19|| It's A Date? [Part 1]

"Ana-hime..." Tamaki stood there with a horrified look in his face.

"Tamaki... I..." He take a step back... The longer he looked at me the more horrified his face became. "Tamaki It wasn't me!"

I hold my hand up in defence to find that it was covered in blood.

"What are you?" He asks, venom dripping from his tongue with each word.

"Tamaki please I... I love you!" I take a step towards him.

He stops. "You... Love me?"

"Yes! Yes I love you! I love you Tamaki!" I yell. "W-What about you?"

He just stares at me and slowly shakes his head. "I'm sorry... I could never love a creature like you... I... I hate you Ana."

His words pierced my heart.

"I thought you loved me..." I fall to my knees.

"No... I will NEVER love you." He spits. "You're a monster..."

"I..." He pulls out a long sword. "Sword of the Fleece."

The sword from the prophecy. The sword known to kill Kronos. My father. But I never want to speak of him. I don't want to know about him.

Is Tamaki the child of the prophecy?

"It's for the best Ana..."

He starts to walk up to me. "What are you...?" I cough out some more blood.

"I'm sorry... Ana... Hime..." I lifts the sword up.

Suddenly... Familiar chains appear from behind Tamaki. I look behind him and see that familiar black figure. The chains fly towards his back.

"No!" I jump up and ran. I stood behind Tamaki and threw my hands out. I shut my eyes tight.

"No!" I jump up and my hip hits something hard. "Ouch..."

I open one eye and look around. I open my other and slowly stood up.

What was that all about?

I sat on the edge of the bed and ran a hand through my hair. I started to get anxious.

What is that?

My dreams are usually about the past, present and future.

Is that what's going to happen? No...

I shake my head and stand up.

Knock knock

"Come in."

"This dress is perfect for a date!" Leaf holds up a lavender summer dress.

"It's a bit too short..."

"No it's not! It goes just right above your knees!" Ze pouts.

"Well... okay." I smile and they squeal as they put it on me. "Wait... did you say date?"

"She did." Nahlee nods.

"It is a date isn't it?" Leaf says.

"Well... I don't know really..." I shrug.

"Abby why are you being so quite?" Anya places a hand on Abby's shoulder.

"Oh no... I was just thinking." She smiles.

"All done!" Ze and Leaf take a step back and inspect their work. They nod is satisfaction and give each other a high five.

"Okay okay! Let's go!" Ze and Leaf start to push me out of my room.

"W-wait I--" I took a step back and they pushed me forward even more.

"No no no! There is no way you are backing out now milady!" Ze pats my back.

"This is the moment you have been waiting for!" Leaf giggles.

I look back at the other maids for help and they just shrug.

Ze and Leaf squeal as we stop at the very top of the staircase.

"Girls! Why are you squealing?" Anya scolds them.

I giggle nervously and turn around. There he was. He was pacing back and forth, biting his nails.

"What's he doing?" Nahlee tilts her head.

"Ahem! Her royal highness! Princess Anakaia Lucretia!" Ze says out loud and Tamaki immediately looks up.

My eyes widened at how handsome he was and I felt my heart flutter.

Why do I feel this way?

I thought to myself as I descended the stairs. Once I reached him, he bowed and held his hand out.

"Y-You look beautiful." He says as I take his hand.

"T-Thank you." I look down and bite my bottom lip.

Just as the butlers opened the door...

"Ah Ana!"

No...

I turn around and force a smile. "Brother..."

"Tamaki." He nods at Tamaki and Tamaki bows.

"Your highness."

Lucifer smirks and raises a brow at our hands. "Where are you going?"

"Out." I grit my teeth.

"Oh... Out where?" He smiles and I felt a shiver run down my spine.

"I was planning on taking her out to the carnival... May I?" Tamaki says politely.

"Well you do know that she is a princess?" Lucifer arches a brow. "You should take her somewhere more... Private." He winks and Tamaki purses his lip. "I--" I cut Lucifer off.

"We do not need his permission to go out." I say to Tamaki and he tilts his head. So cute.

