Celty lay peacefully till she was interrupted by the annoying yells and bang on the door " celty!! wake the hell up!!" she groaned lifting the covers over her head, she then lifted herself up and looked at her bedside table, only to be met by a horrifying face with smoke erupting from the mouth, her eyes widened and...

"GAHHHH!!!"she screamed in alarm, stumbling out of the bed " whats happening?!?!?" she could hear a younger female voice exclaimed belonging to her brothers wife " will you shut up!" James, her older brother voice yelled, celty gasped in fear, back against the wall, when she suddenly stopped and narrows her eyes

" rlly?" the mask fell, revealing a small wooden doll, which laughed, but not out loud, covering its painted smile, celty just sighed, walking over and picking up the doll " what are you, my wake up call?" she raised an eyebrow, the doll just shrugged and the two ended up laughing" celty hurry!" a voice boomed from down stairs, the girl along with the wooden doll sulked " it's time for the blue moon festival!" Celty smiled immediately lit up again " YAHOO!!!!"

meanwhile at sea

" are we almost there?..." luffy asked, laying the deck of the ship " we're running low on supplies so we're gonna make a quick stop at magia island" nami said, not taking her eyes off the map

" magia island? I've never heard of that place, what is it?" chopper asked " I've heard about it, its a magical place, I've never been but rumours have spread that theres a magician somewhere on the island" vivi explained " A MAGICIAN?!?!" the others exclaimed, carue squawked catching everyones attention " we're here!" vivi smiled in excitement

" wooahh!!!" luffy exclaimed " check out the town!" usopp and chopper exclaimed " the women!!!" sanji had hearts in his eyes and got kicked in the head by zoro " idiot" he muttered " Who you calling idiot moss head!!!" Sanji yelled " you perverted cook!!!!" Both yelled head butting each other till usopp " we're docking!" He yelled as the ship finally reached the shore, of course luffy was the first off " woooo! This place is so cool!!!!!" Luffys eyes sparked " I wanna see!" Then ran off " luffy!" The rest of the crew ran after him but then lost him in the crowd " crap we lost him! Spread out!"

Just as zoro was about to leave he noticed a ship that was docked that caused him to frown " crap the marines, guys wait!-" he turned to speak with his crew mates but they were already gone " $h!t!" He then ran around looking for them

Meanwhile with luffy

" wow! This place is awesome!!" Luffy walked down a street, there were many stalls open for business, food stalls, clothing stalls, along with other cool trinkets, he then made his way to a more open area " woah!!!!"

The place was decorated beautifully, colourful streamers were hung out, tables were lined with food, fried, steamed, souped, luffy was practically drooling " luffy!" A fist then collided with his head " you moron!!!" Nami yelled " OWWW!!! why?!?" He cried clenching his head " don't just run off like that!" She yelled, vivi and carue then appeared from around the a corner, followed by chopper, usopp and sanji " there you are" she sighed in relief, walking over " you found him" chopper sighed " where's zoro?" Usopp asked " that idiot must have gotten lost" sanji scoffed " great! Now we need to find zoro!" Nami growled, just then the towns people started cheering, catching the the group plus the birds attention, they looked and saw everyone crowding around a stage " what's going on?" four people walked onto the stage, one of them wearing a hood, the person with the violen began playing, followed by the drummer and other instruments, and the so called girl began to dance

Even during the dance, she then pulled out a magic hat from underneath her cloak, showing it to the crowded, then straightening it, she waved her hand and a little doll popped out waving his arms in the air, the kids up front started laughing and cheering, the doll jumped out of the hat and started doing a little jig while everyone including the straw hats started laughing , while the people clapping along" wow! It's a living doll!" Chopper exclaimed in excitement " awesome!" Him along with luffy usopp gleamed

As the music continued, While the group were enjoying the show, zoro walked into the area and found his crew mates " guys! We have to go!" He yelled over the loud cheering of the crowd " what's the rush! This is awesome! Check it out! We found the magician!" Luffy pointed towards the hooded girl with the living doll " there's no time! We have to go now!" Zoro grunted " what's the hurry moss head! Can't you just enjoy the show!?"sanji scowed " not unless you want to be Caught by the marines!" Zoro yelled " what?!? Their here?!?" The crew exclaimed

The music stopped and the towns people started cheering, the girl on stage bows along with the puppet, just then one man yelled " incoming! Marines incoming!" The girl gasped along with the others around her

" run for it girl!" One yelled

she then jumped down from the stage and was about run when " hold it!" Her arm was grabbed by some guy wearing marine clothing " let me go!" The girl struggled to get out of his grip " now I've got you pesky witch!" He smirked " now we'll see who you really are" he reached for her hood, but the girl was quick, reaching into her pocket and pulling out some strange purple dust, then blowing it into the guys face, the coughed releasing his hold on the girl " you! Little-" the guy continued coughing till he fell to the floor asleep snoring, loads of people laughed while the girl under the hood just smirked, while her doll was covering his painted mouth laughing

" hey!" She looked and saw more marines heading her way, she then backed up until she had climbed back onto the stage " seriously? Can't you guys take a hint?" She grinned " enough out of you witch! We're taking you! And your annoying puppet in!" One pointed his sword at her then at toby, the girl just scoffed turning to Toby " wow! How rude! Your a doll not a puppet!" She scoffed while the doll shock his head in a disappointed, mockingly way " enough! It's over! There's no where you two to go!" Celty counted the amount of soldiers crowding around her and Toby " eight, nine, ten! So there's ten of you and one of me, whats a poor girl to do?" she said, pulling a handkerchief from her collar, and started whimpering into it, while Toby was patting her head, she then blew her nose into the handkerchief and a cloud of purple smoke erupted into the air, surprising everyone and even causing some people to yelp " witch craft!" One marine yelled

