(Jade POV)

"Jorden!" I yelled now running to his side. "Please don't leave me!" I cried as the sound of sirens were ringing in my head. Luckily he was alive but barely breathing. "Why did you have to jump?! Why!" I yelled as my sadness soon turned to anger. Jade....Jade....Jade!

I soon woke up to my older brother shaking and yelling at me. "Yeah yeah I'm up" I said tiredly stretching before getting out of bed. This was my 16 year old brother Jack. He was always positive about everything and sure did have talk a lot. He was short with black hair and blue eyes but then again we all looked like that, Jack was just lucky enough to get the short gene. Jack smiles at me before saying "Better hurry before I eat your waffles" he then ran downstairs to the kitchen. I sighed doing everything I had to do and then headed downstairs. "Good morning Jade" My mother said and smiles at me. She was currently off from work for the week so she was staying at home and resting. "Morning mom" I said going to the dining room. Currently Jack was fighting our 15 year old brother Jay. Jay was the most athletic out of all of us having his long hair always in a ponytail. Plus he was the most popular. Jace was sighing at the guys cleaning his glasses. He was the oldest at 17. He is the smartest and the most mature for sure(Also don't ask why all our names start with J. It's a family thing) I quickly ate my plate of waffles before going to get my bag. Today was our first day of school and my first day of highschool. My three brothers soon finished and were putting on their shoes when mother came and gave us all a kiss on the forehead. "Have a good day at school and remember that I love you" We all nodded before going out the door.

"Hey sis are you excited for your first day of hell!" Jay asked and smiles. I rolled my eyes and said "I guess". Everything should've fine unless they are there. After what seemed like a mile of walking we finally got to the school. It was pretty big and actually not that bad looking. At this moment my three brothers branched off "Hey guys!—" I tried to say but it was too late. Now I'm at the entrance of this school lost and annoyed. I sighed walking inside to the full hallways of lost kids and seniors who don't care anymore and everyone in between. I walked around trying to find my first class when I bumped into someone. "Hey watch it!" Someone yelled. They sounded like a girl I knew and when I looked up I knew exactly who it was. It was them the people I wish never existed. Her brown curled hair bounced slightly at her shoulders. Her eyes pierced my soul as I was trapped in a cycle of pain and misery. Her other two friends beside her. They both had a smug look but one looked more like she wanted to destroy my life than the other. "What are you doing here?" I grumbled wishing I could just throw them off this building now. "Ouch that's a mean way to greet an old friend" The ringleader named Zoey said sarcastically. "We should be asking you the same thing. After what happened to him I thought you left" One of her friends named Delphine said. "Don't you dare talk about him!" I yelled. This was the exact thing I didn't want. Zoeys third friend stayed quiet. Her name was Rose and she was the closest to Zoey always following her around like a puppy and Zoey was her owner. Zoey simply laughed and said "How about we finish our reunion after school. Bye bye~" they then walked off. I sighed heading to my first class a bit late.

The first three periods went by fast luckily. I looked around for a place to sit. I tried finding my brothers but they were all sitting with their own friends. I wish he was here then this day would have been so much better. I then finally spotted an empty seat but of course I couldn't head there unharmed. I bumped into someone spilling a bit of my drink on me. I looked up and saw Rose. I expected her to start laughing and make a big deal out of it but she then asked "Are you ok?" I was so in shocked by this I couldn't make a sound. I simply stood there. When I finally gathered myself and was about to say something along the lines 'Yeah I'm fine' she quickly walked off. Geez how rude! But then again it could have been so much worst. I sighed and headed over to the table of people with no friends. We could be friends with each other but what's the point? Then we wouldn't be the table of people with no friends.

After lunch I went to my other classes. Since class isn't important to me at the moment I rather not even think about it. I swear by the time school was over I thought I was going to be retired already living out my last years. Well I wish thats what happened. As I went to go find my brothers to walk home with them I ended up bumping into them. "We'll look who it is" Zoey said and smirked. Delphine chuckles as Rose frowns. "Come over here there's something I need you to do" Zoey said as her and her cult members walked off. I stood there. My mind was saying no but I'm guessing my legs were too scared about what would happen if I didn't go since I just started walking without thinking. We finally stopped in front of someone's house. I was confused to say the least. "Now pick up that right there and rub it all over yourself" Delphine said. I looked at what she was pointing at and my heart stopped. "D-Dog poop?" I said as my eyes widened. "Yup do it now" Zoey said. "N-No I'm not going to listen to you!" I yelled. "Fine then Delphine!" Zoey yelled and Delphine pushed me down into the poop. They started laughing. I quickly got up but it was too late. I had dog poop all over me. "Now look at you your disgusting getting yourself all dirty like that." Zoey said. I felt tears come down my face. "Awww are you gonna cry? We didn't want to see your ugly face again but here you are" Delphine said. "How about you go and join your brother" Zoey said and I finally snapped. I can't do this anymore. I'm so sorry I tried to stay strong but I....

"Fine then!" I yelled as I started running away. I didn't even care when I ran passed Jack who yelled my name. I kept running and running and running and running until it finally became dark. I realized I was lost. But I didn't care at the moment. I was in the middle of the road. Only lights here and there light up the way. I was at peace finally. That was until I hear the noise like the sound of a car coming. I didn't care anymore. I needed to see my brother. Maybe just maybe I can finally be free. "I'm sorry..." I mumbled and closed my eyes. Bam!
