1 month later

Oh my god. You had finally saved up for a plane ticket and more. It took so long but I'm the end it was definitely worth the work. You could barely hold in your excitement as you went off the plane. California was exactly how you expected it, sun shining and air warm and fresh.

You wanted to get an Xbox from the game stores around, because back at your town they only sold PS4s, saying that Xbox was 'overrated.' Well, everyone had their own opinions. You saw a store after 15 minutes of walking. You opened the doors, hearing a small bell chime overhead. To your left was the fairly large green Xbox One box. You were snapped out of your thoughts when you heard the small bell ring once again. Sighing in content, you searched for games that were made for the console. The shelf was near the front counter.

"No, it's fine I was just wondering." A familiar voice was heard. No way. It was too much of a coincidence. Seems like you didn't have to search for him in popular grocery stores anymore.

You couldn't speak. You had to though, you needed him. You needed someone like him in your life. He was so handsome, witch chocolate eyes you could just stare into forever and adorable curly dark brown hair. He was in dark blue jeans and a white t-shirt. His attire was so casual but he still looked incredibly attractive. 

That was it though. He left the store. Instead of panicking you instantly ran towards him. "Alex!" You called out. He turned around, eyes widened.

"(y/n?!)" He said, shocked.

He stopped, waiting for you to catch up. He was taller than you probably by a few inches. You looked up at him and decided, screw it. You hugged him so tightly you bet he couldn't breathe. The surprising thing was he hugged you back just as tight and man it felt so comforting.

"I missed you." You whispered against his chest, trying to hide your flushed cheeks.

You added quickly, "talking to you."

Alex chuckled. "(y/n), I know how you feel about me and I feel the same way." You squeaked, trying to bury yourself further into his embrace but you failed. He gives you a quick kiss on the forehead before letting you go and wrapping an arm around you.

"Come on, let's go." He said with a smile on his face.

Everything just felt so right.
