Sebastian's POV:

I was in my office going over patient files then I heard a knock at my door so I say"come in" then my door was opened and I looked up and saw my help nurse Meyrin "what's wrong this time Meyrin?" I said as I continued to look over the patient files"You have a new patient yes you do"Meyrin said with a little excitement in her voice.

"Thank you Meyrin is it a girl or a boy?" I said with a small glare towards her.

"It's a boy Dr.Michaelis" Meyrin said a little nervous since I gave her a glare.

"Alright then let me put my doctor's coat on and I'll go take care of him is he with his parents or by himself?" I said as I put my doctor coat on with a concerned look on my face as I adjusted my glasses.

"He's by himself his parents died in a fire at his manor but he has an uncle but from what I heard he's crazy and gay" Meyrin said with a small chuckle.

"Poor boy at least I get to take care of him as a patient I'll make my way to the waiting room now your dismissed Meyrin if you need anything come find me and I'll help out the best I can" I said as I head out the door with my clipboard of patient names and Meyrin went her own way.

When I arrived to the waiting room and looked down at my clipboard that had patient names on it and I called out a name "Is there a Ciel Phantomhive?" I waited to see if there was and I saw a boy with teal blue hair and an eye patch over one eye come near me and looks like he's by himself so im guessing his uncle dropped him off "Alright right this way Ciel" I said as I hold his hand and walked down the corridor to take his height and weight then I take him to the patient room I always use.

"What seems to be the problem today Ciel?" I asked as I looked at his charts.

"I'm just here for my monthly checkup" Ciel said with a small smile.

"Alright then let me look for my equipment and we will get started" I said as I rolled my stool over to the drawer and digged into it but can't find my equipment that I'm looking for.

"Please excuse me for a moment as I go grab some extra equipment I can't seem to find the equipment I need" I said as I leave the room for a moment and go to the restroom to freshen up and I look at myself in the mirror and start talking to myself.

"Ok then" I said as I did as I was told and removed my clothes so he could take measurements with a little confusion as to why but I just ignored it and let my clothes drop to the floor and step out of them "But I have to say my doctor was handsome and good looking what the hell am I saying how can I have feelings for a doctor that's a older man!?" I thought to myself with a small blush on my face.

"No Dr.Michaelis he hasn't come yet he said he won't be able to pick him up until late this evening because of his late hours at his work.

"Alright then I'll drive him home then plus he was my last patient for the day so I'll drop him off at his house on my way home" Sebastian said with a small smile as he signs out and heads outside when we got outside I saw he was headed towards a nice black Mustang and he opened the door to the passenger's seat and I got in and buckle my seat belt and he closed the door and got in the driver's seat and buckled his seat belt and shut his door and starts driving and turns on the radio a little to classical music.

"Are you hungry Ciel?" Sebastian asked as he was looking straight ahead on the rode.

"Yes I am I didn't have anything until early in the morning before my uncle dropped me off" I said with a small smile and listened to the music which was very peaceful.

"Alright then how does Olive Garden sound?" Sebastian asked as he continued to look ahead at the rode.

"Good evening gentlemen I'm William T. Spears but you can call me William for short anyway I'll be your waiter this evening may I get you two something to drink?" William said as he got his notepad and pen out to take our drink orders.

" Alright and what about you?" William said as he looked towards Sebastian waiting for his response.

"Alright I'll be back shortly with your drinks" William said with a gentle smile and walks off to get our drinks.

"Here you go are you ready to order or do you two need a few minutes?" William asked as he sets our drinks in front of us waiting for our response.

"I'll have the Alfredo pasta with chicken"I said with a small gentle smile.

"Alright and for you" William said as he writes down my order and waits for Sebastian to say his order.

"I'll have the Alfredo pasta as well" Sebastian said with a small smile.

"Alright I'll be back shortly with your orders" William said as he walks off to go tell the order to the chef and me and Sebastian talked until he get's back.

"Are you enjoying yourself Ciel?" Sebastian asked me as he took a sip of his whine with a smirk.

"Yes I haven't enjoyed myself this much since my parents died" I said with a faded smile.

"Well I may not be your parents but I'll be here for you and care for you like they did so you have another person to take care of you" Sebastian said with a small smile as he hold onto my hand rubbing his thumb over it.

"Here you are 2 Alfredo pasta's" William said as he arrives back at the table and sets our food down in front of us and walks off for us to enjoy our meal.

Me and Sebastian began to eat our food and drink our whine and talked to each other and laughed a little and smiled and looked into each other's eyes.Then the check came and Sebastian payed for us since I didn't have enough he's so nice to me he makes me happy I hope to see him more often I probably will since he's my doctor as I was thinking to myself we went outside and got into his black mustang again and listened to hip hop this time.

"Where do you live Ciel"? Sebastian asked as he was looking straight ahead on the rode.

"I live at Phantomhive manor that is now my home since my parents died sure I live in a huge house but that was left by my parents and since my parents died its been hard on me and my Uncle to earn money it's hard for my uncle to find a good paying job to support me and him but we do our best" I said with a faded smile and look down a little.

