Once I was sitting in a tree humming my favorite song when a beautiful red bird landed on my lap. I was fascinated by it because I had never seen a bird this beautiful before. Her feathers were 8 inches long, and her feathers were rose red. She had green eyes, and her chirp sounded like a beautiful harp. She flew around me as I laughed, and then she landed on my shoulder. Then I heard someone yelling, "Rosa" the voice yelled. The bird hopped up and down on my should, and I asked "is that your name?" She let out a loud chirp, and flew in front of me. I smiled and said "well go to your owner Rosa," but she wouldn't leave. It was as if she wanted me to follow her to her owner. I rolled my eyes, and said "alright I'll come with you, but only for a moment," and she let out another chirp. I climbed down the tree and followed her down a long stone path, until we saw a young man the same age as me. The young man was dressed in light blue pants, a white button up shirt that cut off at his elbow, and he wore a silver Cross necklace. He had sea blue eyes, and brown hair. Rosa flew over to him, and he said "oh there you are I've been looking all over for you!" He was so busy talking to Rosa that he didn't even notice me. He was so handsome, and I figured I shouldn't bother them so I turned around and started to take off, but before I could Rosa flew over to me and began to chirp. I said "ugh Rosa I was going to leave," and the boy said "awe well I see Rosa has been busy making a new friend." I turned around to see him standing right behind me. I looked into his sea blue eyes, and my heart began to pound as he looked into mine. I was so nervous to talk to him that my face turned the shade of Rosa's feathers. I said "I'm sorry about causing you all that worry." He smiled and said "it was no trouble at all. Rosa always goes away and comes back with beautiful things." I smiled and said "awe thank you. What is your name?" His mouth dropped, and I asked "is everything okay?" He smiled, and said "everything is fine. My name is Prince Sky what's yours?" I said "oh I'm so sorry your majesty! I didn't know you were Prince Sky! I haven't gotten a chance to see you seeing that you just moved into your uncle's castle. Oh and my name is Riley." He smiled and said "no worries just meet me back here tomorrow, and that'll make up for it." I smiled and said "okay Prince Sky tomorrow it is."
