Her hands went up and covered her face, that just made her even more uncomfortable around Steve. Tony let out an audible growl, his brown eyes flashing with a certain emotion, anger. This didn't go unnoticed by the others as some gave Tony suspicious glances or eyebrow raises. Steve turned to Sam. "Sam, Truth Or Dare?" "Dare. I ain't no chicken Cap." Sam responded with a cocky grin. "I dare you to go hug Darya." Sam's eyes widened for a second, muttering something along the lines of 'I don't wanna get on Stark's bad side'. He stood up, approaching Darya who sat beside Tony. He quickly pulled her up onto her feet, wrapping his arms around her In a hug that lasted a few minutes before he retreated to his seat. Tony almost looked like he was about to punch someone. Sam turned to Clint. "Clint, Truth Or Dare man?" "Dare, fellow bird." Sam motioned for Clint to come over to him and Clint did so. Sam leaned In, whispering to Clint. "Go kiss Tony." He whispered, Clint looked bewildered but bit his tongue and sheepishly walked over to Tony. The team seemed to exchange glances, all except for Tony and Darya. They had a mutual understanding hat they all wanted to know why Tony was mad about the kiss. Clint ran over to Tony, pecking him on the lips. Tony, being stunned, didn't react. Darya however, straight up smacked Clint In the face when he turned to run. Clint shrieked In pain. "I'm sorry!" He cried out before retreating to his seat. "It was Sam's fault!" He squeaked. Tony snapped out of his shock. "Never. Ever. Kiss. Me. Again." He growled, pointing at Clint. Now, the team really wanted to know what was going on between Darya Revens and Tony Stark. They gave Clint a look. Clint gulped before turning to Tony. "Tony.. Truth Or Dare?" He asked meekly. "Truth." Tony answered sharply with a glare, oblivious to what Clint was about to ask. Either way, It would've been a lose lose situation for Tony and Darya. "Why were and are you so mad about Steve kissing Darya and Sam hugging her?" Clint asked, staring Tony straight In the eyes. "Because I can be, got a problem with that?" He bit back. "Yeah, because It seems you're hiding another secret from us. The last time you did, you built a killer robot!" Natasha snapped. Tony stood up. "What, am I not allowed to have secrets, Romanoff?! Because I'm pretty sure you do as well!" He snapped back In return before turning to the rest of the team. "And what Is It to you to know what goes on In my love life?!" He growled out, causing some to flinch. Vision raised an eyebrow. "You wanna know why I'm mad at Rogers? It's because he should keep his hands to himself and OFF of MY wife!" He snapped, completely aware of what he had just said. Gasps went around the circle, completely shocked at what just came out of his mouth. "Y- Your w-wife?..." Steve stuttered, wincing under Tony's fierce glare. "Yeah. My. Wife. Keep your hands to yourself and off of her, Rogers." He snarled, sitting back down. The team turned to Darya for confirmation. "Darya, Is this true?" Natasha demanded answers. "Yeah.. My name Isn't Darya Echo Revens, that was my maiden name before I got married." Darya nodded. "My real name Is," She paused.
"Darya Echo Stark."