" yooohooo! Over here!" Loads of people turned and laughed when they saw her hiding among the funny masks waving while Toby waved his hands about frantically " get back here!" Celty gasped

And saw two marine soldiers, Toby launched into celty's shoulder and they immediately ran for it, mari jumped into a crate then jumped from it, right into the crowd, both celty and Toby waved as they were being carried away, the two marines attempted the same in but fell face first when the crowd moved to the side, meanwhile the straw hats were laughing the heads of

" Man this girls a riot!" Luffy cried in laughter " I really like to know who she is so I can thank her for this!" Usopp said, holding his stomach, celty then jumped snickering to herself along with Toby and were about to walk away when one of the marines was about to swing his sword at her, but she ducked and the sword stuck into a wooden stilt that one of the performers was wearing, celty covered her mouth from laughing and snuck away before the performer turned and glared down at the marine with his buddy, who were laughing nervously, then received an kick from the angry guy and were sent flying into the large bucket that was filled with water and apples, people still continued to laugh, including celty, one of the marines hats that got kicked fell on her head, so she took if off with a bow and tossed it

she then saw three other marines running towards she, so she picked up one of the empty silver trays by the table she stood next to and flung it in their direction, on hand on her hip, it worked just like a boomerang and hitting all three, sanji had to duck his head, when the tray flew in his direction, sticking into on one of the stall beams, he literally looked up with hearts in his eyes " what a woman~" he sighed dreamy, receiving a smack on the head from nami and vivi "you don't even know what she looks like!!!!" They yelled, in the end celty stared down, nodding at her good work then proceeded to walk back towards the stage, dragging a blue sheet with her, she and captain rathe made eye contact and she waved in a flirty way, while he glared growling under his breath " this isn't over witch! I will find you! And when I do! I have you burned right here in this street!" He sneered " oh then keep dreaming! Cause that's never gonna happen!" She sneered, jumping onto the stage with Toby waving to the crowd she flung the blue sheet over herself and Toby and it lowered to the ground flat, the crowd cheered clapping and she made herself and the living doll disappear

" wow! She vanished! I want her to join the crew!" Luffy exclaimed' receiving a punch from nami once again " yeah...and we might wanna vanish also" she said, pointing towards the marines heading in this direction " pst! Over here!" The group turned and saw a little boy with brown hair waving to them " this way!" Before anyone could say anything, luffy started following the small boy " luffy!" Nami just sighed and followed " hey wait up!" Chopper and usopp ran after them " wait!" Vivi also followed " vivi! My darling wait for me il protect you!" Sanji yelled " urg! I'm surounded by idiots!" Zoro was last to follow

The kid then knocked on a stone wall " ummm, what is he doing?" Sanji asked " shh!" Suddenly a passage in the wall opened, revealing a person with darker hair " hi daddy!" The little boy jumped his dad " Roy, what's going on? Who are these people?"

" they're pirates, and the captains navy's heading this way!" The boy exclaimed which caused the mans eyes to widen " everyone in! Quick!" They all climbed into, the wall then closed up, leaving them in complete darkness " it's too dark! I'm terrified!-ow!!!" Usopp squealed in fear then received a fist to his head from nami "get a grip!" She growled " sorry, one sec" the man then pulled out a match and lit a lamp " follow me" he said and guided the group, the man then stopped at another wall and pushed one of the stones, just like a button a doorway opened

Revealing a room full of weapons, guns, swords, you name it

Meanwhile the straw hats were looking around the shop amazed by the craftsmanship, the sword master saw something that actually interesting

" what the heck is this thing supposed to be, half of a scissor?" He asked the little boy who walked over," oh! Aunt's scissor blade" he smiles, but then frowns " but sadly someone stole the other half..." he grew curious to the story

" wow! Cool sword!" Luffy tried to touch one of the blue swords with a snowflake symbol on it, when he heard

" wait!" James stopped him before he touched him " that's one of my sisters ice swords! If you touch it, you turn to ice instantly!" He says

" what?! how'd she make an ice sword!?" They exclaimed

" my sister and I are weapon craftsmen here, her mainly...she creates most of the weapons here, also weapons...the marines order her to make..." he says sadly

" what?! Is she a magician or something?!" They exclaimed

James laughed nervously, while Roy looked at him funny " is that even a question?" He says while the father looks at him in horror

" wait....your saying...the weapons Master of this shop ..." nami began " and the magician we saw in the square...." Vivi says " are the same person?!" The boys finished their sentence

"What the hell are you all doing here?" A voice asked sternly, her eyes emotionless.

They stiffened under her gaze and smiled nervously  "O-oh, you must be the one who made those incredible weapons! We're just" Nami began

She stopped when a knife was at her forehead, the woman screeching in fear.

Zoro was quick to act and stood in front of her at the last moment, blocking her hit.    
"What's wrong with you?" he barked and her with a deep scowled.    

"I could ask you the same" the girl retorted and the swordman's eyebrow twitched in irritation.

"You came into my home without permission"    
"Please, celty, It's my fault!" cried out James, walking to her

Her cold stare fell on him and he winced at the intensity of her eyes, They were like daggers, more deadly than anyone could imagine

" I told you not to come here. You're forbidden to approach this room, remember?" She growled

Zoro pushed her with great strength to the door, trapping her against it. Her eyes widened in surprise, then quickly turned into anger.     

"I don't care about permission or whatsoever, but if you tried to hurt one of our comrades. I can't simply let you walk out like that" Zoro said threateningly. A smirk graced her lips.    

