Chapter 40
Jensen
I watch Evie walking away with Jack. I sighed softly, heading to my trailer.
"Jensen, wait," Chelsy calls for me. "Go away, Chelsy!" I yelled, quickly getting to my trailer.
"Chelsy, can you leave him be?" Karl said. "Fine," she said, walking the other way.
"Thanks, mate," I said. "I notice that she's always bugging you," Karl said.
"She always follows me and Evie around like a lost puppy. And when Evie's not around, she tries flirting with me. I like dealing with my first PA," I said.
"That explains it. She's just so similar to your first PA," he said. "Yeah. Addy was crazy obsessive towards me, dissing my wife and family and Chelsy's dissing Evie and thinking she's gonna replace Evie," I said.
"Well, no one will ever replace Evie. She's the best PA ever. I hope she returns as a PA for The Boys or the new spinoff that's gonna be filmed soon," Karl said.
"She'd have to wait to apply for another work visa to work on-set if it's being filmed in Canada," I said.
"How long would she have to wait for a new visa?" he asked. "Any time but she wants to figure out the move first," I said.
"That's good. Are you still hoping she chooses you over Jack?" he asked. "Actually, I do. She told me that she's in love with me but...," I paused.
Karl looked at me. "But what?" he asked.
"She's in love with Jack too," I said. "Oh shit, mate. I wasn't expecting that," he said.
"She wasn't either. Since she's in love with the both of us, she'll end up breaking my heart or Jack's heart," I said.
"That's true. What happens if she chooses Jack over you?" he asked. "I'd be very sad and devastated but at the same time I want her to be happy with whoever her heart chooses. I will always love her," I said.
Karl nodded. "If she does choose Jack, are you and your wife gonna stay married?" he asked.
I shook my head. "Danneel and I are divorcing despite Evie choosing me or not. I can't stay with my wife if I'm in love with someone else," I said.
"Well, if Evie doesn't choose you, you'll have to move on and go back to Danneel," he said. "Yeah and be unhappy," I said, walking away.

Jack and I are off-set, getting lunch together. We stopped at the jewelry store where Colby and I picked Lexi's engagement ring.
I went in alone and got it. "Hi, I'm here to pick up a ring for my friend, Colby Meyers," I said.
"Yes, follow me," the same clerk said.
The clerk led me to the desk.
"Meyers," he said, handing me a box. I opened it up, seeing the ring.
"It's pretty. She's gonna love that," I said. "So why did he ask you to pick it up?" the clerk asked.
"He knows I can keep a secret from her," I said. "Well you're not a good friend but you want her to be surprised?" the clerk asked. "I know friends don't keep secrets but they've been talking about marriage and I want her to be surprised," I said.
"That's good. As long as she's happy with the ring," the clerk said, putting it in the bag along with the receipt.
"Thank you," I said. "And you have a good day, miss," the clerk said.
"You as well," I said, grabbing the bag and leaving the building. I headed to Jack's car.
I opened the door. "Got the ring?" Jack asked. "Yes. Now we can go get some lunch," I said.
"Good. Just a parking lunch. Is that okay?" he asked. "Sure. Plus, I don't trust leaving this alone in a car," I said.
"I wouldn't either," he said, starting driving. "Lexi's gonna love this ring," I said.
"Can I see what it looks like?" he asked. "Sure," I said, getting the box out of the bag, opening it.
I showed Jack what the ring looks like. "It's pretty. How much was it?" he asked.
"14k," I said. "Wow. That's expensive. Is he a basketball player?" he asked.
"No. Hockey player," I said. "Wow, big bucks," he said.
"Well actors make as much as sports players," I said. "That's true, depending on how good the movies are and how the ratings are," he said.
"Really?" I asked. "Yeah. Sometimes the extras and cameos get paid too," he said. "I see," I said.
"How much do you make as a PA?" he asked. "Depending on how much Jensen or Kripke pays me for being a PA," I said.
"Oh," he said. "Yeah. The first person I worked for didn't pay me at all," I said.
"That sucks," he said. "At least I got a second job to help me be stable before Lexi and I moved in together," I said.
"Really?" he asked. "Yeah, waitressing," I said. "Oh that's good," he said.
"Yeah, except getting my ass grabbed by horny old men, who can't get a decent woman or a lonely bachelor," I said.
"Here in Toronto or New York?" he asked. "Well New York for college money and after getting fired for being body shamed by a twig that I worked for as a PA," I said.
"Oh. You didn't become a stripper?" he asked. "Umm. After I lost my baby," I said.
"You have a kid?" he asked. "I got pregnant by a married man, who I thought was single at 21. I lost my baby two days after he was born," I said.
"Oh I'm sorry. Does Jensen know?" he asked. "Jensen was the first person I told about my baby," I said.
"Boy or girl?" he asked. "Boy. His name was Josiah," I said.
"Do you have a picture of him?" he asked. I grabbed my phone, showing Jack a picture of Josiah.
"He was a cute baby," he said. "My little angel in heaven," I said, locking my phone.
"Do you ever think about being a mom again?" he asked. "Someday, yes. What about you? Do you want kids of your own?" I asked.
"Someday but with me getting movie opportunities, doing The Boys and other projects, I wouldn't have time," he said.
"Ahh," I said. "I still have plenty of time," he said.
"That's good," I said. "And if I find the right person to have my children," he said.
"Is that what your parents did before having you?" I asked. "My parents got together while they were with other people," he said.
"Ohh an affair?" I asked. "Yes. You didn't know that?" he asked.
"No," I said. "Not many people do," he said.
I nodded. "At least it's different when Jensen and I fucked," I said.
"Almost similar," he said. I nodded, putting the ring back in the bag.
