The birds were singing outside as the curtains danced in the light breeze. The sun filled the room with warmth as two bodies were lying in bed together, covered only with a thin sheet.

Jessica opened her eyes slowly, enjoying the feeling of the morning sun on her body. It wasn't too early to get up and Danny wouldn't mind sleeping alone in bed for some time.

Jack and Pine were lying besides the door, still fast asleep. As Jessica walked by, both never flinched or stopped snorring.

*I'm sleeping in one room with three snorring "men"...*

Jessica chuckled softly and closed the bathroom door behind her. She felt uncomfortable sticky and a quick shower and jumping back in bed sounded gorgeous.

As the slightly cold water met her hot, damp skin, Jessica shrieked. She was totaly awake now but already decided to be lazy this Sunday.

Just doing nothing and enjoying the time together with Danny and the dogs. Soon they would be through with filming and both already had other projects. Jessica didn't want to think about it too much. It already hurted her.

She wanted to be with him permanently but both didn't talk about it yet. No one knew about their affair besides Shura. How would everyone react? What if Ryan finds out, would he offer Danny another role?

And there's the press. They would start to follow them wherever they go. And what about Sam? He had a couple of affairs for years now but could he accept that she would be in a relationship?

Everything seemed to be so difficult and all she wanted to have was Danny. Why couldn't they just be together without being officially together?

They needed to talk about it soon, before christmas. Ryan wanted to be ready and through with filming until then and Danny needed to fly back to London to be with his daughter.

Their children and her granddaughters were the most important things in their lifes, they needed to consider that too. Her family were living in the States but Dannys were living in London. How could they work that out?

"AAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!" Jessica screamed as someone was grabbing her from behind. "Damn Danny!!!"

Danny woke up alone in bed and had missed her already. He heard the shower and wanted to join her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't want to scare you." Danny kissed her neck softly, trying to soothe her.

Both dogs had woken up at her screaming and were now running and barking through the bed- and bathroom to search the "intruder".

"Well, I think I scared the dogs more than you scared me." Jessica turned around and kissed him softly while running her fingers through his hair.

"My body felt that something was missing, I couldn't sleep any longer." Danny ran his hands down her back until they reached her ass and he pushed her against his body.

"Mmmmh, your body missed mine?" Jess chuckled as they continued to nibble at each other lips.

"No, I missed you." They held each other close as the chilly water cascaded down their bodies.

"What are we going to do after filming ended?" Jessica didn't really want to talk about it with him but since the thoughts were running through her mind, she couldn't help herself.

Danny needed to think about it but then answered honestly. "We will both go to visit our families and celebrate christmas and next year, I will come back to visit you before I start filming in Europe."

He wanted to see again, even if it only could be for a couple of days. Danny knew that they didn't talk about it before because it hurted both of them but he wanted to try to see her regulary even with different jobs.

"When will you start filming?" Jessica held Danny around his neck as her forhead rested against his lips. Now that they talked about such a touchy matter, he caressed her back softly with his fingertips.

"At the end of January... I can come back and visit you as much as possible."

Danny didn't want to think about the weeks without Jessie, it was already more than an affair for him and he wanted, no, needed to see her.

"Just promise me that you will call whenever you have time..." Jessica knew how to live in an long distance relationship. "We will figure everything else out later..."

Jessica started to kiss him again. She nibbled at his bottom lip as she caressed his neck softly.

Danny ran his hands up and down her back. It wasn't the attempt to initiate sex, they just wanted to be near each other.

Jessica moaned softly "What do you think about breakfast outside?". The day was already warm and sunny with an light, comfortable breeze.

They sat in the backyard, the dogs were running happily around and playing with each other.

Jessica and Danny were resting in the big lounge chair covered only with a thin blanket. Danny fed her with rolled pancakes, filled with sweet syrup.

They wanted to feel each others skin against their bodies. This was a day of connection. Holding each other close and memoriesing every inch of the other one.

A small drop of syrup fell on Jessies chin and Danny kissed it away softly. "Mmmmh, it tastes even better like this..."

Jessica chuckled and kissed his lips. "This is so perfect..."

"I know, we couldn't do this in New York at this time without loosing a toe or finger." Danny couldn't imagine sitting in the freezing, cold air in New York.

"That's true, I love the city but this is so gorgeous..." Jessica layed her head back against the lounge chair and closed her eyes. Danny just watched her profile while eating his pancake.

She looked so beautiful with her wild locks framing her face. The sun behind her let her hair glow and she looked like an angel, wrapped in the white, thin sheet.

Jess smiled softly, knowing very well that he observed her. She loved that curious look on his face with that little pout he seemed to have stolen from her. And she loved his embarrassed smile when she saw him checking her out.

Danny had syrup on his lips but didn't lick it away. He moved slowly closer to Jess and kissed her lips, smearing the sweet liquid on her. Jessica smiled and brushed her lips against his. The caress was soft, sweet and intimate.

The soft touch of sensitive skin against sensitive skin was exquisite. Danny opened his lips and the tip of his tongue licked the sticky syrup off her bottom lip.

Jessicas tongue met Dannys but soon started a tour around his mouth to gather as much syrup as possible. As their tongues met again, both moaned and Danny moved back slightly.

He caressed her chin with his thumb softly, observing her now openly. Her eyes seemed to smile and he could see all the love she felt for him. He traced his thumb along her beautiful, full lips. Jessica chuckled and kissed his thumb.

Their lips met again, just brushing against each other softly. They breathed the same air and smelled the sweet flavour of the syrup.

It was perfection. The sun, the air, the soft breeze, just the two of them together. As their eyes met, both smiled softly. It was the perfection of the moment, alone in their own universe.