"Oh?

"Wh-"    

The swordman stopped talking, plus was already thrown to the floor, the sound of the collision was enough to alarm the crew

" zoro!!!!" They shouted his name while Chopper threw himself at him

"Hes heads bleeding!" said in shock Chopper.     
The girl crossed her arms over her chest and her bands shadowed her face, but she did grab her knife from her side

A frown taking place while listening to the howling pain coming from the so called pirate, never did he feel this kind of agony before.

She pointed her knife toward james who stood there in shock and horror.

  "I won't repeat myself James...Get out of here and never come back" she glared, a snarl on her face.     

"Sis...chill...put down the knife..." he shivered   

"Hey, you jerk!" yelled Luffy. "Why don't you fight me instead!" 

   "Annoying" she spat, aiming the knife toward the straw hat boy, Luffy cracked his knuckle and his head, a serious look on his face.    

"I wanted you to join my crew, but if you keep hurting my crewmates like this, and your brother, I will send you flying!" he snapped.

Her Face, still emotionless "Join you? In your dreams" she muttered "I don't have business with you-"    

"Please, wait Luffy!" cried out Vivi, standing between the two

"We're not here to fight! There's no need to have any more bloodshed in our journey...We leave right away. Excuse us, ma'am"

The girl then Sees Luffy elbow about to touch the sword " hey watch it!" Before anyone could stop him, he froze instantly

" Luffy!" They exclaimed

" are you kidding me?" The girl grit her teeth, walking behind the counter and pulling out some book

" errr, excuse me, but what are you doing?" Vivi asked

" thawing him so you can take him and go" the girl says coldly

She then finds the spell she needed and walked over to him, she chanted and the ice began to melt " woah!!!" The others exclaimed while the man stood proud

the remaining ice melted and luffy stood there freezing " I'll get a towel" Roy then ran out the room " and I'll get a mop" the girl sighed annoyed " s-so c-cold..." luffy shivered, while the man pulled up a chair " here, sit down"

" Toby! Come back here!" Everyone one turned and saw something small on the ground running with the towel over its head, and little Roy running after it, he leaped towards it but missed and the creature under the towel bumped into celty's leg, she sighed shaking her head and bent down picking it up " Toby, what on earth are you doing?" She lifted the towel off revealing the doll from before " wow! It's the living doll!" Chopper and usopp exclaimed

" and he's even got a tiny straw hat!" Luffy was shaking his tiny hand

While everyone was talking, Toby walked over to the window, he noticed something and immediately  starts waving his arms frantically, which only Roy noticed, he then walked over and peeked through the window, then gasped when he saw the captain walking towards the shop " captains rathe's coming!" He exclaimed which the group gasped

" he must be coming to pick up his order..." Celty said and quickly ran back to her desk

" you guys hide in the back!" James whispered pointing toward the back doorway behind the counter

The door opened and the captain walked through, casually staring at the newly made weapons, his eyes then rolled towards celty,and a smirk formed on this lips, from the back luffy could noticed celty's form shivering slightly

" good evening my dear~ still working?" He asked " y-yes, did you come to collect your order?" She asked nervously " of course I did, and maybe~ " he got closer to her face " a little something more~" his breath smelt like alconhol which made her sick

" y-your orders already and waiting on the desk over there" she pointed towards the desk opposite hers with a box atop of it, he just chuckled walking over towards the desk and opening the box " playing hard to get like always~ " he smirked, reaching in and pulling out a revolver, then started examining it " hmmm, good work love~ another excellent piece, but course it's to be expected from magia islands weapons craftsmen" he chuckled, he then pulled out a yellow Rolled up piece of paper and placed it on her desk

" here's another contract, be sure to have it ready, il be back to collect it in three days" he said then walked over to the door, opening it " I also look forward to our wedding" he smirked then then left, letting the door slam" are you okay Aunty?" Roy asks, she turned to him smiling reassuringly " I'm okay, there's no need to worry"

This surprised the crew, she was cold and rude before, now she's nice? Maybe only to the little boy

" excuse me miss?" Celty turned towards vivid who walked up to her with her emotionless face

" is it true? Are you really marrying that horrible man?" She asks out of concern " I....I don't have a choice..." Celty sighed turning away

" what do you mean?! You can do magic! you'd practically knock him out!" Luffy exclaimed " if he finds out I'm the magician he use it against me, and also he'll hurt my brother and his family, so I don't have a choice, please...I have some work I need to take care of now" she said holding up the contract then walking out of the room

" sis you do realise he doesn't even know about us right?" Her brother yelled but she yelled " still!" The rest of his calls she ignored

Outside James house

" I'm sorry about my sister...." James sweatdropped " it's just with the marines keeping her on this island, she hasn't really been her old self" he said

" what was she like before?" Vivi asked " honestly, she used to be the adventurous type, and pretty cheerful" james chuckled " always traveling to new places, seeing new people, but then..." he lowered his head  " but then...the marines grew interested...not in her powers... surprisingly my sister managed to hide that part of her... because she such a talented at weapons crafting... One got interested in her because of her unnatural red hair and wanted to keep her from himself..." that made them mad

"but she managed to slip away, what was funny was she gave the guy half of what they wanted, and left her hair behind"

The guys pictured the girl slipping away with a grin on her face, while a figure holding the hair she left behind, clenching their fists, and held their snorts, but it was too much and they all started laughing

" yep that's mud mischievous sister..." his eyes then darkened " but then..."

