LUCY POV

"Mommy, mommy!" I wake up to the sound of my daughter screaming while running into my room

"What is it Natsumi" I ask as I sit up from the bed

"I had a nightmare again, can you tell me a story" Natsumi says

"Ok, let's go back to your room" I say as I get up and take Natsumi to her room

I open her room door walk in the room and closed the door behind me. I carry Natsumi to her orange and blue bed. I tuck her in and sit at the edge of her bed. I asked her what story book does she want me to read to her.

"How about I read you Cinderella" I say as I grab the book off the shelf

"No I want to hear the story about you in Fairy Tail again" Natsumi begs

"But i've told you that story so many times" I say

"But I love the story of how you were in Fairy Tail" Natsumi whines

"Ok, fine I tell you the story" I give in

"Yay!" she cheered

I climbed into Natsumi bed and got comfortable. I was about to start telling the story.

"Come on Gracy I know you want to hear the story too" I say as I face the closed door

The door opens and shows Gracy. She has long black hair with brown eyes. As for Natsumi she has long pink hair with brown eyes.

She steps into the room and closes the door behind her. She gets to the left of me and snuggles into my side. I wrap my arms around both of the girls and pull them into me.

"Okay it started when I was 17" I begin

BACK TO FAIRY TAIL DAYS

LUCY POV

I sat at the bar with my head down on the counter. Natsu, Happy, Gray, Erza, and I went on a job yesterday. We didn't come back from our job until 2:00 in the morning.

I barely had time to sleep with Team Natsu barging into my room. They kept on making noise and by the time I actually went to sleep it was time to go to the guild. I was in a terrible mood and Natsu and Happy annoying me didn't make it any better.

"Lusheeee!" Happy yelled as he flew over to me

"What Happy" I say through gritted teeth

"Well I was just going to share my fish with you but since you were being mean I won't give you any" Happy said as if I would be offended

"Happy" I say as I give out a dark aurora

I was about to strangle Happy when Natsu came over. He sat down in the chair next to me. He turned the chair to face me.

"Lucy I'm bored let's go on a job" Natsu say with desperation

"Natsu do you have an off button, if you do press it for me please!" I say as I burry my head in my arms

I heard Natsu walk away, maybe I hurt his feelings I better apologize. I was about to get up to apologize when I felt someone pick me pick by my waist.

They threw me over their shoulder and started running out the guild. I already knew who it was so I tried wiggling free.

"Natsu, let me go now!" I yell at him

"Nope, not until we get there" he says then laughs

What's the point of struggling he is way stronger than me. After about 15 minutes Natsu starts slowing down. He stops and puts me down. I face him, I cross my arms and balance on one foot. Natsu is just looking at me out of breath.

"Natsu I don't have time to deal with this" I say

"Don't worry it is an easy job" he replies

"So are we here" I say as I sigh

"No, not yet" he says as he catches his breath

"Then why did we stop!" I yelled at him

"Because, your heavy, you should try to diet more" Natsu say calmly

I clench my fists. I walk up to Natsu and give him a Lucy Kick right in the face. He falls to the ground and I put my foot on his face a squish it.

I watch as his face gets bruised. Natsu looks up and his nose starts bleeding. Natsu also begins to blush a bit.

"What is wrong" I say as I stop squishing his face

"I. . . Can. . . See. . . Your. . . Under. . . Wear" he finally say

I take my foot off of his face and start running. I totally forgot I was wearing a skirt I feel so embarrassed. Wait. . . Why was Natsu looking up my skirt anyways, that little perv.

I keep on running away from Natsu while he calls my name. My cheeks are still pink from what happened earlier. I finally stop when I'm out if breath.

I walk over to a bench and sit on it to catch my breath. Where is Natsu but the more important question is where am I. As I am looking around someone sits in the seat next to me. I stare at him.

He is young probably my age. He has short white hair in the back and a bang that covers his eyes. He had purple eyes and they looked so lonely and sad. He looks at me, and I jump and quickly look away.

