I run. Not stopping. The corridor seems never ending, the pale white walls endless. I saw no doors, windows or any sign of people. The 20 feet ceiling has a glass roof all the way through, so that's probably where the corridor gets all its light. The tears kept coming. Who the hell was Asia? And why had Jayda looked like she had entered the world of The Walking Dead? And why the hell is everyone so strange around here? Well, its a mental asylum after all, but still....

 I stop running, my tears and sobs taking up the small ounces of energy I still had. I curl up against the left, ice coloured wall and scream. I had no one, not even Axel by my side. I was about to scream, about to unleash the feelings I had kept inside me since day one of the affair. But I saw Asia, now her lacy prom dress splattered in what looked like black paint. Her flawless eyes turn a Smokey black and her tan complexion, a ghostly blue, almost as if she was suffocating. She stumbled towards my hunched body, making gagging noises. I screamed, leap up, and ran. Asia's body was fading in an out of reality, almost like a glitch from a computer game. I hold the small cut that Asia had slit. The bleeding had long since stopped but the agony had overridden me.

Asia twirled the axe Jayda once held. I sobbed, holding my hands up to my face, shielding it from her shadow.

"Here," Asia whispered. She held out the axe towards me. "Sunshine must have sealed the exit. Give the wall a good wack and you should see the door."

I took the axe gingerly and shuffled the 5 small steps that were left, to reach the end of the hall. I hesitated. I looked to see if Asia was still watching me. She gave me a reassuring nod. I took a big swing and smashed the solid white wall. I took another swing. And another. The wall was totalled.

Sure enough I could see a door. It had no sign on it.

"Go inside." Asia said. She then turned around and walked away.

I wiped the tears threatening to fall from my eyes, gripped the axe tight and opened the door.
