It was seemingly a normal day in City A, adults going to their jobs, children playing in the parks, and even pets like cats and dogs could be seen doing their own thing, it was quite a lively and busy city that never seems to sleep from the looks of it... Unfortunately, such a peaceful sight didn't last long, as in an instant, a giant explosion nearly obliterated the entire area.

"M-Mommy! D-Daddy!"
Everything was left in ruins, with the only sign of life being a single child, crying and looking very scared, desperately trying to call out for her parents, hoping they would still be alive.

"Heheh~"
Sadly for the child, she not get a chance to know if her parents is alive or not, as a large purple monster could be seen walking to her, wearing a very wide and sinister smirking expression, reaching out a hand, which grew large and muscular, and planning to crush the body of said child, no doubt wanting to kill her without hesitation, however, as soon as he closed his fist, instead of feeling flesh splatter, he noticed his palm was empty and clean, with no child to be seen.

"Oh?"
But it didn't take long for the purple monster to understand why, as he looked behind himself and noticed that some kind of hooded figure had just saved the child from the purple monster, gently placing her down on the floor and using some kind of power to heal her.

"Who are you? Some kind of Hero?"
The purple monster faced the mysterious stranger with newfound interest.

"No, I'm not a Hero."
Once the mysterious stranger finished healing the child, he stood back up to his feet, but refused to look at the purple monster.

"So you're a villain? Then why did you stop me instead of working for me?"
The purple monster was both very confused and somewhat angry, to what he assumed, a fellow monster or villain, working against him instead of helping him.

"Because I'm not a villain either."
The mysterious stranger then finally turns around to face the purple monster, but still refusing to look up at him.

"I don't follow any other path or ideals but my own, that is my truth."
Yet, even though the purple monster couldn't see the mysterious stranger's face, he could sense that he was being mocked.

"How entirely foolish, you're speaking nonsense!"
Which not only caused the purple monster to be filled with rage, but also start growing and becoming much more monstrous.

"I exist because of humankind's constant pollution of the environment! I am Vaccine Man! The Earth is a single living organism! And you humans are the disease-causing germs killing it! The will of the Earth gave birth to me so that I may destroy humanity and their insidious civilization! But you do this for nonsensical reasons?! That's the reason you dare to oppose me, the Earth's apostle!? Then indeed I must wipe humankind from existence!"
And once the purple monster, now known as Vaccine Man, was the size of a building, and as ugly as a, well, monster, he let out a loud roar and summoned a large and powerful energy ball above himself.

"SO DIEEEEEEEE-!!!"
Though when Vaccine Man threw the large energy blast towards the mysterious stranger, instead of instantly vaporizing the man, he just held it back and stopped it completely with a single hand, much to the shock of the purple monster.

"If I'm foolish, then what does that make you?"
The mysterious stranger didn't give Vaccine Man a chance to answer, before pushing back the energy blasts and entirely annihilate the purple monster with his own powers, leaving nothing behind but dust and ashes.

"Well well well, looks like we meet again, Shadow."
Though once the dust cloud had finally settled, a new arrival came into view, taking the form of a "Child?" with green hair, a dress, and was floating high in the air while covered in green energy.

"Terrible Tornado: Tatsumaki, what a pleasure to see such a familiar face~"
The mysterious stranger, now known as Shadow, couldn't help but smirk under his hood when he saw the Terrible Tornado.

"I unfortunately can't say I feel the same way."
Tatsumaki could only frown and glare when she saw the man in black.

"Heh, tell me, why do I have the honor of meeting the No.2 Hero herself?~"
Shadow seems to be continously mocking and teasing the so-called "No.2 Hero", which only annoyed her more.

"You know why, you monster stealing jerk!"
Tatsumaki yelled angrily at the mysterious stranger.

"Not my fault you were to slow to save the city~"
As soon as Shadow said this, the green girl rage went overbooked, as she aimed her hand and attempted to use her powers against him, though he was able to do the same, resulting in an explosion of air and shockwaves that was strong enough to even part the clouds above and ground below.

