"That was kinda good, huh?" Asked Law as he and Kid walked out of their favorite restaurant.

"Yeah, I guess... Not as good as what's waiting for us at home though." He said with a smirk.

Law just smirked and rolled his eyes. Couldn't Kid go one date night without worrying about sex afterwards? Geez.

Then again, Law became a little excited at the thought too. When was the last time they had sex? Oh yeah.... It was when their stupid ass friends walked in on them. Well, Law was just going to have to double check the lock on both the front and his bedroom door. What a pain....

"You sure you can drive?" Law asked, a little worried.

"Course I can! Yeesh, it's not like I was drinking." Kid retorted.

"That's not what I meant. I don't want you to take another one of your stupid road rages out on my car." Law replied.

Of course. Why would law worry about Kid's well being or safety? That's just stupid. No, he was worried about the well being and safety of his car. He had a good reason, too. A while ago, when Kid still had his car, they were taking a little midnight drive.

Everything was going smoothly, until some drunk wanted to swerve in front of them and caught Kid completely of guard. Law was slightly startled at first, but recomposed fast enough. But to his left remained an extraordinarily angry Kid with a face as red as his hair, or Law would assume if the lighting was better.

"What the fuck is this crazy trog doing?! I had the right of way, ya bitch ass moot!!"

"Kid, calm down. Its not that serious." Law tried to appease Kid, but failed miserably.

"Yes it is! That big cunt fucking cut me off! You hang on to something!"

"Kid, what're you.. Kid. KID?! KID STOP!"

It was no use, though. Kid had already accelerated to where he was now side by side with the bastard that cut him off. Then, without a single warning, Kid took an extremely hard bank left. Completely shattering both his and the other man's window.

Kid continued to push against the other's car until they had completely swerved off of the road.

Only when they were off the concrete, did both cars start barrel rolling into the grass and down the hill. All this happening while Law was at the side, screaming his head off. Kid would've found that absolutely hilarious, if he wasn't so mad at the moment.

Everyone had reached the bottom of the hill. Kid stepped out of his now door less driver's seat, and quickly ran over to Law's side. Even he was surprised that he literally managed to walk our of this totally unhurt. Kid's starting to wonder if he's even human at all.

Getting Law out was a bit tricky. First, the damned door didn't wanna fuckin' budge and it took all of Kid's strength to completely remove the damn thing from the car itself. Second, when he did remove the door, he was a little shocked to find Law in a tiny ball, slightly quivering, clutching on to the car seat as if his life depended on it, which it kind of did at that moment.

"Law? Babe, are you okay?"

"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU DAMN NEAR KILLED US! YOU ALMOST KILLED ME! ARE YOU CRAZY?!"

Kid had never seen Law this angry. Maybe he did get a little carried away....just a little.

Very soon after, the police showed up. It was easy to convince them that it was the drunk's fault, since he too was unhurt and slightly dazed.

"Alright son. Well, do you have any insurance?"

"No."

Law snapped his head toward Kid.

"You don't have any insurance?! Why not?!"

Of course. As if you could count on a barbarian like him to comprehend the simple purpose of car insurance. Law put way too much faith in his redheaded idiot. Just what the hell was he doing hanging out with him anyway?

"Hmm. Well, can your parents come and get you? We'll inform them about what happened and get you guys situated."

"No-no! Its fine, we have friends." Law abruptly interrupted.

Kid cocked a hairless eyebrow at him, then remembered that Law wasn't really on good terms with his family at the moment.

"Yeah.... Yeah! We have this friend named Killer. I'll just give him a call."

Kid pulled out his phone and speed dialed Killer. He had him on speed dial because this wasn't the first time Kid had gotten into an accident. Someone needs to pray for him.

"Hello?" Killer answered.

"Killer! I need your help. I got in an accident and- what? NO! Its not-... Oh c'mon! Fine, okay! Just come and pick me and Law up. We're on the side of a hill with hella cops around. You can't miss it. Bye!"

Both Law and the cop stared at Kid questionably.

"He's on his way." Kid said reassuringly.

"That sounded kind of intense." Law whispered.

"Yeah, he made me own him a favor."

"Hmm."

About 20 minutes later Killer showed up with penguin in the passenger seat. How come Kid always managed to interrupt his personal time with penguin? He never did that when he was with Law... Then again, Killer wasn't and idiot. He just needs some new friends. And to return this one from wherever the hell he got it from.

"Don't say a word and get your ass in the back seat. Now." Killer was really mad. Kid must've interrupted something really special for him to be this upset. Shit. How the hell was he gonna pay him back? He's probably gonna make him do something crazy like walk the streets naked with a homeless sign. Or make him announce that he likes to eat Law's dick on the intercom at school. Fuck his life.

The drive was awkward and quiet. It was like when the kids do something wrong and the parents are too mad to speak to them.

They dropped Law off first since he had curfew and would have to find some way to explain why he had minor cuts on his face.

"I'll call you later, 'Kay babe?"

He walked up to his large house and slammed the door behind him. Penguin whistled.

"Just give him some time and space. He'll forgive you.... Eventually." Penguin reassured.

"Ha. That's what you get for being the same stupid dumbass you always are." Killer said smugly. Kid growled.

"Kill, be nice."

"Fine. Kid, I'll drop you off at home. I'm staying the night at Pen's house. Don't be an idiot and don't leave the house. I'll be back tomorrow." Killer said as he was pulling into the driveway of their shared house.

"Whatever, mom.." Kid said rudely, exiting the car.

"Come in here and say that shit again!"

"Shh. Killer, let's just go."

With that, they pulled out of the driveway and left.

Kid was sprawled on the couch, sulking over his probably ex-boyfriend. He really managed to fuck shit up this time. No car, no boyfriend, no best friend. What was left? Someone should just come and put him out of his misery.