Jack pulls up to Sneaky Dee's. "I'll be right back," he said.
"Okay," I said. Jack gets out of the car. I grabbed my phone.
I called Jensen to check on him. It starts ringing.
I hear him breathing. "Hey," I said. "Hey. Still getting lunch with Jack?" he asked.
"Yes. Are you okay?" I asked. "Yeah. I'm just thinking about you and," he paused.
"Are you stroking your cock?" I asked. "I am thinking about you," he said.
"Oh I bet. Imagining I'm in the trailer with you? Do you have a picture of me?" I asked.
"Yes, the sexy ones of you before you went to Rochester?" I asked. "Yes, plus, your body's sexy," he said.
"Well thank you. Well, I'll let you finish stroking your cock and cum on my picture," I said. "
"Okay. See you when you get back on-set," he said. "See you. If you want to, you can send me a sexy picture of yourself," I said.
"As long as you don't show anyone," he said. "I promise," I said.
I looked at Jack, leaving Sneaky Dees. "I better go. Bye," I said.
"Bye, baby. I love you," he said. "Thanks," I said, smiling.
I ended the call. Jack returns to the car, hanging me a bag.
I sat it down on the floor. Jack gets in the driver's seat.
I grabbed the receipt, seeing what Jack ordered for us. Jack leaves the parking lot.
---
Jack pulled up back on-set parking lot. We are eating before getting out of the car to finish filming for the rest of the day.
He got wings and I got nacho. "Good thing they added extra napkins," I said.
"I made sure we have extras just in case out lunch got messy," Jack said. "Thank you," I said.
"You're welcome. So you're in love with me and Jensen?" he asked. "Yeah, I was gonna tell you alone but Jensen had to ask that question in front of you," I said.
"It's okay. At least I know," he said. "I know. But I have something else to say," I said.
"What?" he asked. "Starting Thursday, I won't hang out with you or Jensen off-set. It'll give me time for my heart to choose and at the party, I will tell you and Jensen who my heart chooses," I said.
Jack nodded, sighing. "Sounds good," he said.
I nodded. "When your heart chooses, who are you gonna tell first," he asked.
"Not sure," I said. Jack nodded. "I still hope you choose me," he said.
I nodded, sighing. "You'll see," I said.
Jack nodded. "Tomorrow night, do you want to get beer and wings at Buffalo Wild Wings for one last time?" he asked.
"It's a date," I said, smiling. "Sweet. Are you and Jensen going out tonight?" he asked.
"No, Lexi and I are having a Degrassi: The Next Generation Marathon," I said. "Oh fun," he said.
"Yeah. Jensen and I had a beach day last night," I said. "Ohh, how was that?" he asked.
"It was fun. It wasn't too hot or too cold until it got dark," I said. "Did you and Jensen go underwater?" he asked.
"He gave me a piggyback ride to the water," I said. "Aww. We didn't do that," he said.
"Well you were strong enough to carry me on your back and I didn't want to injury you," I said.
"It's all good. I had fun at the beach when we went," he said. "Same here. I still have pictures from that day," I said.
"That's good. Keep those for memories in Toronto," he said. "Oh I will," I said, smiling.
"Thank you," he said, smiling. We finished eating our lunch.
I looked at the time on my phone, seeing a text from Colby. 'Hey, did you get the ring?'
I replied, 'I got the ring. I'll keep it in my room until next Saturday.'
"Jensen?" Jack asked. "No. Colby. He's making sure I get the ring and hide it so Lexi doesn't find it," I said.
"Oh okay," he said. My phone vibrated. Colby replied; 'Good idea. Just don't let Lexi find it.'
I replied; 'I know a place she won't look in. Don't worry.' I locked my phone, grabbing the bag.
"I'm gonna put this in my car," I said. "Okay. I will meet you later," he said.
"Will do," I said. We got out of the car. I went to mine, putting the bag in the trunk.
Later That Day
I am still on-set. Jensen's still filming the Soldier Boy memorial video for an episode. It's taking so many takes and gag real.
He's even filming the Just Say No to Drugs and the bloopers that Soldier Boy does while filming as Soldier Boy.
He looks so hot with the Soldier Boy helmet on his head.
"Hello, I'm Soldier Boy. Fuck! The world knows who I am. Why do I have to say it?" Jensen said in character.
I looked on, smiling. Jensen's playing the character perfectly.
All the practice we do together, paying off. I have a small coffee prop, holding it.
"Bring the cup," the director said. I walked over, trying to get on camera.
"Here," I whispered. Jensen grabs it. I nodded, walking away.
"Action!" he said. Jensen as Soldier Boy sniffs the coffee. "Is this hot?" he asked, throwing the cup down.
"Ice! Fucking Unprofessional!" Jensen as Soldier Boy yelled. I felt my phone vibrate.
I walked away from the set. It's Lexi calling me. "Hey, I'm still at work," I said.
"I was wondering. We're supposed to have the Degrassi: TNG marathon," Lexi said. "I'm sorry, I'm gonna be a little late. We got very busy with filming. I will be home as soon as we finish filming for the day," I said.
"Okay. Just let me know," she said. "Okay and I am sorry again," I said.
"It's all good. Later," she said. "Bye," I said, ending the call.
I went back to watch Jensen work as Soldier Boy. "If taking drugs is uncool, I'm the uncool motherfucker on the planet," Jensen said as Soldier Boy, chuckling.
I am smiling as I love his character where he gets to cuss as many times as he wants.
"Fuck you!" he said in character. We continued to finish filming the clips.
"We're done here!" Jensen said in character, getting up and walking away.
"And cut! We got all of it. You are free to go. Thank you," the director said. We all nodded, leaving the set.
