(Another cutaway scene shows both Ultraman Ginga and Taskmaster appearing inside the Watchtower's teleporter. While Ultraman Ginga checks the controls, Taskmaster checks the next door with his gun, checking if anyone's' coming.)

Ginga: That's it! Got control of the Watchtower teleporter.

Taskmaster: It can't be that easy...

Ginga: When my brother tried to knock me out cold, he exposed his security protocols.

Taskmaster: You stole his password. I'm actually beginning to like you. (Leaves)

Ginga: Where you goin'? The plan was to stay--

Taskmaster: I won't be long.

(Inside the Watchtower, they were not alone as Ben 10 and Frisk were monitoring the Watchtower's screen, busy talking about their doubts about the current situation while Taskmaster uses his opportunity to place some landmines in different locations.)

Frisk: I don't know... If he said it was okay, it was good enough for me.

Ben 10: Yeah... I asked myself, "What if what happened to Lois, happened to my grandpa, Karen or Julie?"

Frisk: It made sense at first. Bad people got what they deserved. But now?

Ben 10: Spider-Man's not actually gonna kill Stark, Riri or Stitch. They're just baits. To catch Danny and Bruce.

Frisk: And then what? Remember what he did to Red Robin?

(Ben 10 couldn't answer him as he just stares at him, allying his thoughts. Just then, he notice something on the screen.)

Ben 10: Dude. Something's not right. Teleporter's off-line.

Taskmaster: (Appears before them) Somewhere you need to go, kid?

Ben 10: How did...?

(Without thinking too much, he decides to catches him but Ben 10 accidentally steps on one of the landmines that Taskmaster sets up, triggering some other landmines he hits and falls down into the hole. Frisk does the same but like Flash; he too gets hit by it and falls down into the same hole. Amused as he have plan, Taskmaster drops down into the hole where the two Regimers have landed while confronting the dazed Frisk who was trying to get back on his feet.)

Taskmaster: You're gonna lose, hero.

(Thanks to the bomb he sets up for him, Frisk still feels dizzy and was easily knock out by Taskmaster without wasting some bullets.)

Taskmaster: Still just a kid.

(Taskmaster manages to enter the Watchtower's reactor core looking in amazement.)

Taskmaster: S'payback time.

(Just then Ben 10 wakes up and sees his fallen friend and knows who did this.)

Ben 10: Taskmaster...

(As he activates his Omnitrix, becomes XLR8 and runs to find him, Taskmaster was already pressing buttons on the control panel but as soon as he finishes it, Ben 10 (as XLR8) stops him too late.)

Ben 10: Stop what you're doing!

Taskmaster: It's not what I'm doing... (Kicks him aside) It's what I've done.

(Ben 10 was panicked when Taskmaster already set the watchtower to overload while he’s even feeling dizzy from the landmine Taskmaster detonated onto him. Because of this Ben 10 (even in his XLR8 form) was knockout easily by Taskmaster... again.)

Taskmaster: Finale's coming'... and you've got a front row seat.

(He then regroups with Ultraman Ginga.)

Taskmaster: We gotta get moving.

Ginga: What did you do, Taskmaster? The reactor's gone critical.

Taskmaster: First rule of warfare. Take out command and control. This satellite's the key to Spider-Man's regime.

Ginga: Damn it! You've jeopardized the entire mission!

Taskmaster: Spider-Man's my priority, not the others.

Ginga: (comm) Batman! This is Ultraman Ginga! We have the Watchtower, but we've got a problem. The reactor's gonna blow!

Batman: Can you stop it?

(Both Ultraman Ginga and Taskmaster look at each other.]

Ginga: It's a runaway. You have ninety minutes.

Batman: We're almost in position. Batman out.

Ginga: I'll have to teleport everyone off...

(Just then a hologram of Doctor Doom appears talking to Ultraman Ginga.)

Dr. Doom: Nice work, gentlemen.

Ginga: Got my hands full, Victor. What do you want?

Dr. Doom: I need Taskmaster.

