HOOONK!!! HOOONK!!! The ship whas going to sail. The engines started. "All ahead full!!!" The captain sad.
Clair whas in her cabine. It whas beautiful. There was a chandelier from crystal and the bed whas made from solid oak.
It was the biggest and luxurioust cabine of the whole ship.
In the next view days she whas doing the same things over and over again. She woke up, she ate breakfast, she walked on deck, she ate lunch, she swam, she ate dinner, she danced, she sleeped. Over and over again. Eight days long. Untill one night. It was July 8, 1918. 5 AM. She sailed with 30 knots in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Clair could'nt sleep. She was excited about New York. She said to herself: "In New York, I am going to be the president of the United States of America!" She walked outside. The sun whas just comming up. Then suddenly she heard the first officer shouting: "TORPEDO!!!!!!" She looked at the horizon and she saw a beam of splashing water comming towards the ship. "HARD A PORT AND FULL A STERN!!!!" The captain shouted. But it was too late. The torpedo hitted on the starboard side of the ship. When it hitted, the whole ship was shaking. Clair did nearly fall from the ship.
Inside father and mother had woke up. Clair was running from pannic inside. "Mom, dad! The ship is hitted by a torpedo!!!" "No, of cource not my dear. That's impossible. A ship that sails with 30 knots can't be hit by a torpedo. You must be mistaking." Mother said. "Sadley she is'nt, ma'am." The captain said. "ANOTHER TORPEDO!!!!!" Father ran out of the room and looked. He shouted "Come quickly!" Mother and Clair followed him. Another torpedo hitted. BOOM! One of the engineers came in. "Sir, there is water floating in the bow!" "Prepare the lifeboats!" "There's not enough time! Preparing take's around 10 minutes and this ship is sinking very fast!" The first officer said. Then suddenly the ship began to tilt. Gigantania was in big trouble!
