Bakugou sets down his phone deciding that he was probably annoying the shit out of him. He curled up in a ball and hugged a pillow. Deep red eyes never left the phone. Of course he was a moron sexual, and of course Kaminari caught his eye. Most of all, it makes sense that Kaminari would never love him back. Kaminari was the first to see he was just garbage. He said so himself. Bakugou had been trying to prove him wrong but now it was so clear that he wasn't. Bakugou never even had a chance with kaminari, did he? Probably not. Bakugou cursed into he pillow as he slowly let one tear fall. Shoulders shaking, breath heavy and fast. He felt so useless. Like a Deku.

Dinner time rolled around. No new notifications. No energy. No drive. A large amount of hunger but he couldnt bring himself to eat. If he left the room, Kaminari would be down there. Even a dumb ass like him would see what was happening. His heart was breaking. Self confidence, gone. Nothing of he usual hot head was left.

It was now a few hours after he would normally be asleep. About ten thirty. Still no new texts. Or at least nothing from Kaminari. Kirishima, mina, and sero where all asking if he was okay. Where he was, if he wanted dinner. He replied to all of them with short replies, he is fine, just studying late, not hungry, etc. Mina and sero bought it. Kirishima never did. Even deku was concerned. Now there was two light knocks at the door. Then three rapid harsh ones. He sighed knowing it was kirishima and deku. Stiff muscles moved and joints cracked from being in a ball for so long. He adjusted himself so he hopefully wouldn't look like he had been crying for four hours straight. Upon opening the door kirishima burst in. Icecream in hand. Deku came in a little slower, holding spoons and spicy chicken curry.

"You okay bro?" Kiri said knowing this wasn't his bestfriends usual self. Kiri and deku both know about Katsuki's crush. The door was shut behind them and they all sat on the bed. Deku on Katsuki's left and kiri on his right. He croaked out a quiet, "no". So soft he wasn't sure they heard him. "Its Kaminari isn't it.", Deku said as he handed him the curry. Bakugou munched on his curry fast and aggressively while nodding his head. "What happend?", kiri said. Bakugou nodded to his phone. Kiri opened it and read the texts. Then handed it to deku. Both just sat there unsure how to help, until Kiri bolted up furious. "I'm going to go talk to him. And maybe beat some sence into him." Bakugou looked up scared, "dont hurt him over this." Kiri sighed and looked back at his friends tear stained cheeks. " I wont. Only cuz you asked." Kiri said then stormed off. Deku put on movies and they ate their icecream and curry to cheer Katsuki up.

Over on Kirishimas end, he charged into kaminaris room. Flinging the door open he shot daggers into his best friends soul. "We need to talk." Kirishima said with a low growl. Kaminari sat on his bed, video game controller in hand. Swallowing his potato chips, "What's up?" Kaminari said as if nothing was wrong. "Why didn't you reply to Bakurbro?" Kirishima asked. Kaminari turned pale and ran out of his room screaming, "Mina what did you do to my phone?"

Kirishima followed quickly behind after pausing kaminaris game for him. He might be mad but kirishima is still nice. They ran to the common room to see the girls sitting in a circle. "Mina, where is my phone? You said you needed to borrow it like 8 hours ago and never gave it back." Kaminari said. Mina stood up panicked "shit I forgot. Sorry man." She said. Kaminari read the texts and started pacing freaking out. Bakugou likes him. The Bakugou Fucking Katsuki likes Kaminari. He first thought it was a prank, but if it was why did kirishima come get him? Why didn't Bakugo come down to dinner? It had to be true. He looked at Kirishima, "I'm gonna go talk to him, yeah, im gonna go." He began fumbling over his words as he walked a way.

When Kaminari made it to bakugou's dorm room he was shaking afraid. Bit heros cant freeze up when they are scared. He opened the door and saw Deku and Katsuki cuddled up on the bed. He was shocked, arnt they supposed to be rivals. He cleared his throat. "I got my phone back from mina, this seems like we need to talk." Kaminari let out in a clear loud voice but it slowly became a whisper. Deku smiled looking up, " I will let you two have a moment." He paused the TV show and left the room.

"So um, mina took my phone after I sent you to ask him to the movies. I completely forgot about it until now." Kaminari said.
"Why the hell did raccoon eyes need your phone?" Bakugou croaked out.
"She broke hers, set it to be her alarm and splashed it with acid in her sleep." The both chuckled a bit.
"So um, you uh, like me?" Kaminari said confused. Bakugou simply nodded. "Honestly I thought it was a prank, but with kirishima mad at me, and you not at dinner.. you like me?" He stressed the word me, and pointed to himself. Bakugou simply nodded again. "How? Why? I mean, I'm the dumb ass, I'm so stupid and hopeless, I get brain shocked from my quirk. Why me?" Kaminari asked. Kaminari moved to sit on the foot of bakugou's bed. And thus Bakugou poured his heart out.
"How can I not love you. Yeah your dumb, but honestly I love that. I want someone who makes me feel smart, you sure as hell do that. But not just that, your kind. And funny as hell. You get me better than any one. You do have a strong ass quirk, just dont know how to control it yet. You make everyone smile, and I cant. At first I thought I envied you.-"
"You envied me?"
"Yes. Now let me finish."
"Okay, okay."
"I envied you for being so bright, and being able to save me. In the licence exam you saved my ass. More than once. So envy turned to jealousy and respect. Then I saw tape arms and shitty hair cling to you. That made me boil with rage. I didn't know why at first but I figured it out. Now I dont know what I would do with out you. I like you Kami, like, like like you." Bakugo finally finished, bright red in the face. Kaminari had little jolts of lightning coursing around him, arcing from one cheek to the other and all around his blush. Making it look like he had little glowing freckles. "I um, huh, I, i like you too, i just, geese, ugh you said it so nicely, and I cant even form a sentence. Ugh." Kaminari muttered out playing with the fabric of his shirt. "Well, if we both like eachother. What about that movie and dinner this weekend?" Katsuki said scooting closer to Denki. "Yeah, I would like that." Denki finally got out. They hugged, little sparks flying around them. Some of lightning, some of nitroglycerin. They smiled as they parted and saw the little light show they had made. "Wow." Denki said looking about. "We can make beautiful things together cant we." Bakugou said breathlessly. Denki nodded and they went back to cuddling.