"I'm sorry did I scare you" he asks

"No, I'm fine it's just that I was staring and you looked at me and I got scared" I say

He chuckles and looks away. His voice is so gentle, he looks so fragile and his eyes are so lonely. I look away from him then I look back. He starts staring at me again and this time we both laugh.

"So to not make this weird, but my name is Lucy" I say a I hold my hand out "Do you mind telling me where I am" I ask

"You are in the town of the stars" the guy says as he looks up to the sky

"The sky sure is pretty when the sun sets" I say as I sigh

"But it gets better when the the stars come out" he replies

We both just sit there and watch the sun set. The sky was getting dark and the air was getting cold. I was shivering when I felt something wrap around me.

I jump in shock. I look at my shoulder and find a black leather jacket around me. I look at the guy next to me and he looked at me and then back at the sky.

"You were shivering so I gave you my jacket" he said before I had a chance to ask

"Thanks" I say

"So who long do you plan on staying here" the guy asks

"Oh I am waiting until my partner finds me" I say "What about you" I ask facing him

"I have nowhere to go so I usually just walk around" He says

"Oh" I say

I wish I could help him. Speaking of helping people why isn't Natsu here. It has been over an hour an he still hasn't found me.

When I find him he is so dead. How could he just leave me, well technically I left him but still. It shouldn't take that long to find me doesn't he have that smelling thing. I should've never ran away now look where it got me.

"So you are a wizard" the guy said

"Huh, oh, yea, I am a Celestrial wizard" I say "How did you know I was a wizard" I ask

"Because I am a wizard too" he said

"Oh that is cool what kind of wizard are you" I ask

He was about to answer when he got cut off by someone yelling. I stand up and walk forward a little.

"Lucyyy!" Natsu yells

"Natsu?" I say quietly

"I finally found you" Natsu says as he walks towards me

"What took you so long!" I yell

"I got hungry so I ate then I feel asleep" Natsu say

I punch him in the face. Natsu falls to the ground and I turn around so my back is towards him. I cross my arms and close my eyes.

Natsu gets up and rubs his head at the spot if punched him. He starts groaning and I just huff.

"Alrighty, I get it you're cranky, we need to get back to the guild before they get worried" Natsu says

"Ok fine but you owe me" I say

"Fine" he says

We start walking away when I remembered. I stopped and gasped and Natsu looked at me. I told him we needed to go back.

He looked at me like I was crazy. I turned around and started running back to the bench. As I was running I heard Natsu shout "not again."

I got to the bench that I was sitting at and found the guy I was talking to. He had his eyes closed and his head up to the sky. He opened one eye and looked at me.

"Sorry to bother you but I came to return your jacket" I say as I take off the jacket and hand it to him

"Keep it" he says

"What?!" I say suprised

"I have a feeling that we will meet again, and when we do then you can give me back the jacket" he says

"Lucy!" Natsu yells

"Well goodbye" the guy says as he gets up and walks away

I just stand there and watch him walk away. The wind blows and my hair blows in my face. By the time I move my hair out of my face, he was gone.

I just stand there, the only person I know that can move that fast is mystogan. That guy I just met, I don't know what it is about him.

He seems so mysterious and yet looked so open. He said that we will meet in the future. I don't know why but I trust him.

"Lucy!" Natsu yells from behind me as he caught up to me

"Yea" I say as I kept my back turned to him

"I just remembered" he said

"Remembered what?" I ask

"That I accepted a job request" he said

I turned around and gave him a nasty look. He took a step back and put his hands up in defense. He tells me that the town is not far from here.

We walk for about ten minutes and found this little cottage. Natsu says this is the place. I knock on the door and a plump old woman opens the door.

She motions for us to come in. I was surprised when she opened the door. I mean it was night time and we were supposed to be here at noon.

She says she was expecting us sooner and was about to offer the job to someone else. She tells us that there are some bandits that stole her jewlery. She gave us a picture of the theif and a picture of what he stole.

We walked out the house and started walking, I started looking up into the sky.

I wonder what that guy was doing now.