In his memories

He along with the towns people waved to celty as she was about to leave again and set sail, when she turned to walk to the harbour, she gasped when she saw who stood before her, the marines captain stepped forward eyeing her from head to toe, then smirked as he held her arm

Flashback end

" that bastard captain and the marines arrived...and declared her their weapons crafter, and said if she were to leave the island, there would be hell to pay for the islands people...now my cheerful little sis is cold and mean to me..." he whimpered like a moron

the straw hats stared in shock, ignoring he way he acted " your saying, he threatened the lives of the people if she refused to obey the marines?!" Vivi exclaimed " he did, and he has such an interest in her, he won't let her leave, the islands become her prison..." James lowers his head

" Okay now that's just wrong!" Ussop exclaimed " yeah! She's not theirs!" Chopper joined " they don't have the right to keep someone from leaving, she's not a criminal!" Vivi too was mad, while Nami was shocked, even the other two, who were holding their swords and fists (guess who?)

" wait, so your saying they Dont know she's the magician right?" Nami asked " yeah that's right, but it's not that easy for her to use her power in public, they don't know we're related, but they'll find out eventually the longer she stays, that's why she's always wearing her hood when she goes out as the magician, So she can fight them and keep everyone safe, then escape, so she doesn't have to worry about us getting hurt, but as you can see its taking longer than expected" James explained

After the talk the crew went on their way, well most of them at least

"Hey, where's Luffy?" Ussop asked

"...."

Everyone paused and realized slowly that the Straw Hat captain wasn't with them anymore."LUFFY DISAPPEARED"

Back at mari's shop

"Toby...What am I gonna do?" Celty asked. The wooden figure gazed at her, then at the paper. She sighed and grabbed the piece of parchment, throwing it in a drawer in the main desk, with many other similar papers.

"That's a lot of them" whistled someone and celty hummed ."Tell me about it...?"

It took her a moment for her to realize there was someone else  in the room and she caught the sight of the boy from before. The captain of the Straw Hat pirates."WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" She exclaimed, standing up."The door was open" he simply replied, a look of disbelief on his face like he did nothing wrong

."IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO ENTER!!" She calmed down "And I thought I told you to leave this place?" She narrowed her eyes

"Join the crew"

"I. Can't. "  Celty turning away from Luffy.

"I don't know what you're talking about but come on! It will be fun!" Luffy gave a goofy smile

'How can he smile like that?'

"What use do you want from me?"

"You're pretty strong and we may need a magician in our crew! And master weapons person, So let's be friends and set sail!"

Celty clenched her fists " I can't." She repeated, controlled herself from growling

"Why not?!"

"BECAUSE!"

"WHAT KIND OF CHILDISH ANSWER IS THAT?"

"PFF, YEAH YOUR ONE TO TALK"

While the bickering went on, Toby was watching in surprise and curiosity, she had never talked with someone the way he was seeing from his angle

"Let me guess my brother sent you?" Celty glared

"No, I came here on my own"

"Whatever. Just leave already"

"Why?"

"I'm busy"

"Busy with what?"

"With work"

"Work on what?"

" oh my god your annoying!" Celty exclaim " the contracts I get from the captain!"

"Contracts?"

"With the Marines. You know, the yellow papers and all?"

"What are those?"

"Order to build weapons"

"For who?"

"Marines, the World Government"

"Why?"

" oh my god stop!" She exclaimed " if you must know I'm doing this to keep my family safe, and so I don't Have to join the marines like they want! I didn't even know my brother was on this island! I came here to escape! But then they found me again! If I don't listen they'll hurt everyone!" She snapped

"You're an idiot" said bluntly Luffy and celty gritted her teeth

."What?!"

"Letting them control you like that...You're wasting your potential because of them. You need to stand up! Your brother wants you to be happy again!"

"I can't because of that stupid captain, and my stupid powers! I never wanted this life! BECAUSE of my power and looks, death is only an inch away from my family and everyone else in this town! If I ever reveal to the world who I am they will kill everyone!" Celty snarled.

The Straw Hat captain stared at you silently, his hat shading his face, celty on the other hand, was beyond pissed.

"Can you leave me alone now?"

"...Yes..."It surprised that he finally gave up ' she's just like Nami...but instead of destroying her prison, I have to take out that fat guy...' the image of the captain appeared in his mind

Celty was then left alone, Toby crawled out from where he was hiding, he walked up hesitantly, and slightly jumped to see her face

Full of tears

That slowly slipped down and fell, he patted her hand, but It didn't really help, and so she lay her head on the table crying her eyes out

Back with the straw hats, while the guys were arguing about where luffy

"I fell bad for miss celty" vivi said sadly " I do too, I...felt like that once when with arlong...but to be forced to marry someone...it's not right..." nami says

" are the preparations for tonight almost ready?" They heard a familiar snarky voice, they peeked around a corner and saw the marines captain rathe

" almost sir, just waiting on the crystal to be placed where it's always placed each year" a marine soldier informed " that night will also be my wedding, as soon as I find my bride in the crowd tonight" both girls eyes widened ' tonight?!?' The others peek around the corner " what's going on?" Ussop asked, but the two girls shushed him and pointed towards the captain

" but what if she refuses?" The same soldier asked " she won't, she belongs to me, and she knows that if she refuses, I'll blow up everything and everyone she knows in this town, it's not important to then grand line anyway, so be prepared for tonight boys, and also enjoy the party!" The crew cheered while the straw hats glared

" that pitiful excuse of a man!" Vivi glared " can I slice him up?" Zoro asked, reaching for his swords, he had no idea why he was full of rage, but he didn't care at the moment

" then let me break his bones" sanji glared clenching his fists " you wanna cause trouble for celty and the town?!" Nami exclaimed

" did I hear him right?" Luffy asked, appearing out of nowhere

."LUFFY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" screamed in unison the Straw Hat crew. "WHERE WERE YOU?!"

