Trent was with Rachel, Kurt, Sebastian and the other warblers at scandals celebrating his and Rachel's birthday. He was on the dance floor dancing with her, when she asked

"What's your birthday wish Trent?" Trent thought about it and whispered answered her

"To have my first kiss and to find courage to tell the boy I like my feelings." Just like Blaine and Sebastian did Rachel knew Trent had a crush on her friend Puck, and what Trent didn't know was that Puck liked him back. Rachel was a little sad that Puck couldn't make it to scandals for the celebration but she knew that Puck was actually at the Lima Bean preparing something special for Trent at the Lima Bean. Rachel also knew of Trent's little secret of being transgender too, and knew Puck would accept him for who he is, especially since Puck himself is pansexual.

Rachel hugged her best friend tight and said

"He will accept you Trent. I know he will." Trent wanted to believe her, but he wasn't sure at all. He shook the thought away and said

"What about you Rachie. What's your birthday wish?" Rachel glanced over at Thad who was with Blaine, Sebastian and Nick talking. And she said to Trent

"For my childhood best friend to love me back." Trent knew it was Thad that she loved. That she has loved him since before she knew what love was. Trent smiled at Rachel and said

"It will happen Rachie, I promise."

As the night went on. Rachel took Trent's hand and walked to the Lima Bean where Puck was waiting for them, more specifically waiting for Trent. It was Rachel's job to bring him to the Lima Bean. Trent was confused and said

"Rach where are we going?" Rachel just smiled and said

"Don't worry Trent, just trust me. You will love this, I promise." Trent trusted Rachel. As they reached the Cafe, Rachel turned to Trent and said

"There's a reason why Noah wasn't at scandals Trent." Trent was confused and said

"What do you mean and why?" Rachel walked inside the Lima Bean with Trent and they saw Puck sitting at a table for two with a rose and a small gift in hand. Rachel escorted Trent towards the table, and turned to leave when Puck said

"Thanks for your help Rach. And you should head back scandals, Thad said he had a surprise for you." Rachel was confused at Puck's words and then left for scandals once again.

Trent was nervous and said

"What is this Noah?" Puck smiled at Trent and said

"This is a date Trent." Trent was shocked at what Puck had said, and almost fell off the chair by fainting. Trent took a deep breath and said

"If this is a date, then I should tell you that I have feelings for you, that I like you a lot Noah, and I'm transgender." Puck leaned forward and took his hand and said

"Trent, I should tell you that I love you, and that I accept you as you are and I'm pansexual." Trent looked at Puck surprised he had no idea that Puck had a secret like he did, and then without warning or anything Puck leaned forward and kissed Trent, and to kiss Puck's delight Trent had kissed him back.

As Rachel walked back into scandals she was worrying about what Thad had planned for her she hates surprises and she knew Thad knew that too. They grew up together, and Rachel fell in love with him. As she walked in she looked around for Thad but she couldn't find him. She was worried and scared that she missed him, when all of sudden she felt a hand in hers and spun her around, and she was starting to panic but calmed when she saw that it was Thad.

Rachel relaxed in his arms as they started slowly dancing and said

"Noah said that you had a surprise for me. You know I hate surprises Thaddy." Thad just smiled at her her said

"I know, but you will like this one." Rachel wasn't so sure, and as she looked at him, she saw a look on his face that she's never seen before, and as they stopped dancing she said

"Thaddy what are you doing?" Thad put hair behind Rachel's ear, and caressed her cheek, and whispered as he leaned in

"Something I should have done a long time ago." And before Rachel could respond, Thad had placed his lips on hers. And they stood there kissing.

The next day Trent and Rachel met up together at the Lima Bean and Trent saw Rachel's wide smile and said

"What's with the smile. Did you finally tell Thad that you loved him?" Rachel nodded her head and said

"And he and I kissed. We are going on our first date this week, and don't think I haven't noticed your smile, did you finally tell Noah?" Trent nodded his head and said

"And told him about my secret and he told me is." As he said that Thad and Puck had walked in and sat next to them with kissing them in the process.

Trent and Rachel didn't know what their birthdays would bring but they didn't expect their birthday wishes to come true.