"I would love to have this dance with you, but unfortunately I have things to do, so until next time, No. 2~"
But instead of continuing the fight, Shadow just simply give a mocking yet polite bow and said his goodbye, before disappearing, leaving behind a very mad Terrible Tornado.

"GRRRRR, STUPID SHADOW!!!"
After that uneventful encounter, as well as trying to deal with saving any survivors and ignoring the media and news interviews, Tatsumaki was able to just go back, very frustrated and dissatisfied.

"I swear, once day I will strangle that fucking edgy asshole!..."
Tatsumaki grumbles and growls under her breath as she enters her own home.

"Mom, you're home already?"
Luckily, the No.2 Hero didn't stay mad for long, as her rage was interrupted by what we assume is her own Son, who walked in wearing a bathrobe, no doubt had just finished taking a shower.

"I thought you were gonna fight a big scary monster attacking City A?"
The Son tilts his head curiously to see his Mother home so early.

"Hmph! Never mind that, Son, how is your psychic training?"
Tatsumaki, with a huff, refused to explain anything and instead instantly changed the subject, specifically about her Son and his psychic training.

"Well, you might be happy to hear, but I improved a lot!~"
Which the Son took the opportunity to tell his Mother on how much he was getting better at.

"Really? Let me see?"
This made Tatsumaki raise an eyebrow, now curious to see what kind of improvement her Son was talking about, which he didn't mind showing, as he then took a deep breath and wear a very determined expression, soon his body started to glow a dull gray color, which apparently enough to make him wear a "Sweating?" face, he then raised his hand and aimed it at a TV remote, not only coating it with the same dull color aura, but also made it slowly float up and towards himself, this caused him so much "Struggle?" and "Strain?", but was able to make the remote go into his hands, almost dropping it but was still able to catch it.

"S-See? I-I can finally carry a r-remote!~"
The Son was "Panting?" and "Sweating?" after doing all that, looking very proud at what he did.

"Well, I guess it's definitely more impressive than moving a pencil..."
Tatsumaki couldn't help but pinch her nose and shake her head slightly, no doubt a bit disappointed for such a weak display of psychic abilities.

"Good job, Minoru, I'm very proud of your progress."
Yet despite that, Tatsumaki knew better than to insult him, especially when he did technically improve, so she decided to praise her Son, now known as Minoru and pat his head for a job well done.

"Thank you Mom, that means a lot coming from you!~"
This rewarded Mother of Minoru with a very bright and happy smile, something that made her chest feel warm and fuzzy.

'Well, even if you're weak, I will still do everything to protect you.'
Even though Tatsumaki seemed rude and harsh with nearly everyone she meets, her Son was still her, well, her Son, and that was something she will never lose, no matter what.

"As a reward, how about we make some candy apples together?"
Tatsumaki, now in a much more better mood, decided to treat herself and her Son to some candy apples.

"Yay, you're the best Mom!~"

"I know I am~"
And with that, both Tatsumaki and Minoru went to kitchen to make some candy apples, and probably watch a movie together, just ending the day spending together, as Mother and Son, definitely a lovely sight to behold.

'That is my Truth, HAH! I always wanted to say that as Shadow, hmm, I wonder what else I should quote next, maybe something about diving deeper into darkness, yeah, that sounds so freaking rad~'

My main idea is that Minoru Kageno, his nickname is Cid, will replace Saitama, and the reason I chose him to be the Son of Tatsumaki, well, both to add more character development and spotlight for Tatsumaki, and to give Cid a reason that he has powers, replacing magic with advanced Telekinesis and Psychic powers.
(BTW, should I include Shadow Garden or No?)

No Shadow Garden: Basically what I mean, there will only be Cid Kageno and Akane Nishino, and that's it, no Alpha, Claire, etc.
(Shadow Garden would still exist, but replaced with One Punch Man characters, I'm open to suggestions)

Yes Shadow Garden: Basically, not only will Akane Nishino exist, but also Claire, Alpha, and even characters like Iris, Alexia, Rose, etc etc etc.
(I'm not sure I want to include the Cult, what do you think?)
