Welcome To Storybrooke
A strange sound was heard all throughout the town. It sounded like an engine of sorts. But what kind of engine? It was indescribable. It came from the docks.
Prince Charming, or David, went out to find the source. The only thing he could find that was different was an odd little blue box. It was labelled "Police Public Call Box".
He was about to open the door when a man walked out of it. The stranger smiled.
"Oh! Hello! Well, this isn't Rio, either. It's like my TARDIS just doesn't like Brazil. Nice to meet you, I'm the Doctor. Who might you be?"
David wasn't sure what to think of this man. He had floppy brown hair, a tweed jacket, and a bow tie. He had an English accent, though something told David he wasn't from there.
"David Nolan. How did you get here?"
"My TARDIS. Though why I'm here is a completely different question. I have no idea. I didn't mean to, my TARDIS is just stubborn."
"Your what?"
"TARDIS. Time And Relative Dimension In Space. It's a time machine. Clearly, not the most reliable one." He seemed to direct the last part to the blue box, the "TARDIS".
Before David could ask anything else, a woman with long red hair walked out of the box. She seemed dressed for tropical weather.
"Doctor, don't tell me we're lost again." She spoke with a Scottish accent.
"I don't get lost. I just... happen to find myself in the wrong location unintentionally."
"Yeah, that sounds like lost."
"Uh, who are you?" David asked the ginger.
"Amelia. Amelia Pond. Call me Amy." That name, David knew it. But how?
"Look, I am sorry we are still not in Rio. But it's not my fault! It was the TARDIS!"
"That's not even the problem anymore! We still need to find Rory! And that, was your fault!"
"I swear, I didn't know it was a teleport system!"
"This is great. Rory's gone, and we're lost."
"We can just take the TARDIS and get out of here!"
"Fine! Let's go, then!" And they went back inside the strange box.
Soon enough, the box seemed to attempt takeoff, but it only made a terrible wheezing, groaning sound.
The Doctor and Amy went back outside, smoke in their wake.
"Looks like it's not that simple." The Doctor coughed.
"You know, if you need a place to stay, there's always room for you here." David caught their attention.
"Of course," The Doctor smiled. "Tell me, what is the name of your town?" David smiled lightly.
"Welcome to Storybrooke."
