So the other day I was crusin' round in my Nirvana jumper, minding my own buisness when somebody spoke to me.
"Nirvana? Aren't they a bit old for you? Their music isn't really the type of thing you'd like. You shouldn't know them hee hee."
Okay okay now seriously, HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC I LIKE? I like artists from Coaltar Of The Deeper, to Pierce The Veil, to Macklemore, to 2NE1 so there isn't really a certain 'type' of music I'm into. If it's good and I like it I'll listen to them.
Also, I'm pretty damn sure I have the right to know who they are. Lots of people think I'm into the latest pop trend and only into bands like *cough* 5 Seconds Of Summer *cough* for their looks.

Moving on but still on topic, I was on a bus not so long ago for my school choir for a big concert at the Art Center, which is a pretty darn famous place in Melbourne Australia, and on the way I was listening to 'What's Up People?!'. (Basically the second opening theme from Death Note and in the media if you don't know it). This girl called Judy asked if she could listen to what I was listening to and believe me, the only bands she's been into for years are SNSD, One Direction & Little Mix.
Cool cool, she has every right to love these bands I love SNSD too so ayyye.. So I warned her that she might not like what I was listening to, because I know her well and knew she wouldn't like the song, but she insisted that she herd it.

Judy is a really nice person, but has her issues like everyone else and this was an honest mistake for her and she apologized and all. So basically she yelled out:
"OMG EMO AHH!" and she nearly fell backwards.
Yeah, I take no offence to being called emo since I cop it from everyone all the time but yeah everyone just sort of agreed with her.
-_- just because someone listens to a certain song or band, doen't make them 'emo'. And also, 'emo' isn't an insult just to clarify. Neither is 'Gay', because that word gets thrown around a lot at my school and I just thought I'd add it.
