Extended Summary
EXTENDED SUMMARY
Sam and Una used to be best friends. The proof is in the memories they shared: the countless late night conversations, the nonsensical inside jokes, and, of course, the now-defunct blog they used to run together: ETCETERA. Una's not sure where it all went wrong, but she's determined to find out. So when their favorite band, Stillwater, announces that they're coming out of hiatus to perform at a concert in a nearby city, Una jumps at the chance to snag tickets for her and Sam, thinking it might be the perfect opportunity to mend their broken relationship.
The plan is simple: buy the tickets, hop on a quick bus ride to the city, fall in line before everyone else, and score front row spots at the standing area near the stage. Hopefully, at the end of it all, they'll be friends again, just like they used to be. Reality, however, is a lot more complicated than that. Just as the girls are determined to catch the show, the world appears to be as equally dead set on throwing a wrench in their plans, from catching the wrong bus to having to hitch a ride with a strange, but kind family all the way to the city.
Will they overcome their obstacles and get to the venue in time for the concert? Is there still a chance for their friendship to be the way that it was before life had pulled them apart? The only thing Una knows for sure is that she only has one chance to make this work, and one night only.

AUTHOR'S NOTE
This is loosely inspired by my real-life experience meeting one of my favorite bands with my best friend. It hasn't got much of a romance aspect to it so if that's what you're looking for, I recommend you click away now—or read something else of mine! But if you want to read about two best friends fangirling over their favorite band, read on. I'll try not to let you down.
P.S. I'm still figuring things out as I go along so some aspects might be subject to change!
