(Readers POV)

I was looking out the window as the bullhead flew through clouds. Summer was sitting down next to me. Ruby was looking at me and I was confused.

(Y/N): Is there something you need?

Ruby: You were so cool!

I blushed a little from the sudden compliment.

Ruby: I was standing in front of the Grimm and you show up in your muscle form and you killed it in one punch!

I chuckled and I waved my hand, signaling Ruby to stop.

(Y/N): You don't need to flatter me Ruby. One day, you will be doing stuff like that for your kid.

Maria: We're here.

I got up and looked out the front window. We went through some clouds and we could see Atlas. Atlas was a floating city that was floating above Mantle. A bunch of Atlas airship were flying to Atlas.

Ruby: Why is there so many Atlas airships going to Atlas?

Weiss: It looks like the entire Atlas force is returning.

(Y/N): Maybe we should land down in Mantle. Just to be safe.

Maria: Alright, if I can find a place to land.

(Time skip)

We were able to land in Mantle and we were walking down the streets. The streets were dirty and trash was everywhere.

Ruby: How could a place below Atlas be this dirty?

(Y/N): Atlas takes most of Mantle's money so they can improve the defense's and military.

Ruby: Isn't that wrong?

(Y/N): Trust me, if it was up to me this wouldn't happen.

We walked past an alleyway and I heard crying. I turned and walked into the alleyway. I followed the sound of crying and it lead to a cardboard box. I looked in it and I saw a boy. No more then five years old. He has dark green, messy hair. He had freckles on his face. He was wearing dirty clothes that was a few sizes too big for him. He looked up at me and he flinched.

(Y/N): It's ok. I'm not going to hurt you.

I said in a gentle voice, so I don't scare him more. I noticed that he was holding onto an All Might action figure. I transformed into my muscle form and the kid was shocked. I turned back and looked at him.

(Y/N): Do you trust me now?

He gave me a weak nod.

(Y/N): Whats your name, little guy?

Deku: D-Deku.

(Y/N): That's a nice name.

He wiped away some of his tears and looked at me.

Deku: It is?

I gave him a nod. I smiled at him and he smiled back.

Deku: Thank you All Might. Kids bully me, saying my name makes them think about someone weak.

I looked around and I saw no one else in the alleyway.

(Y/N): Where are your parents?

Deku looked down and started to cry more.

Deku: They left me here. They said that I was a bother to them.

He started to cry even more. I hugged him and he shoved his face in my shirt.

(Y/N): Would you like to come with me?

He looked up at me with sparkles in his eyes.

Deku: Really?

I gave him a soft smile.

(Y/N): Of course.

He gave me a simple nod and I picked him up. He wrapped his arms around my neck as I kept him up with my forearm. I walked out the alleyway and found that everyone was ahead of me. I walked up to them and Summer noticed that I wasn't with them. She turned around and saw me. She ran up to me and she noticed Deku.

Summer: Hey (Y/N). Who is this little cutie?

Deku moved his head to look at Summer. He had a very nervous look on his face.

(Y/N): This is Deku. Say hi Deku.

Deku: Hello miss.

Summer: It's so nice to meet you Deku. My name is Summer.

Deku nodded and he looked away. He rested his head on my shoulder and he fell asleep. Me and Summer walked back to the group. Everyone noticed Deku in my arms.

Ruby: Who is that?

(Y/N): This is Deku. I found him in a alleyway and I couldn't leave him behind. Be quiet though, he's sleeping right now.

Summer: Where are his parents?

(Y/N): He said that they left him behind.

Everyone was shocked.

Summer: That's so horrible.

(Y/N): I know.

Ruby: Let's keep him.

(Y/N): I do like that idea.

Summer agreed with me and we decided to keep Deku.

(Y/N): Well Ruby. Starting today, you have a little brother.

Ruby started to get excited.

Ruby: I always wanted a younger sibling!

(Y/N): We should be going now. Where are we going anyway?

Maria: I have a friend down here in Mantle. He fixes my artificial eyes.

We continued our walk and we made it to a house. Maria knocked on the door and we waited for an answer.

Summer: Are you sure this is the right place?

Maria: I'm sure!

The door opened and an old man answered. He was riding a chair that had movable legs.

Pietro: Hello there Maria.

Maria: Hello Pietro. May we come in?

Pietro: Of course. Come in.

He moved out the way and we all walked in. He noticed me and gasped.

Pietro: You're All Might. It's so nice to meet you.

(Y/N): Thanks. It's nice to meet you too, Pietro.

Maria: My eyes have been acting up lately. Can you fix them for me?

Pietro: Of course.

He moved over to Maria and started to work on her eyes. I heard a yawn. I looked over to see Deku waking up.

(Y/N): Good morning.

I heard his stomach growl and he blushed.

(Y/N): Hey Pietro. Do you have any food?

Pietro: In the fridge. Help yourself.

I walked over to the fridge and made Deku a sandwich. I gave it to Deku and he gave me his action figure to hold.

(Y/N): Are you sure it's ok to take your food?

Pietro: I don't mind. It's the least I can do since you saved my daughter.

Jaune: Who is your daughter?

Pietro: I'm sure you people meet here. Her name is Penny.

Ruby gasped and she had sparkles in her eyes.

Ruby: You are Penny's dad?!

Pietro: Yeah. When she came home, she would always talk about you guys in such high praise. I'm glad she made friends so quickly. She will be really excited to see you again.

Pietro moved away from Maria.

Maria: Finally, they're fixed. Thank you Pietro.

Pietro: No worries Maria.

Pietro looked at Yang and looked at her robotic arm.

Pietro: How is my arm been treating you?

Yang: You made this?!

She pointed at her robot arm and Pietro nodded his head.

Pietro: One of my finest creations yet.

I moved my attention towards Deku. He just finished his sandwich. I gave him his All Might action figure.

Deku: Thank you All Might.

(Y/N): You're welcome Deku.

Deku looked over at everyone at the room and started to get scared and nervous.

(Y/N): It's ok. They are all my friends.

Deku looked at me.

Deku: Really?

(Y/N): Of course. They are nice people.

He smiled at me.

Deku: Am I going to be staying with you?

(Y/N): Yes.

He started to hug me. He is just the sweetest little thing.

Pietro: Penny should be coming home so-

He was interrupted by a siren going of.

Deku: Whats that?

(Y/N): A Grimm invasion.

Deku: Everything is going to be ok, right?

I nodded at him and we all went outside. Everyone got ready to fight.

Ruby: All right Deku. Make sure to be watching big sister.
