After School Activities

The first day went relatively well for Zoro. He had about three naps during his classes and only got lost twice. All in all, it was a pretty good day.

Throughout the day, Zoro had realized that he had several classes with Sanji. That was another plus.

He had all his things packed and ready for him to go out and sign up for his club of interest, though he wasn't really interested in the clubs he knew of, he couldn't care less really. Apparently, it was a requirement for graduation. What a stupid schooling system.

Like everyone else who decided to get it over with that same day, Zoro made his way to he main hallway in his school to look over the different clubs.

"What a pain in the ass. Where's the point in having these stupid clubs anyway?"

He quickly skimmed over the flyers when something caught his eye.

"Fencing, huh? That could be interesting.", He thought. Zoro had always been captivated with anything having to do with swords. That's just how his father raised him. Zoro vowed that someday, he would surpass his old man and become the best swordsman in the world. This was the perfect club to help him prepare for such a goal.

He quickly jotted his name on the line list and noticed that there was one other person above him.

"Kuina?! Aww crap!"

Kuina and Zoro had been long time rivals. Longer than either of them could remember. It was a known fact throughout the neighborhood that they would clash heads whenever one caught sight of the other. Its always been this way. And now they were going to be in the same club all because Zoro's moss-headed ass couldn't pay attention to where he was writing.

"I see you grew some balls, if only a little." A smug voice came from behind.

"I've always had balls! I just never felt very comfortable hitting such a fragile chick." Zoro retorted with a shit-eating grin.

The girl became agitated, but calmed herself quickly.

"Zoro, we both know that I beat your grassy tail exactly 2001 times. Yet you still ask for more. Are you that bored where you have to constantly seek failure? What, is your blond not keeping you company at night anymore?"

This made Zoro's blood boil. Kuina always knew that Zoro liked Sanji, even before he did. She figured it out instantly whenever they were fighting in gym class and he would steel a couple of glances to see if Sanji was watching. This amused Kuina to no end. How her stupid little rival had a crush on someone and had no idea how to act. This would make a killer show.

"Shut up! That's none of your business! And the next time we fight, I'll make sure I'll win!" Zoro yelled, with a flushed face.

"Hmm. We'll see about that." And this those words, she left Zoro, alone and angry.

Zoro was really pissed now. How dare she talk about Sanji like he's some one night stand?! And Zoro could've beaten her anytime he wanted to! He was just....holding back! Yeah! There's no way he could ever live with himself if he actually hurt a woman, no matter how annoying and childish she was.

Trying to blow off steam, Zoro decided to storm about the hallways for a while, until he bumped into someone.

"Hey! Watch it, moss-head!"

Zoro turned abruptly, taken off guard.

"Sanji.... Just look at him. He's so perfect. How could anyone think of him as some slut?"

"Hey, marimo. You OK? You look grumpier than usual." He stated, with a tint of worry in his voice.

Zoro quickly snapped out of his thoughts at the sound of his beloved's words.

"Yeah , I'm fine. Sorry about that, cook." Zoro said, avoiding eye contact.

"Just watch out from now on. Just cuz you get lost doesn't mean you have to go on a rampage to find your way."

Zoro growled. This made Sanji chuckle. He always got the best kicks out of messing with his moss-headed dumbass .....not that this idiot was his or anything.

"Hey! My cousin's having a huge party in a couple of weeks. You should come, if you could find your way, that is."

Zoro was starting to get annoyed before Sanji looked at his feet and continued," But, you know. If you can't, then I could drive you....or whatever, it's no big deal, really."

He might be mistaken, but Zoro could've sworn he saw a dash of pink upon Sanji's cheeks.

"How cute..."

"Well?"

"Oh! Yeah, sure. I guess I'll be able to come. Should be fun right?"

"Yeah, definitely! Just text me when you're ready and I'll pick you up." The way Sanji's eyes lit up in that moment made Zoro's heart flutter.

"Yeah, OK."

"Alright. Later, moss!" Sanji jogged the other direction, ready to go home for the day.

"Yeah, later, curly."

Zoro started walking the other direction.

"You guys are cute." Said a voice from Zoro's side.

He turned to see Trafalgar Law leaning on a door frame.

"What? What do you mean?"

"I mean what I said, Zoro. You two are cute." Law repeated a little less than polite this time.

"So, when are you gonna go out? Don't tell me you're waiting for him to make the first move." Law, said grinning that stupid grin of his.

"What?! No! I'm just waiting for the right time is all..." Zoro trailed off, feeling a bit embarrassed. Why did he get so worked up just now? It wasn't that serious. There was no need to be angry with this fucker.

"'The right time', huh? Whatever you say." Law shrugged, then jumped a little when a sudden hand appeared in his shoulder.

"Alright, babe. That's all. Ready to go?" Law's boyfriend, Kid asked, not really noticing (or completely ignoring) Zoro's presence.

"Kid? You're here too?" Zoro asked.

"Obviously. Trust me, I wanted to get the fuck out of this shit hole the second I stepped in it, but Law wanted me to get a club early cuz it 'saves time' or whatever. What a pain in the ass." Kid stated, aggressively.

"It's better this way. Now you won't have to come back another day." Law said with that all knowing smirk.

"But babe. This shit cuts into the time I spend with you."

"Don't call me babe. And there's still plenty of time to do what you want. It hasn't even been an hour since school ended."

"Whatever. I still wanted to fuck you into your mattress. Now I have less time." He whined.

"You're such a fucking kid." Law said.

"That's my name." Kid said with a smirk.

The couple started to walk away, while flirting and kissing each other. Zoro had become incredibly uncomfortable and decided that he had spent enough time at school, so he headed home too.

                        ...........

"Welcome back, Zoro. What's wrong with your face?" His father, Mihawk questioned.

"Ugh, nothing. Just had a little trouble at school." He wasn't lying. School was 'like stupid hard' according to Luffy.

"Oh. Well don't forget to pick up your sister in about 2 hours. Don't get lost. If you do, call me and I'll find you. Understood?"

"Yeah, yeah." Zoro nodded as he headed to his room.

Once Zoro had entered his room, he threw his backpack in a random corner and sprawled himself onto his bed.

'Sanji... What am I gonna do about us? Maybe I should just tell him..... But what if he rejects me? God, I hate this feeling.'

Too deep in his thoughts, Zoro drifted off into a heavenly slumber, only to be woken up by his father reminding him of where he has to be in less than 20 minutes.

"Fine. I'm going now." Zoro said exiting the house once again.

'Sanji... I'll make this work. I promise you'll be mine."
