"Ace-yoi , are you ok ? You've been staring at (y.n) the whole time! "
Marco said making me snap out of my thoughts .
" Huh....ah! Uh... yeah my mind was somewhere else! "
I tried to lie .
"You're hopeless"
He said handing me a mug of beer .
He knows. ...

Who doesn't know I love (y.n) ?!

She's the only one who doesn't know .
"She's such a nice dancer"
Marco complimented .
" Oi! You perverted pineapple! Dont look at her like that! "
I snapped . He laughed and messed my hair .
"Chill ace , shes like my little sister! "
He said . I huffed and used my devil fruit , turning my head into fire and burning his hand .
He quickly retrieved it and regenerated .
" I can't chill , I'm fire"
I said with a smug face only to be smacked on the head .
" That burned-yoi!"
He huffed .
" Sorry sorry ."
I said and averted my gaze to my angel , drinking my beer .
" I have decided ! Im going to tell her how I feel!"
I said suddenly . Marco laughed and wished me good luck . I got up and straightened up taking a shaky nervous breath . Looking at her I blushed . Her laughter was so beautiful .
"Oh jozu you're funny"
She giggled .
I walked to her taking deep breathes to calm my racing heart .
" Good evening , (y.n) . "
I greeted standing behind her . She turned and faced me with a bright smile .
" Ace! Hi!"
She cheered . I reached out my hand grabbing hers .
" Your dance was as beautiful as always . Left us all breathless"
I said placing a soft kiss on the back of her hand . She blushed and smiled .
" Thank you! But , im not that good~"
She giggled .
" Would you like to go for a walk ?"
I asked smiling . She nodded and warped her hand around my arm . We walked off the ship into the island .

You looked at the glow worms and smiled .
" Pretty!"
You chimed .
" Not as beautiful as you~"
Ace hummed . You blushed . Did he just say that or were you hallucinating ?
For a long time you had loved ace .
But he seemed rather distant towards you . He stared at you but when you looked at him he'd look away .
And he would run away if you two were alone .

"(Y.n) , I need to tell you something. ..."
He spoke in a soft tone , turning you around making you face him.
" What is it ace ?"
You smiled .
" (y.n) , for a long time now , since the day we met , I've had this feeling in my chest . I want to protect you and hold you close to me. (Y.n) ! I love you!"
He confessed blushing . You were left speechless .

" I understand that-"
You cut him off by smashing your lips against his .
" Ace! I love you too!"
You cheered happily . His face lit up and he laughed , picking you up and spinning you around .
He then stopped and stared into your big (e.c) eyes . Leaning in slowly and capturing your lips .
You kissed back hugging his neck .

" Well , looks like everything turned out well , nothing to worry here~"

Marco hummed and flew back to the ship .