" celty's shop"

"Did I hear him right though?"

" yeah...he said he's gonna force her to marry him tonight" nami said

" luffy...what do you want to do?" Ussop asked

" I'm gonna make celty our new crew member" he smirked under his straw hat " EH?!?!??!?!!" The crew exclaimed " but before that, I'm gonna send that guy flying" he declared

" but why are we gonna do about tonight?" Ussop questioned " he's gonna go after her tonight" he reminded " I have an idea!" Nami smirked

" I bought it from miss Nora's store, will you just shut up and let me finish my work" her sister in law answered " but that doesn't answer how you got the money for it-" Celty then gasped when her sister in law tighten the corset

" you killing me!-" Celty gasped for breath " for goodness sake, a corset hasn't killed anyone before don't be such a baby!" Annie scolded, finalising everything " there now we slide on the dress~" she then lifted celty's arms up and slid on the dress " now, let's get a look at you!" Annie huffed proudly, she then gasped when celty turned around " Celty...you beautiful..." She gasped covering her mouth

" yeah...it's my curse..." she dead panned, then sighed and said " I can't do this... If I go out there he'll see me" Annie just placed both hands on her shoulders "  Celty your gonna be in a big crowd, and it's the blue moon festival" she then shrugged "and maybe you and someone else will get chosen, I mean anyone else is better than that snobby fat captain am I right?" This made Celty snicker " and hey, you forgot the most important detail" Celty raised an eyebrow " what?" She then looked down and saw her sister in law lifting up a mask and started laughing at the Derby face she was doing " he won't know who you with this mask" she smirked " Annie you evil genius" Celty snickered

She placing over her eyes " wow! Even I don't know who you are!" Celty just rolled her eyes, Annie looked out the window before giving her a thumbs up " alright! Clear!"

Celty started walking up the street back to the street that was set up for the party

" okay, why are me and vivi also wearing suits?" Nami dead panned along with vivi " to keep celty's suspicions off that we're here still" usopp said fixing his tie " hurry up!" Sanji said, looking into the crowd " might I say, the only person who seems to be on board with this plan is sanji..." nami sweatdropped " how are we supposed to even find her?"chopper asked" um... the short red hair?" Both Jami and vivi remind " come on! Lets party!" Luffy cheered, receiving a smack on the head " MORON!!!" The crew yelled as he clenched his head

They then made their way into the square, colourful street lamps were hung out, people were dressed up wearing masks, some laughing while bobbing for apples, some eating by the buffet " meat!" Luffy immediately booked it for the buffet tables " really...we forgot about luffy seeing the food!" Nami exclaimed " everyone just spread out and try to find Celty"

With said girl

Celty still stood close by the stage enjoying the performances of the band when she saw the captain ordering his navy soldiers " find her and bring her to me" he ordered, celty immediately panicked and started walking away, so she decided to head toward the buffet table, when she got there she saw all the wide eyed faces of the people staring at some guy eating loads of the food, even the chefs that were cooking stared in shock, one of them even fainted, just as Celty was about to grab something she felt her hand being grabbed, she looked and saw it was the guy " oh...sorry" he said, taking his hand back, she felt their was something familiar about the voice

" no..problem...say have we met before?" She asked, the guy just shrugged, then went back to eating, which Celty stiffed with laughter as the empty plates began to rise, she couldn't shake the feeling that she knew this person, just as she was about to ask she saw two navy soldiers heading in her direction " I'm sorry I have to go" she big far well and walked away before she was seen

And decided to head to where they were serving drinks " one please" she then sat down, watching Two guys aline the crystal stuck up high in the clock tower instead of the bell " this seat taken?" A voice suddenly asked, Celty turned and saw a person similar to the person she saw before

" no" she smiled and the person sat down, then ordered himself a drink and started having a friendly conversation, just like the guy by the buffet she felt there was something odd familiar about the person she was talking with, very familiar

just as She was about to ask, she saw the captain heading her way " sorry but I'm gonna have to go" she smiled sadly then left, the person who she talked with actually felt sad seeing her go, which was surprising to him

At the bar

" one, and make it snappy" he said rudely to the bar keep, who looked terrified " y-yes sir!" Then left, so he decided to have a chat with the person Celty was chatting with " nice night huh?"

" yeah...nice" the man said hiding his disgust " what's with that crystal in the bell tower?" The stranger asked " oh, not of this town?" The captain asked " nah, traveler" the captain just chucked " every 5 years the blue moon reflects on this island, and bonds to souls for life, it's kind of like a way of finding your soul mate " the stranger just scoffed " soul mate? No way" he didn't believe it for a second" now it's really, see that couple over there?" Captain pointed towards an old couple sitting at a table clapping to the performance " first time I came here I came to my first festival, the crystal glowed a bright blue light directly on those two, and here they are today"

" and you hope that crystal Shines on you and a certain someone?" The stranger asks " I don't need the help of some magic crystal, I've already got my eye on someone in particular" the captain laughed " her beauty shines brighter than any of these peasants, along with that beautiful red hair of hers, and I'm gonna make sure she's all mine" the stranger just grit his teeth in angry " excuse me, I have to get going" he got at up and started leaving " enjoy the festival" the captain called out

Back to Celty

Celty decided the best way for her to hide was inside the crowd, just then she bumped into someone " oh sorry" she turned and saw it was another person dressed just like the other two guys,only there was something different about this guy, for one he wasn't even facing her, like he was hiding something, " n-no problem!" He stuttered, he too sounded familiar " is something wrong?" She asked tilting her head "n-no ma'am! Umm! Sorry I have to go!- cmon chopper!" He whispered the last name and grabbed something or someone off the ground and ran for it, which confused Celty she thought he said something else but couldn't make it out, so she just shrugged it off

