Halloween [Gender bent, and mortals meet demi-god AU]

I know it isn't anywhere close to Halloween, but I couldn't help myself!

Joshua's POV

Hello, my name is Joshua Tanner, I'm a student here at Woodland High, and right now I'm at the Halloween dance.

I got here early to help decorate, because I'm just that awesome, so every one is now arriving were as I've been here for 30 minutes.

All the football team is dressing up as a professional team, so I'm wearing a jersey and padding.

I spot a girl I've been going after across the room, Willa Solace.

She's wearing a knee length pink skirt with a black poodle on it, and a white button up short sleeved shirt, she has on black flats, and her blond hair is pulled back in a curly pony tail, obviously dressed as someone from the '60s.

This is the best time to make my move.

I smoothly walk over to her and start talking. "Hey, hottie, how about you spend the night with me?"

"Umm, no thanks."

"Ah, stop playing hard to get and just admit you like me."

Willa looks at me like she's trying to figure out what's wrong with me.

"I already have someone." She says. Dang, why can't she just see we're made for each other.

"I'm way better then whoever he is." I say confidently.

Suddenly, I hear a voice from behind me, "And how do you know it's a he?"

I turn around and see a chick with long silky black hair, wearing a leather jacket, black skinny jeans, a black tank top with a flaming skull on it, and black leather boots with heels that go up to her knee. She has brown eyes that could easily be mistaken for black, she has a pail complexion, and blood red lipstick on.

"Uhh, what?" I say.

"I said: How do you know it's a he?"

"Because she's obviously strait. Why don't you mind your own business? Who are you anyway?"

"Nicole Di Angelo." Nicole holds out her hand.

"Joshua Tanner." I shake her hand hesitantly.

Nicole squeezes my hand so hard I almost want to cry.

"Next time don't assume things." She warns.

"Okay, okay, let the poor boy go." Willa says jokingly.

Nicole looks almost disappointed that she has to let go, but she does.

"Oh, don't feel bad, Joshua," Willa tells me, " It's not that I think you're a bad person, you're just not my type."

With that Willa puts her arm around Nicole and the two walk away.
