Ch. 9

A few hours later, Emma woke up with a stomach ache. She looked at Regina and sighed. The brunette was sleeping. Emma couldn't help but smile though, Regina was so cute. Emma slipped out of the mayors arms and went into the bathroom, in search of some pain killers.

The blonde found some and accidentally spilled a few in her hand, not thinking about it, just put them all in her mouth to help the pain. Only, it made her stomach hurt more. She sighed and got back into the bed with Regina. She shook Regina awake.

"What is it, my love?" She asked, in a mumbled with her eyes still closed.
"My tummy hurt." The sheriff said and frowned.
The brunette sighed and pulled the blonde close, rubbing her lovers stomach. "I'm sorry, babe." She whispered.

Emma stayed quiet and had fallen back asleep, along with Regina.

Regina had woken up to make dinner, she looked at Emma, the blondes face was as pale as a snowflake, her lips as blue as a blueberry. She began to panic. She called emergency and told them what was happening.

A day has past in the hospital, Regina hadn't slept, Henry was at home with his grandparents and Roland. Regina wished that Emma was going to be okay.

The doctors had been trying to get the drugs out of her with ivs. They were trying the best they could. Eventually, Emma had woken up but has amnesia and with the drugs she took, made her cancer worse and uncureable, Emma was going to die.

Regina had walked into the room where Emma was.

"She has amnesia and her cancer seems to be worse. So please be careful and cherish your last moments with her." The doctor said, walking out.

Regina nodded, she planned to do just that. She sat in a chair and held Emma's hand. Emma was keeping her eyes closed. Regina started to have tears rolling down her face. This couldn't be happening. Only it was.