She then froze in fear when she saw the captain himself heading in her direction ' crap! Whatdoidowhatdoidowhatdoido?!?!?!' Just then she felt he's left being pulled away " a dance my lady?" Celty looked up and saw another guy wearing the same clothing as the other three?!? ' what the hell!?! Is this look that popular?!?' She then took a glance back towards the captain who was getting even closer! " umm! S-sure!" She smiled nervously, as the stranger pulled her deeper into the crowd, further Way from the captain, she sighed in relief " is there a problem miss?" The stranger asked

" n-no it's fine, say I swear I've heard your voice before do I know you?" Celty asked, just before anyone said anything, the stranger suddenly started getting pulled by the ear, yelping in pain by another person wearing the same clothing ' what the!?'

" sorry miss, but I need to borrow this guy" the other stranger said, which surprisingly sound feminine, and familiar, before Celty could say anything they were both gone, Celty was then left alone in the crowd, just then the music stopped and someone on stage spoke " alright everyone! I hope you've all been having a great time! The crystal is now aline with the blue moon and should choose a couple, all couples please proceed to the centre and anyone who wishes to dance with somebody, please don't hesitate! Find your special someone!" The an over finished and the music began to play, celty tried her best to get out of the crowd but suddenly got bumped from behind

Just as she was about hit the ground she felt an arm caught her by the waist, then pulling her close, holding one of her hands in his or her own, just then the crowd gasped when the blue light shone onto the two, the mysterious saviour spoke

" may I have this dance?" They asked, Celty breath had come to a halt but then smiled and nodded " yes..."

As the two danced the blue light followed their everystep, celty's brother along with his wife and son watch happily, while Toby sat on little Roy's shoulder

Meanwhile amongst the crowd the captain and his crew searched endlessly for Celty " any sign of her?" He asked in a demanding tone " no sir, she doesn't seem to be around" one marine shivered " I..think I found her..." one pointed towards where the light of the blue moon shone, the captain growled " no!" He marched through the crowd, pushing people over in the process

Back to dance

Through out the dance, celty for the first time, smiled happily, no one was pushing her around, and for the first time in forever she felt... safe " Celty" the mysterious dance spoke her name which shocked her

" how do you know my name?" She asked astonished " we've actually met, It's me-" just as the they were about to say their name, celty was harshly grabbed and pulled away, she turned and gasped when she saw the captains face, full of rage, the light of the blue moon stopped shining, the captain growled even more, pushing Celty aside, causing her to fall painfully onto the ground " that dance...was meant...for me!" He growled stalking towards the mysterious dancer and grabbing them by the collar, celty cramped to get up and hurried to stop the madness that was going on, managing to pull the captains grip away " stop it! Leave him alone!" She growled

" shut up!" He roared, the crowd gasped when he slapped her across the face, knocking off her mask, and causing her to fall back again, clenching her bruised cheek in pain and fear, the captain turned to attack the mysterious dance but they were already gone, he growled before letting out an angry roar " you!" He turned back to Celty and grabbed her by the arm, causing her to yelp in pain

" I thought I told you! You belong to me! And nobody else!" He yelled " oh this time celty your really gonna get it!!!" She screamed and covered her face with her other hand but felt nothing, instead the sound of someone getting hit with the sound of a groan, and the grip lossening till it was gone, she looked and stared shock as the captain lay on the ground clenching his head

" hey! Fat guy!" Celty turned with tears in her eyes and saw luffy only 5 feet away " leave her alone!" He yelled which the captain growled " you little punk...this ain't any of your business!"

" yes it is!" Luffy yelled " she's my friend! She doesn't belong to you!" He yelled he then looked at her " don't worry Celty! I will save you!" He yelled while celty's eyes widened

' he called me...his friend...hes saving me...why...after I was mean to him...?' The captain grew more furious

" you'll little delinquent! So your a pirate huh...then I can kill you" he reached for his sword

While that was going on Celty was grabbed and pulled further away she looked and saw vivi and nami and little chopper" follow us!" Nami said

" but what about..." She turned back and saw luffy fighting with the captain " he'll be fine, we have to get you out of here" the three girls and chopper started running up the street, passing people screaming and fleeing the scene, they then turned and hid in one of the ally's " why?..." celty's voice croaked, catch both girls attention " why did you guys save me?..." She aske' I'm worthless..i can't even stand up for myself...' She cried, back against the wall, crouching down, chopper came over and hugged her

" stop letting that guy push you around!" Nami snapped " Nami!?" Both vivi and chopper exclaimed " if you want something in this world fight for it! Stand up for something you believe in! But most of all believe in Luffy!" She yelled

" yeah she's right! Besides you can take him! Just like you did his soldiers in the square this morning!" Chopper exclaimed towards Mari " your the magician of magia island, if you want to be the best then do it!" Vivi says, the tears from celty's face stopped dripping and for the first time she felt somewhat different

't-their right...I choose my o-own path' Celty then stood up with a determined face " Celty?" She ignored names voice and continued back into the street ' if i wanna be free, I have to stand up for myself! Even if that means becoming-!' She then tore the bottom part of her dress

Meanwhile back at the fight

The others were struggling against the captain " crap this guys tougher than he looks" zoro huffed " you fools will pay for your interference!" The captain laughed " wha now?!" Usopp panicked

" nothing! There's nothing you can-"

"Wall,of tempest grant peace to them bellow!" All of a sudden a strange green light and wind, loads of marines screamd as they were blown away " what the heck is this!?" Sanji exclaimed

" what the hell?" The captain coughed, The smoke cleared revealing Celty with her arm raised towards him, with a p!$$ed off expression

" Celty!" Luffy exclaimed " CELTY SWAN~" sanji sang with hearts in his eyes " you?! Your the witch?!" The captain exclaimed in shock and surprise

" for the last time! I'm a magician! Not a witch! And you just ruined my favourite festival!" She yelled in angry " get her!" The captain ordered and his navy charged towards " Celty!" Zoro yelled about to assist

" this ends now!" She grit her " chilling storm!" she chanted and the marine froze in their tracks

" you just became more valuable to me" the captain muttered " you shut your fat hole you pig!" Celty snapped causing him to stiffen " w-what the?..."