It suddenly got awkward.

"Is this a date?" Lucifer dares to say.

"Uhm..." Tamaki's face turns red.

"Let's go." I turn Tamaki around and glare at Lucifer. He returns the glare and I turn around. "I'm sorry about that..." I look down and squeeze my index finger.

"That's okay." I look up and he smiles at me.

I look back down and change the subject. "So... A carnival?"

"Yup!" He beams.

"W-what is a carnival?" I bite the inside of my cheeks and his eyes widen.

"You mean you haven't been to a carnival before?!" He grabs my hand.

"N-no." I shake my head and we both look down at our hands. He let's go of my hand and we both just awkwardly stood next to each other, waiting for the limousine.

"So uh... The others... We're they...?" I trailed off.

"Oh... They're still asleep." He says and I nod.

Come on! Say something Ana! "He looks so cute in that top."

Tamaki's head snaps up and his face turns red.

Did I just say that out loud.

I look down at my foot.

Maybe I could try to read his mind? No that would be rude... Well... Just a little...

I cautiously look up at him and focus.

I want to tell her that she looks cute in that sun dress. She looks beautiful... She always does... The most beautiful girl I have ever laid my eyes on actually... Why am I so nervous? Why am I rambling to myself?

The limousine stopped in front of us, making me lose my focus and not being able to tell what he was about to think.

"Milady..." Luda opened the door

"Thank you." I slid in. Tamaki took a seat beside me and Luda closed the door.

We awkwardly smile at each other and then look away. "So what do you do normally... In carnivals?" I ask.

"There's a lot to do in carnivals. Going on rides and the food's very popular." He explains and I listen carefully.

"Rides?" I tilt my head.

"Yeah..." He gazes at me and smiles softly.

I didn't know what to do so I turned around and stared out the window. I feel his eyes on me and my cheeks burn.

--Tamaki POV--

She's so beautiful.

My face heats up as I stare at her shoulders, which had tiny bits of freckles. My heart fluttered as she blinked slowly.

Just looking at her makes my heart feel like it's lurching out of my chest. Every time I touch her, I feel every hair in my body stand up.

I smile at the beautiful girl.

- 30 Minutes later -

"Woah!" Ana squeals and squeezes my hand tighter. "What should we do first?!" She turns to me with a bright grin and bites her bottom lip. "Tamaki?"

"Oh uh..." I was cut off by Ana squealing again.

"Let's go there!" She points to the big roller coaster and I gulp.

"Sure... We have to buy tickets first." I say.

"Okay!" She nods enthusiastically.

After we got our tickets she pulls me towards the roller coaster.

Calm down Tamaki. Just have fun.

"Oh we have to line up." I say as she tries to run to the front of the line.

"Oh! Sorry! I just got a bit too excited." She looks down.

"That's okay." I smile at her and she grins.

"Have you been on one?" She points to the roller coaster.

"Y-yeah." I nod.

I'm terrified of them.

"Is it fun?" She asks excitedly.

"Yes." No.

"Eep!" She bounces up and down impatiently.

Once we reached the front of the line, I started to feel a bit panicked. I hand the man our tickets and he smiles as he gazes at Ana. I scrunched my nose and gently push her forward. I turn around and glare at him.

Woah!

I turn back around and shake my head. She sits directly at the front and I reluctantly step in.

As Ana bounces up and down excitedly, I shake in fear.

This is all for Ana. All for Ana.

"Are you okay?" Ana peers at my face and I nod, pursing my lips, my eyes closed. I then feel something warm squeeze my hand. I open my eyes to see Ana smiling at me. Encouraged by her smile, I felt braver and straightened my back.

The ride started and I take in a sharp breath. I squeeze Ana's hand tighter and look at her. She was giggling like crazy and I smiled.

The ride ascends and I hold my breath. "Woah! Look at that view!" Ana looks down and I force myself not to. I just stare at her face and when the ride suddenly goes down, fast, Ana screams and laughs. I didn't notice it and just stared at her face. I couldn't help but smile.

I reluctantly turn my head and slowly start to laugh and scream.