Taskmaster: For what?

Dr. Doom: I've learned that the Maverick Hunters HQ has prototype technology that may allow me to re-weaponize Batman's Ethyl Chloride. I need you to bring it to me.

Ginga: Does Batman know about this?

Dr. Doom: No. He would have insisted on using the weapon himself. I need to do it. Batman is the face of the Insurgency. If he dies, it dies with him.

Ginga: Doctor Doom risking his life to save Batman... I wanna believe it...

Taskmaster: Send over the coordinates.

(Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Ghost, Batman and Kamen Rider Specter are walking inside the sewers heading to the exit.)

Batman: (comm) Harleen. Get your people in position. Occupy any law enforcement you can.

Harley Quinn: Yessir, Bats!

(The scene changes in Hyperion.)

Harley Quinn: I'm on it!

(Then the Gridman Alliance is seen preparing their weapons.)

Edge: Okay, guys. Let's do this.

(At the Maverick Hunters HQ, Captain Marvel and Starfire meet.)

C. Marvel: Make it quick, Starfire. I'm needed at The Rift.

Starfire: I've discovered anomalies.

C. Marvel: "Like tears in the fabric of space-time" I got your message. Get to the point.

Starfire: (click a few buttons and points at the screen) I think these are places where the duplicates arrived. This one may be the source of the transfer.

C. Marvel: The Insurgency...

(Just then Taskmaster walks quietly towards them.)

Starfire: I don't know yet. It's just a theory.

C. Marvel: Spider-Man doesn't want theories! He needs facts! Why did you come to me with this?! (Silence for a moment) Send the coordinates to Ben 10. He can confirm theory faster than anyone.

(As Starfire sends the coordinates to Ben 10, she doesn't notice Taskmaster knocking Captain Marvel out.)

Starfire: Done. Is there a--

(Suddenly, Starfire turns around to see Taskmaster grabbing Captain Marvel in the neck before throwing her away.)

Taskmaster: Nice detective work... but you're too late.

(Caught off guard, Starfire quickly tries to blast Taskmaster but he knew all of her moves as her attack patterns are pretty much straight forward for him. The moment she attacks again with her tamaranean powers, Taskmaster slashes her with his sword, causing her to be stun for a while. The next thing he does is he toss the sword up in the air and shoots her using his fire bullets he has prepared to counter her. Then he turns around and kicks the tip of his sword, stabbing her into her chest. Finally he does a rapid fire at her and taken her down. For a normal person, she would have been dead but thanks to her abilities and the pill, she just knocks out unconscious.)

Taskmaster: Too easy. Your tactics are one-dimensional.

C. Marvel: Surely they are.

(Captain Marvel gets up and then shoots a photon blast, but Taskmaster manages to shield himself.)

Taskmaster: I knew you would be down for much longer.

C. Marvel: You've been offered amnesty. You should've taken it.

Taskmaster: And waste my chance to fight Spider-Man's rebound girl?

C. Marvel: (angry) How dare you... I am a half-kree.

Taskmaster: An obsolete alien race with an even more obsolete sense of justice.

(Enraged by being compared to likes of Ronan the Accuser, Captain Marvel tries to knock Taskmaster out, but he grabs her hand, much for her surprise, and then he kicks her in the gut.)

Taskmaster: Come on, surprise me.

(Taskmaster manages to be on par with Captain Marvel and uses her rage to take advantage of her moves. It works as after a few spars, he manages to stab her belly and knocks her out at the back of her head when she was about to punch his face.)

Taskmaster: I'm not impressed. Not impressed at all.

(He then enters the Maverick Hunters Weaponry and manages to find multiple weapons in it. One of them caught Taskmaster's eyes.)

Taskmaster: (comm) Simon... I've got it. Send me to Victor.

Ginga: (comm) Roger that.

(Then Ultraman Ginga teleports Taskmaster off, and the scene cuts to the Watchtower.)

Ginga: Hope it was worth it. (communicates with Batman) Batman, Danny, are you ready?