" you Heard me prick! For so long! You've kept me here against my will! Forced me and blackmail me into staying and making weapons for you! when you knew I wasn't interested! And forcing me to marry you?! This is why I wanted to avoid you Marine bastards! Loads of you going crazy with power! And used it against others! I'd rather be a pirate that with the marines!" His eyes widened " you stupid girl! So used rather become a criminal?!"

" if that's what it takes to avoid you Marines then so be it...And if that makes me an enemy of the world... So be it. I choose to be free! I don't care if I'm the worst girl who ever lived!" She continued

" damn...I guess this is what she's like when she's really mad..." zoro muttered surprise with a red tint

" she pretty hot like this" sanji smirked

" remind me not to get on her bad side" Ussop muttered shocked " get him Celty!" Luffy cheered

" hey Toby...bring it out" she says, they all then see Toby running with a small case that, was bigger than him?! How is he able to carry that?!

he throws it and it skids to a halt at her foot, And pulled out what zoro saw on display in the shop

She pulls it out, flipping around her arm into sword form, and aiming at the captain " this is for all the hell you've put me through!" She glared

"Scissor blade....wind slash" she whispered, All she didn't was tilt the sword a different angle, it lights up

She then Swings it, creating very powerful wind slashes, the captain grit his teeth, shielding himself with his arms " damn girl...." he growled

" I will never let you in slave me ever again!" She growled and prepared her next bolting 

More marines charged towards her, She aimed her scissor blade at them

   "Scissor blade: wind volt!"      Another wave, much bigger then the ones she aimed at the captain, and marines, he was knocked down as they cried out as they were sent flying, literally the Marine ship, also making numerous holes in it.

The ship started to rock unsteadily right and left, making some Marines fall in the ocean.

Celty smirked and aimed towards more of her attackers, but instead, they scream and ran away " retreat!"

She smiles sighing, placing a hand on her hip, while swinging the now small scissor blade " man that was fun...I haven't fought this much since my imprisonment on this island..."

A shadow fell over her, she was about to turn around but a someone was quicker to act than her.

Zoro blocked the sword  captain rathe was trying to slice her down with it, he gasped in surprise as did she

    "Three sword style....Oni Giri" he muttered before slashing the Marine captain, The man fell on his knees and was knocked out immediately after, celty stood still for a moment, realizing that it was over, it was all finally over

"Chopper! How are the people in town?!" yelled Nami

"Only small bruises!" replied the small reindeer.

"It all thanks to Usopp and sanji, they got the people to safety while Mari fought the captain!"    

"Yeah!" the long nose smiled

" it felt good to finally be rid of those ingrates" the chef smirked

"Even after I was horrible to all of you...you still saved me?" She asked, in disbelief 

   "Don't think we did it for you, woman" growled the swordman, crossing his arms. "We didn't want to be killed at the same time"    

"Still, you saved me back there" she pointed to captain rathe he took down " you even blocked his attack that was meant for me" she added, Zoro blushed and turned his back to her "Oh? Is mossy blushing?" She smirked

"S-Shut up!"   

" Celty swan!!!~" cried the cooker, dancing his way to her. He held one of her hands, a flirtatious smile on his face. "I'm glad that you are alright"    

Zoro growled at him from the side, glaring daggers

"Ehh...yeah....Who the heck are you?" She asked, getting out of his hold.  

  "Sis!" yelled a voice, she turned saw James and Annie, who was carrying Roy in her arms " Celty!"

" Aunty Celty!" She stood still in shock, while her brother ran and  jumped down from the ship to walk toward her, hugged her the moment he got to her, taking her by surprise. "I'm so glad that you're okay..."

" James....I'm...im so sorry...." she felt tears building up in her eyes, then fell like a waterfall

" don't be..." he had tears spilling from his face, but he was happy, hugging his sister " I'm just glad your back..."

Annie and little Roy joined in on the huh, even little Toby

Meanwhile the straw hats smiled in the background, the party continued, of course luffy was back at the buffet, Sanji trying to impress women, during the fight, zoro got slightly injured in the fight, and was being treated by the towns doctor, grunting in pain by the doctors......treatment

Celty sat on the roof, looking down at her home town, she was going to be leaving soon, the marines were gone from the island, that captain rathe's gone

" hey sis" she turned and saw James walking over, and sat next to her " hey James, I've been thinking about it, but I think I'm gonna leave..." she says

He doesn't say anything....but then Smiles to her surprise " that great! My little sis can travel again!" He grinned

" huh?...your not upset?" She asked astonished

" why would I?" He smirked " me and Annie were thinking the same thing"

" huh?!" She exclaimed " what?! B-but!-" he laughed at her reaction, gaping " we're gonna go after dad, I know where he is, plus I think it's for the best" she stared at him in absolute shock " w-what?! Y-your really?!"

