Story: During a battle with Mountain Bandits, Lokaal was born in Mawgona's psyche. Each time the latter kills, Lokaal grows stronger.

When Mawgona was sent to Amazon Lily by Bartholomew Kuma, Lokaal took control, and and annihilated the Kuja Tribe. Afterwards, he not only destroyed Impel Down,but used everyone inside to utterly decimate hundreds of Marines during the Marineford War.

Two years later, his bounty was raised by another billion after what he did at Big Mom's tea party.

Strength: Lokaal's strength is nearly 10x more than Mawgona. Not only can he use his Devil Fruit, albeit a little more violent, but he can use red energy in the forms of beams and massive explosions.
