"Have a good day at work."

You woke up, quickly untangling yourself from Simon's body that laid beside you. You hopped into the shower, changing into your business casual outfit after.

You curled your hair slightly and put on a light layer of makeup before walking out, seeing Simon awake on your bed now. "Morning, Nim." You told him as he yawned.

"Morning, gorgeous. You look amazing." He told you, his voice raspy from just waking up. "As always." He added, running his hands through his messy hair.

You smiled gratefully, kissing his lips lightly before pulling on a pair of heels. "Joining me for breakfast?" He nodded, sitting up as you walked down the stairs.

He wrapped his arms around you as you stood at the stove, using a spatula to flip the pancakes on the pan. You finished cooking, setting the plates on the island before pouring yourself some coffee.

You chatted as you ate, discussing the day's plans for each of you. Simon's consisted of filming a football video with the boys and then editing it. Yours consisted of meetings for the next eight hours.

You placed the plates in the sink, dumping the remainder of your coffee down the drain before walking towards Simon who still sat at the island. "I'm leaving." You told him lightly, seeing him look up at you.

His arm wrapped around your waist, pulling you to stand between his legs. You glanced down at his current shorter stature. Your arms fell around his neck, playing with his hair lightly.

He leaned up to kiss you, smiling lightly. "Have a good day at work." He told you, seeing you smile at him. "I love you." He continued, standing up after kissing you lightly once more.

He walked you to the door, opening it for you after you had your keys and purse in hand. "Bye, Stimp. I love you." You told him, smiling before heading to start the long work day.
