After the pet shop I went home with my new dog Wasabi, she's an Australian Shepherd. She has light blue eyes, white long fur, with brown spots. I bought her a dog bed and some food along with toys. She a puppy right now but she'll get older in no time.

As we arrive at the apartment, I start to wonder where Chris is and start to think of how we became friends and ended up being so close. He was always there for me when I was being bullied by Jessica or called names by Catherine---
CALLER ID: Chris
Chris was calling.

"Hello, Chris?"

"Hey, Jen, what would you like for lunch, Chinese or Pizza?"

"Um, maybe Chinese"

"The usual"

"yeah"

"ok, bye"

"bye"

I guess Chris was getting lunch. Bu i still wondered about prom and what could've happened and if he felt the same way I did.

Once I get home I call for Chris.

"Chris, are you there"

"yeah Jen I'm here"

"Ok, come look I have a surprise for you"

"wait what is it?"

"just come, no peeking"

"okay , okay"

"ta-da, Its a dog"

"woah , you got a dog , why?"

"cuz once you leave its gonna be pretty lonely around here, so why not a pet, to keep me distracted at times"

"what's his name?"

"its a girl and her name is Wasabi'

"WASABI, why that name?"

"why not, she looks like a Wasabi to me"

"Nah, she looks more like a.....a.....a Chloe or Zoe"

"Nope not changing the name, I like Wasabi, plus its a funky and a rare name"

"So, whens the food gonna get here?"

"maybe in like---"

RING RING

I went over to the microphone. The food was waiting in the lobby. Chris went down. I fed Wasabi some food and then set the table. Chris came and served the food. It was good and now was the perfect time to ask Chris about prom....but what if it didn't mean anything to him and i would just make our friendship awkward, and then we stopped talking to avoid awkward and eventually stopped being friends. That wasn't a risk I was willing to take, i would just be left fantasizing about what would've come next.

6 MONTHS LATER

Chris eventually moved in and Wasabi had gotten bigger and a little older. I made a new friend, Fiorella, she's a single mother with an adorable 2 year old boy called Sean. She works hard and her life isn't easy, her family hasn't spoken to her since she found out she was pregnant and Sean's father...well...he didn't want to be apart of their life, leaving Fiorella alone to raise Sean.

We have hung out lately and I haven't spoken to Nick since the first day of school. I've seen him around usually around Amber. I hope we don't grow apart. Chris has been really kind and we've gotten closer than we were. I met a guy named George, he's cute and has asked me out twice and I've said yes. I really like George and have laughed at the silly things He does to make me smile. This year is going pretty great so far.......
