Regina picked Emma up and put her in the car. She took Henry and Roland to Mary Margaret's loft, Mary Margaret agreed to watch them.

The mayor took the blonde to the hospital. The doctors rushed her in, only because the sheriff was pale and her lips where turning an ice blue.

The brunette was getting a little pale, fear was building up inside her. Why was she so scared? Did she really love Emma? She wasn't sure. She wasn't sure of anything at this point.

The doctors hooked Emma up to a machine and watched her for a couple seconds.

Regina walked in slowly, afraid that the doctors would kick her out. Only they didn't. The mayor sat down in a chair next to Emma's bed, grabbing her hand and holding it gently.

The doctors walked out and they don't know what else to do. Emma was going to die. Maybe not today but soon. Regina knew that.

"I didn't mean go to hell. I didn't mean it. I really didn't. Emma, please don't die on me. I'll miss you and Henry will. Maybe even Roland. I promise I'll be here till you get better." The brunette whispered and kissed Emma softly.

Emma heard every word that the mayor just said. She gave a slight smile as she opened her eyes. All she needed was true loves kiss to wake her. "Are... Are... Are you really gonna... Stay?..." She asked weakly.

Regina nodded, furiously, happy that her lover had woken up. She smiled. "I will stay till your better, Emma. I like you and I just want you to get better." She said with a smile.

"Okay." Emma replied and chuckled.

"What's so funny?" Regina asked.

Emma put a finger on Regina's shirt. "You have something right there."

The mayor looked down, didn't see anything. The blonde smiled and moved her finger up. "Gotcha." She whispered.

Regina rolled her eyes, playfully. "You are such a kid." She whispered.

Emma shrugged weakly. "I may be a kid but I am yours and you like me for it." She whispered back.

Regina shrugged. "Maybe." She said playfully.

The night went on, the moon shinning through the window. Regina was cuddling with Emma, sleeping.

Regina woke up in the middle of the night. She looked at the blonde and smiled. "So cute." She whispered. She went outside.