"I see I'm sorry for that but if you want I can give you a list of good paying jobs for your uncle see if it helps" Sebastian said as he hands me a list of good paying jobs that will be better for my uncle to do.

I then walked towards the entrance to the manor and head inside and closed the huge front door behind me and hear my excited uncle running towards me.

"Welcome home my dear nephew I missed you sorry I couldn't of gotten off earlier how did you get home from the doctor's office?" my uncle Grell said as he gave me a big hug .

" Oh well my doctor gave me a ride home and also gave me a list of good paying jobs for you I don't know why but I think I'm in love with him" I nervously said with a small blush on my face as I handed him the list.

"How nice you finally found someone to love"Grell said with excitement as he takes the list and gives me a bigger hug.

"Indeed I have uncle Grell well I'm going to sleep it's been a long day plus he's picking me up at 8:30 in the morning to go to his house is it ok I go uncle Grell?" I asked a little nervous he will say no.

*The next morning*

I wake up and stretch out my arms and yawn slightly and get up and get dressed in a white buttoned up shirt and black shorts with my leggings that I buckle the straps on them and pull on my black boots and pulls on my blue button coat and buttons it and ties my black bow on and then ties my eyepatch on and puts on my top hat with blue ribbon on it and puts my black trench coat over my clothes with the huge blue bow on it and I grab my silver and black cane and heads downstairs and see's my uncle Grell sitting at the bottom steps of the stairs and hears me coming down the stairs and he shoots up and runs to give me a big hug.

"Morning my dear nephew how'd you sleep?" my uncle Grell said as he tightened the hug a little and smiled.

"You like him and he likes you sounds like a date to me and aren't you going to have breakfast my dear nephew?" my uncle Grell asked with a gentle smile.

"I'll just have some at Sebastian's house and why are you dressed in a fancy black suit with white buttoned up shirt and black tie I thought you liked the color red?" I asked slightly confused on why he's wearing a suit.

"Well I got a job interview today and I wanted to look my best I know I love the color red but they might think it's a joke if I wear a red suit hopefully I get it so I can support you and me" my uncle Grell said with a little smile.

"I hope you get it uncle Grell I'm surprised you won't go back to the shinigami realm and work there again but I'm glade you found another job to do what job is it if I may ask"I asked with a gentle smile.

" First off I never want to go back to the shinigami realm again after the hell they put me through when I mess up and second off my job I'm interviewing for is for a fashion model " my uncle Grell said with a little excitement.

"As a girl or boy model?" I asked with a smile since I was happy for my uncle.

"That's the best part dear nephew because it's both since I have both male and female features" my uncle Grell said with excitement.

Sebastian's POV:

I smiled slightly when I saw a small blush on Ciel's face and I looked behind him to see his uncle that must be his uncle Grell that no longer works in the shinigami dispatch society.

" You ready to go Ciel"I said with a small smirk while I leaned against the door way twirling my keys around my finger.

"Yeah let's go Sebastian bye uncle Grell" Ciel said as he waved bye to his uncle.

"Bye my dear nephew you two love birds have fun!" Ciel's uncle Grell cheered as he waved bye to Ciel.

"Uncle Grell stop that!" Ciel said with annoyed tone and a small blush on his face while his uncle just laughed a little as Ciel dragged me by the hand and closed the door behind him,

"Indeed so but to take care of them we would have to live with each other Ciel"I said with a small smile.

"I know we would I just have to talk about it with my uncle before we do anything"Ciel said with a small smile while looking at the children in his lap.

Ciel's POV:

"Alright then let's go tell him then" Sebastian said with a smirk as he grabbed my hand and his keys and gently dragged me to the car since I had the children in my arms.

"Sebastian calm down I know your excited but be careful I have the children in my arms" I said as we reached the car and got in and headed towards my manor.

When we arrived at the manor we rushed inside to tell my uncle the good news that me and Sebastian have kids.

"Uncle Grell we have good news to tell you!" I yelled trying to get his attention while holding the kids.

"Oh really and I presume that your not one as well?"Sebastian said with a little chuckle and smile as he continued helping me pack my things.

"I'm really excited about living with you Sebastian I can't wait "I said with a big smile as I finished packing my things.

"I'm glad as well Ciel I hope you enjoy staying with me"Sebastian said with a smirk.

"Oh don't worry I will Sebastian"I said with a smirk as me and Sebastian grabbed my stuff and headed downstairs and outside to his car to put all my stuff in and I wave bye to my uncle Grell and gently grabbed our children from his arms and got into the passenger seat holding them and Sebastian got in the drivers seat and started driving back to his manor and turned the radio up and the song Worth it was playing and I started dancing a little to it since it's catchy and Sebastian just chuckles while focusing on driving.

"What's so funny Sebastian is my dancing in the car funny to you?"I said in a teasing way.

"Yes but to be honest it's quite adorable really"Sebastian said with a smirk as we arrived to his manor.

"That just proves my point of you being adorable"Sebastian said with a small chuckle and smile as we reached his manor and parked and got out and both got my stuff out of the car and headed inside to be greeted by Pluto and two of his tigers.

"Hello again Olivia and Lilly"I said with a small smile as I petted them and headed upstairs with Sebastian to unpack.
