Chapter 6 : Recognition...

Y/n has started his job as a Hero and was patrolling every City looking for any monsters that were active.

Y/n got a message from his phone from the Hero Association telling him that a Low Demon Level Threat monster has appeared in City A.

Y/n put his phone in his pocket as he ran off to the next city.

Timeskip

It took Y/n about 20 seconds to arrive in the next city as he encounter the said monster,but the monster was defeated by someone else.

Sweet  Mask:Oh,so you must be Class A Rank 35,Y/n L/n...

Y/n looked at the monster ignoring Sweet Mask.

Y/n:It's dead...

Sweet Mask:It's not sweet of you ignoring me...

Y/n got a message from the Hero Association telling him that another Tiger Level Threat has appeared in the city.

Y/n:What's wrong with these monsters appearing out if random places today.

He put he's phone away as he ran to the next place.

Sweet Mask: He completely ignored my existence...how interesting...

Timeskip

Y/n arrived in the next block and saw that a squid monster was terrorising the people.

Lady:Help my son!

Monster:Let me tear off that head if yours boy.

Just as the minster was about to bite the boy's head off,Y/n came flying kick in sending the monster flying through hundreds of buildings,out of the peoples as sight.

As everyone looked back at Y/n,they saw him holding the child in his arms.

Y/n:Are you okay?

Boy:Y-Yes mister!

Y/n put the boy on the floor as he patted his head.

Y/n:A man should never make his mother worry, okay?

The boy runs off to his mother as everyone cheers for Y/n.

Y/n was about to leave,but the mother of the boy stopped him.

Lady:Wait! What's your name!?

Y/n looked back at the people as raised his finger in the air.

Y/n:...Y/n L/n...

Y/n ran off as the people cheered for him once again.

Timeskip

For the time being Y/n got no messages from the Hero Association.

Y/n:Are they still analyzing the situation?

Y/n:s phone rang,he looked as the Hero Association sent him a message.

...

Y/n:The ghost Town? Wait Isnt that by that baldy's city?

Y/n thought back on the day he first met him.

Y/n:Yeah,no, he can do it alone...

Y/n closed his phone as he walked around the city,having nothing else to do.

"Ding Ding"

Y/n looked at his phone and forgot that he didn't reply back,as the Hero Association was spamming him with the news.

Y/n:It wasn't dealt with already?

Y/n phoned the Hero Association.

Man:Yes? This is the Hero Association.

Y/n:Class A Rank 35,Y/n L/n here...

Man:Oh Mr Y/n! There's rumors about a monster in City Z,we'll need help if it's okay with you?

Y/n:(mind) So that guy hasn't killed the monster yet?

Man:Y/n will you go? We already sent some Heroes,but it would be best if we had back up.

Y/n:Yeah,send me the coordinates...

Man:Yes...There,it should've been sent by now.

Y/n looked back at his phone and saw that the location was sent.

Y/n:Got it...

Y/n kept his phone in his hand as he ran to City Z.

Timeskip

Y/n had arrived at City Z and was currently looking for the monster.

Not a single person was around the area,that's what made it a Ghost Town.

Y/n:Where is this-

Y/n heard fighting in the nearby,sounds of metal and houses collapsing.

He quickly ran off to the other block and saw that 2 Heroes were fighting a monster.

Y/n:Is that the thing?

Y/n walked over to them as the monster noticed his presence.

Kombu:Looks like another friend has joined us...

The two heroes that were battling the monster looked behind them and noticed who Y/n was at just a glance.

Golden Ball:If it isn't the Rookie...Y/n L/n...

Y/n:Why are you guys taking so long,kill that thing already!

Spring Mustache:It will take bit longer than we expected,this monster's hardening technique is worthy of a praise.

Kombu:What are you guys talking about over there!? You know you shouldn't gossip about your....FRIENDS!

Kombu used his hardening skills and attacked them with his hardened seaweeds.

Y/n dodged all of them,while the others struggled to dodge,resulting in them getting  a bit damaged by the monsters attack.

Y/n:(mind) What level threat was this thing again.

Kombu:Haha! Come on guys,don't break now,I still want to-

Before the minster could finish his sentence,Y/n appeared behind it.

He wrapped Hus arm around the monster head. The hardened seaweeds was defending it,but Y/n had put a little force into his arms,resulting in the minster getting squashed,creating forcefully winds by the pressure of Y/n's arms.

Golden Ball's came off his head and was about to take off with the wind, but he quickly grabbed it.

Golden Ball looked at Y/n as he saw that he was covered in the monster blood.

Golden Ball:That's some strength,maybe on par with Tank Top Master.

Y/n:Look at this blood...

Y/n took off Hus sweater as he used the clean areas to wipe the blood off his arm and face.

'Ding Ding'

The 3 Class A heroes checked their phones and saw that the Hero Association contacted them.

Y/n:Hey! Did you guys get the same messages?

Golden Ball and Spring Mustache nodded as they put their phones in their pocket.

Y/n:Well,now that I'm finish here,I'll go take a break...

Golden Ball:I'll go to a bar...

Spring Mustache:Maybe I'll relax in my luxurious house...

Y/n was at home,the money he earned from being a Class A hero was astounding,he could buy the things he needed now.

Reporter:Y/n L/n Class A Rank 35,a rookie said to have easily defeated a monster that Golden Ball Class A Rank 29 and Spring Mustache Class A Rank 33 had struggled with,and due to Y/n's victory he has climbed the ranks and now is Class A Rank 9.

Y/n:Really? But I had to admit,I used a little of my strength to squash that monster.

Y/n picked the remote up and switched the TV off and the lights.

Y/n:Guess I'll sleep...
