Ross' POV

"You know you shouldn't have behaved like that." I glance at Jessica as we exit Wendy's.

I won't deny that fact that I don't like that Blake guy and telling him about me and Ani pleased me somehow but I don't want things to go like this if it means hurting her.

"I just didn't want them to bother us." She grabs my hand. "Ross, I love you. I just want the best for us" she says and leans in to kiss me. I kiss her back.

"Can we go to the mall? I want to buy a dress." She asks

"Anything for you" I peck her and lead to my car.

We get in and drive to the nearest mall.

Ani's POV

"Are you okay?" Blake asks as he stops his bike in front of the planetarium.

I haven't said a word after Wendy's. I've been thinking about Ross and Jessica and how much he has changed. She has hi wrapped around her finger. Rydel was right when she said that Jessica just uses Ross.

Why do I care though?

"I'm fine" I flash him a smile.

Blake sighs as he steps closer to me and  leans his forehead on mine. He grabs my hands, intertwining our fingers and his eyes stare into me.

"I know that you're not." He whispers as he cups my cheek.

Blake tilts his head to the side and removes the space between us by pressing a soft, short kiss.

As soon as his lips claim mine tears find their way down my cheeks and Blake wipes them away.

"Please don't cry" he bites down his lip.

"Sorry. I'm just...."

"You don't have to explain anything. I get it" he smiles and hugs me.

"Thank you" I whisper.

He kisses the top of my head in answer.
