One punch, That's all it takes. After the 18 Year old Y/n, Now 21, trained for 3 years straight with no day offs.

He did 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 kilometer run every single day. He didn't use an AC, or the Heater during their Counter seasons to strengthen his mind.

It was well worth it to have this much strength, right? Well...Not anymore..

Half-way during the 3 year, He has gotten stronger. He can punch Walls and Buildings with his Bare hands, aswell as Saving Civilians during training.

One time, He was doing his 10km Run around the park when an OctoMonster attacked.

Octo: I am Octosaurus! King of the Octopus. I have vowed my vengeance upon you puny humans for eating my People! Now I will eat you!

It started to attack nearby Humans. Luckily, Y/n was around and was able to save two girls.

Y/n: Run. Now!

Octo: You're taking their place!

The Octopus swiped at him, sending him to a nearby Iron billboard. Making a Dent as his body got bloodied.

Octo: Wretched Human! You will all d-

It was cut off by a Flying Billboard straight at its head, killing him. Y/n improvised and ending it quickly by throwing it, He soon walked over to it and grabbed the tattered Remains of his Shirt.

Y/n: You died. Why? Because A Future Hero is here.

The Surrounding People cheered for him, in saving their lives. 

I forgot to mention. Monsters and Villains have a Threat Level system.

Wolf as the start, Tiger is the Next, Demon is next, and then Dragon, and finally, God. No record of God has appeared, and Humanity is glad for it. People are allowed to kill them regardless of how many they killed.

For Villains. From Class C to Class SS levels. Class C are the normies, Like Thugs. B class is the Grouped Villains, A class is like a Organization type, And S above is a Leader of said Organization. These are Ones you have to knockout and not kill, because, There still Human, unless their too evil and Ruthless to be considered Human.

This is one of the many monsters and villains he encountered during the 3 years. Most of them almost put hin at a Near death experience.

It usually takes over 8 punches on some Monsters and Villains. And now, It only takes One Punch.

Y/n POV

I was out shopping on a market place. Luckily, There was a 40% Sale on Shrimps, And around 20% on Vegetables. I got two packs of Shrimps, and some vegetables.

Cashier: That'll be 300 yen, Sir.

Y/n: Hold on.

I searched my pockets and got a few coins and counted them to be 300 yen. I gave it to the cashier, and he counted it.

Cashier: Thank you, Come again.

Y/n: Bye.

I went outside with my groceries, before a Few Thugs zipped by me and grabbed my Groceries.

Thug: Later Sucker! Thanks for the Free Dinner!

Thug #2: This is too easy!

I instantly appeared infront of them and did a T pose, as Both their heads hit my arms and knocking them out.

Y/n: Go to the Baby difficulty. You need some training on those tiny brains.

I grabbed my groceries, which good thing is still intact, and pulled the thugs to the Nearest Police Station.

And when I arrived. I threw them there, still unconcious.

Y/n: Attempted Theft on me.

Police #1: We'll take it from here, Sir.

I went ouside, and back to my original Destination, Home.

At home

I was going through the cook book on this Filipino Soup based meal called "Sinigang". Apparently, I can add either Pork, Fish, Or Shrimps. I bought shrimp today, So I did that.

I was waiting for the Vegetables to soften up, So I was watching the News.

Reporter: Newest Pro Hero debuts in style. Young Pro Hero Mt. Lady has stopped a Giant Mutant Villain and apprhended it.

The T.V shows Mt Lady kicking the Villain in the head, and posing her butt at the Crowd.

Y/n: *mind* Are we gonna have another Midnight?

I checked on the Vegetables, and they were ready, So I added the Shrimp and rest of ingredients, and set a timer for it to be finished, Maybe 1-3 minutes should do. In the meantine, Back to T.V.

Reporter: This just in! A Sludge Villain has taken a Young Kid Hostage and is wreaking Havoc in Musutafu! Pro Heroes are coming to the location!

I looked at my Shrimp Sinigang and checked the time. Hopefully they hold out. A few minutes later, I turned off the stove and left to Musutafu in my Hero costume

At Musutafu

When I arrived. I overhead some pro heroes talking. I think their names was.....Dirt Arms? Kalui woods?

Hero #1: We can't get close!

Dirt Arm: We have to wait for a Hero with the right power!

I was about to intervene, When a Brocolli Haired boy rushed in and threw his bag at the Villain's eyes. I stood back and let him do it before I do it, Maybe It'll inspire them to do something.

......Yeah, that did nothing. So I stepped in and blocked a Strike from the Sludge villain, Saving the boy from possible death.

Boy: W-what?!

Sludge: And who is this?! Came to die aswell!

Y/n: No. I'm just here like a Hero should.

I effortlessly pulled out the Villain's Hostage. And when I did, The Sludge formed a Fist to punch me back. But I was leagues of Faster, As I punched it, causing the Sludge to explode everywhere and making the Fire to disperse, While unknowingly starting Rain.

When the Sludge pieces started to fall from the nearby Buildings, The Boy and the Villain victim started to look at me in awe.

Boy: Wh-who are you? I-i've never seen you before.

Y/n: Me?

I stared at the raining sky with a Serious face.

Y/n: I'm just a guy who is a Hero for fun.

When the Civilians and Other heroes regained their view, they all witnessed a Hero finished what others couldn't, In one Punch.

Later on

I was infront of other pros for charging in recklessly, But The more they talked, The more I get lost.

Dirt Arms: Where is your Hero license?

Y/n: Huh?

Dirt Arms: Your hero license!

Y/n: I don't have on.

Heroes: What!

Kamui: You realize we have to arrest you for Power usage?!

Y/n: That's not my Power. It's a Mutation, Called Limiter.

Midnight 2.0: No mutation power can do all that, In one punch!

Y/n: Uh yeah, There is. Now Can I go, I have Shrimp Siningang.

The heroes went on more on how.......I forgot what they said. Afterwards, I was confronted by the Brocolli Haired boy.

Boy: U-um. H-hero?

Y/n: Uh. Oh it's you.

Boy: Wh-what's your name?

Y/n: Oh I'm Y/n Gushiken. But you can call me Saitama.

Boy: S-saitama. How did you do that?

Y/n: Do what?

Boy: You handled that villain...In one punch, Only I know that can do that is All Might.

Y/n: Oh that. My Power is called Limiter.

Boy: L-limiter?

Y/n: It removes all limits of potential. From Physical to mental. All you saw, Was Pure Training.

Boy: Limitless power......

He went on muttering on everything I eventually forgot. But the more he talked, The more I got irritated.

Boy: *more muttering*

Y/n: Oh for...Shorten your stupid muttering to 30 words or less!!

Boy: Wha! S-sorry!

Y/n: I'm going home to eat. If you need me, I'm in District ??? in Tokyo, Apartment 101.

I disappeared in the blink of an eye to finally taste that Shrimp sinigang. But one thing is on my mind.
