Cesar and I are twins, not identical but we're fraternal twins. Mostly everything he has I have too including our friends. They don't mind since we all grew up together but for the summer I left to see my family in Mexico.

I packed up my stuff in the suitcase when my tía came into the room.

"Mija te hablan (my daughter, they're calling you)," said Tía Vicky handing me the house phone.

I nodded and grabbed the phone, "Hello?"

"(Y/n)! Your bitch ass brother just ruined the crew!" said what sounded like an angry Monse.

"Mons? What's going on?"

She sighed, "Your brother and I hooked up and now he's spreading it. When are you coming home?"

I gasped, "Oh girl get it! And I will talk to him. I get back tomorrow."

I arrived at FreeRidge, I missed this town even the gunshots. I smiled as I stood in front of the famous Santos crib.

"(Y/n)!" yelled Cesar from inside, he opened the door and ran into my arms, "Man I missed you."

"I missed you too C," I said giving him a peck on the cheek.

"Oscar's in the back, he just got out," said Cesar

"Oh my god really!?." I said running to the backyard.

I saw my older brother Oscar drinking a beer with his homies. I ran towards him and letting my arms hug around his body.

"Oscar I-I missed you so much. How did you get out?" I said tearing up.

"I missed your annoying ass to sis. I got out on good behavior," smirked Oscar

I scoffed, "Yeah, you better keep it that way."

"So Cesar told me you went to Mexico, who let you by the way?" asked Oscar

"Uh, me? I went to Mom's side...They wanted to see me."

"No me importa (I don't care)! You could've gotten hurt over there!" said Oscar

"Hey calm down O! I'm here that's what matters. Now if you don't mind I'm going over to Ruby's."

"Oh, you are?" whispered Cesar

"Yeah Ruby wanted to talk to me I don't know why. Coming?" I asked while starting to walk towards the gate.

"Nah I'm good. I got a job to take of- never mind just go," said Cesar avoiding my eye contact.

"Ruby! (Y/n)it's here!" yelled Mrs. Martinez, "So how was your trip?"

"It was good, thanks for asking! How're things around here?"

"They've been alright, the twins are getting bigger and well Ruby is doing fine," said Mrs. Martinez

Ruby popped behind her, "Hey! Come in!"

I went around his mom and gave Ruby a big hug, I had a secret crush on him but nobody knew about it.

"God, I missed you!" I said letting go.

"Me too, let's go in my room," said Ruby grabbing my hand.

We sat on his bed and just talked about random things, I loved this.

"Ruby? Can I tell you something but you have to promise not to tell no one?"

Ruby nodded, "I'm not Jamal I know how to keep secrets. What's up though?"

I leaned in letting my lips connect to his plump lips, he stopped and looked at me and kissed me back.

He guided me to lie down and I did what he motioned to do, we made out for a few minutes until stopping for air.

"I-I like you Ruby and I hope nothing changes that."

Ruby smiled, "Mi amor (my love), nothing will. I like you too."
