"Oh God, Please Let This Be A Dream?!" - Harry Styles

Your family and Harry's Family were going to meet each other for the first time ever and you were beyond nervous. Harry's family was pretty small and very polite but yours was the exact opposite. You had the weirdest and loudest bunch on the planet and it usually didn't matter as much, as you usually joined in on the crazy antics but this time you warned them to be on there best behavior. You wanted to impress Harry's family as much as you could and it was very important to you so they promised to act 'normal' as much as possible.

Your family had arrived first and greeted you and Harry before running into your house and tearing the place up as usual. "BOYS!" your mum screamed at all the family. You grew up in a family consisting of your mum, you, your dad and 5 Brothers. Your older Brothers Andy (23) and James (21) and your younger brothers Jake (16), Logan (13) and Danny (8). Andy and your Dad where already opening the beer bottles, James and Jake where fighting over the game console, Logan was rading your fridge and Danny was looking all over the house for easter eggs like he did every year. They all froze when they heard your mum scream. "I've already warned to be on your best behaviour for the guests Harry and Dianna are having so sit and act like normal boys" she warned as the boys made their way over to the couch. You thanked your mum and made your way to the couch to clear up. As you finished the doorbell rang indicating Harry's family had arrived. You and Harry greeted them as you began the introductions moving the party over to the backyard where all the food was placed on the table. Both families piled up their plates and took a seat as you sat next to Harry. You had a family tradition where the head of the table on every occassion, in this case was your father on Easter, would say a little prayer and thank God for the family gathering and such so all your family where staring at the Harry's family with surprise when they started eating immediately. "Is there something wrong?" Anne asked, red faced. "No. It's just that Dianna's family says a prayer before every big dinner not like us" Harry mumbled to his mum. "I'm sorry. Please, go on with your prayers. We didn't mean to be rude." Anne apologized, moulding her hands together to pray along. "It's quite alright" you dad smiled as he began, "Dear Lord. You have once again brought us together for this special ocassion and we thank you for everything you have done for us. We must remember those who have sacrificed themselves to make this possible including your own flesh and blood. We have some new guests with us and we wished them all the happiness in the world. Amen" he finished, taking a seat. "Amen" you all chanted, finally digging in.

It reached to the afternoon, Gemma's boyfriend, both your dads and brothers and Harry were playing soccer outside while your mothers where in the kitchen clearing up. "I think we should go help them" you said to Gemma. "I think your daughter is really perfect for Harry" Robin smiled. "Yeah, he's a good lad and she loves him. They grew up quite differently though" you dad said. "Yeah they did. You have quite the family" Robin said. "I do. They are all crazy but I love them" your dad finished. "Everyone loves family" Robin concluded. You smiled glad they were getting along as you moved to the kitchen where your mums and Gemma stood. "You know I never had faith in Harry when it comes to picking the girls but he proved me wrong. Your daughter couldn't have been more perfect for my son" Anne said, loading the dishwasher. "Well my daughter never did have much luck but she found her prince in the end. You've raised that boy very well" your mum smiled. "Thank you. They were always well behaved but I admire you Y/M/N. How did you do it. Raising six children is brutal" Anne laughed, along with your mum. "Yes. And they didn't make it any easier for me but I'd go to the ends of the earth to make them happy and that's what got me through" your mum smiled at Anne.

You sat around the fire, both the families gathered together, you sitting comfortably on Harry, snuggling into his warm chest. "So Harry. You Think your getting lucky tonight?" Andy laughed, nudging James' side. "Shut up you idiot" you scolded, trying your hardest not to laugh. "Maybe" Harry shrugged, smiling goofily at you. "Harry would want to get laid every night if he could" Gemma added, laughing along. Your brothers couldn't stopped staring at her and what she just said. "Look what you did, you idiots rubbed off on my future sister in law" You said, hugging Gemma. "I think Gemma rubbed off on them" Anne added, shaking her head. "But what makes you so sure that she will be your sister in law?" Your mum smirked. "Well..." You started, "I kind of proposed in Paris a week ago" Harry said shyly. Both your families started getting up, hugging you both chanting congratulations. "This is so exciting" your mum mused. "My little girl" your dad smiled. "The up side is that now we can be a real family, together" Anne smiled, squeezing both yours and your mums hands. All of them left, kissing you goodnight and thanking you for an excellent day.

"I think that went really well" you smiled, hugging Harry. "It was perfect love" he smiled. "I think we should have more of them more often" you chuckled, looking up into his emerald eyes. "Hold on now, I'm going to need some time alone with my fiancé now before we do another crazy adventure with our families" he said, kissing you showing you he had other plans in mind rather than planning the next family get together. "Maybe we could rent a cabin somewhere and go for a weekend to relax. It would be so much fun" you rushed excitingly. Harry looked at you with a disappointing look. "I'm sorry babe. We can talk about it later. It's just about us right now but I'm just happy our families got along so well" you smiled, getting into the kiss more now. Harry put his hands on the small of your back, straddling you. "I'm glad you're happy, I know that this was very important to you" he smiled, leading you to the bed for your own adventures.