" yep! And don't even think about talking me out"

She looked back down at the town " you know what, do what you want" she says

" huh?" He blinked, but then saw her smiling, when that captain appeared and took his sis under his control, But when the straw hats appeared, they set not only the island, but her free as well, and now, she can smile again

" let the old man know i said hi" she says

Back to the party

Celty walked around, watching everyone partying " excuse me, Celty?" She turned around and saw nami " yeah?"

" can we talk for a minute?"

" sure" she shrugged

Time skip

They were both now sitting by the fountain

" so...I wanted to say...I'm sorry" she says, while the redhead blinks at her " huh? What for?" She asked

" I thought you were a nasty person, but really you were just like me" she says which confused Celty" huh?"

" before I joined luffy's crew, for eight years, I was stuck working for a crew by a fish man who's name was arlong, he kept me trapped, until luffy came and rescued me...." she said, which surprised her

" you haven't been on this island for eight years, but you were stuck working for terrible people like I was...when I first saw you...I thought you were a mean person...the way you Acted in the shop when we met for the first time...but when I heard from your brother...."

During when he told them what happened to Celty, her eyes were wide in shock " I realised you were stuck in the same boat as I was...you were also trying to protect your friend and family..."

" yeah...sorry about that..." she sweatdropped " being stuck under the marines control turned me into a real nitwit...but I understood what you meant before when you said"

Flash back

"if you want something in this world fight for it! Stand up for something you believe in! But most of all believe in Luffy!" Nami yelled

Flashback end

" yeah...but it wasn't your fault for the attitude, I'm sorry...and I'm glad your joining the crew" she smiles

Celty looked out at the town partying, and the faces of her new crew members " me too..."

Next day

They began stocking up the ship " this should be enough to get us to our destination" Ussop said

" by the way where's Celty?" Vivi asked

" she's coming, she said she was leaving something for the town" Nami said

" what could the woman possibly be doing?" The swordsman muttered

" she's not just a woman!" The cook growled at him " if I see you trying to hit on her again! I smash your skull! You got it!"

" why the heck would I do that?" Zoro glared at him " I saw you at the bar with her! Don't think I did see that!" Sanji yelled at him, The two then stared an argument

" she doesn't really have to come, she's free again To do as she pleases, besides what about her brother and his family?" Ussop asked

" oh, bout that, James and his family are leaving the island too" nami informs

" really?!" Chopper and Ussop exclaimed

" he said he's gonna meet up with their dad" she says " so we might see them again some day"

" hey!" They looked and saw Celty running towards, Toby on her shoulder, holding on tight " set sail quick!" She yelled running at full speed

"hey she's really freakin' out" ussop says wide eyed " you heard her..." luffy said

They stared preparing to set sail, anchor raising up, and sails being opens

" Celty wait!" she ran pass the people who tried to stop her to say bye " Celty what the heck you freaking out about?!" James questioned, but she ran passed him, and jumping over the dock, the people with wide eye " wind magic!" She yelled smirking, a small gust remitted from her hands and blasted her way to the ship, and landing on it " why were you running?" Nami asked

" I left a little something for James and the people on the island" Celty smirked " just a small present"

He then noticed a few barrels in the middle of the crowd, and his eyes widened ' sh**! she wouldn't!....'

He turned back and yelled " sis! This better not be what I think!-"

Just then the barrels exploded, with some sticky substance, then out of known were, glittered rained down on them

"CELTY!!!!"

The others on the ship either stared in shock, of stiffened form laughing, before letting it out
And laughing their a**es off

" see ya round!" She yelled laughing, when she heard

" you little mischief maker!"

" damn you celty!"

" this will take for everyone to clean off me!"

" there's glitter everywhere!!!!"

"Watch your back, or you'll be next victim of her pranks.." zoro warned walking away

Luffy was laughing until he heard James yell " hey straw hat!" He looked at saw him " you better keep your promise! Take care of my little sister!" He yelled

He smirked and gave a thumbs up " you got it!"

On the deck

" hehe..that's my sis...she got us" they looked towards James, who then lets out a loud laugh " HAHAHAHA!!!! Celty!" He yelled at the top of his lungs " take care!!!!!"

Followed by Annie " we'll miss you!!!!"

And Roy " Bye Aunty!!! Bye Toby!!!" He waved

And the town people

" we'll miss you trickster!"

" if you see anymore snobby marines be sure to kick their a**es!!"

" we'll all miss you!"

" and I'll miss you all! Goodbye! And thanks for everything! Take care!" She yelled

She smiled as she looked at her home one last time, before joining the crew, she held her laughter when she saw what she saw

Zoro turned back and noticed the crews stiff laughter while looking At him" what's so funny?" He glared

They pointed at his head, he touched the top and felt something in his hair, he pulled them out and saw flowers " what the hell!?" They couldn't take it anymore and started laughing  " Celty!" He growled

She smirked and shrugged " sorry! I thought I grew a few flowers in a pot, turns out it was your moss hair"

This made Sanji roll on the floor with laughter

" that's it!" Zoro reached for his sword, and she starts running while laughing  " come back here!"

" in your dreams!"

" leave my Celty swan alone you Heathen!"  Sanji chased after him

Nami smirked before noticing something in her pocket, she pulled it out and saw it was a wallet, as soon as she opened it and took a look, she saw it was the captains " wait...Celty! Isn't this captain rathe's?!.." Celty tuned back with a proud smile while the two boys fought in the background  " yep! I figured he didn't need it anymore, it's all yours!"

The girl looked like crying " thank you!"

' I think this is the best decision I've Made...' she looked up at the sky ' don't worry about me mom...I'm in good hands...I know it...'

But the two questions remained in her head, who was her soul mate during the dance
