Rules:

There's a story behind every song. Every song we hear, we each picture a story along with it. Be it one about heartbreak and loss, or one about love and happiness.

My contest is this: I provide the song, you provide the story.

Every month, I will give you a One Direction song, (I will include Solo 1D songs as well.) You go off and write a short story based on that song.

Here are the rules:

1. The characters can be any of the boys in any combo whatsoever, i.e. Lilo, Narry, or even Zianourry. You can even have an o/c in the mix if you like. But at least ONE of the boys have to be a main character.

2. Must be a gay pairing.

3. Stories must be short. Ten chapters at the most!!!

4. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The prizes will be stickers for the cover of your story.

5. Stories must be submitted by 12:00 am Eastern time on the last Friday of the month!

6. Your submission must be tagged with #StoryBehindTheSong And a hashtag of the song title your story written about.
