Scott POV

As soon as I saw Jack and Athena hugging and spinning and shit.

I turned and left.

Its hard. Way too hard seeing them smiling like that again.

I have been in love with Athena for practically most of my life.

I developed a crush on her in fifth grade. But she had a crush on my Best friend and my best friend had a crush on her.

And then the next thing led to the next...And now the rest is history. God its been hard watching them together for years. The only thing that was slightly good about all of us splitting up was me not being tortured by having to watch them be completely happy.

My heart is just completely broken.

I have to watch them all over again.

Why is it that most of the time the people we love don't ever love us back?

Its not fair.

But they in love with each other.

Because I can see it. They are completely in love with each other.

And I am the shithead longing for his best friend's girlfriend.

I made it to the boys locker room then I slumped down on the floor next to my locker.

I gripped my hair and screamed out loud.

"What the fuck is wrong with me?" I whispered to myself.

Then I slapped myself. "Okay you gotta get over yourself jackass." I whispered harshly.

Then I changed into my gym clothes.

Then I heard voices.

"Aww come on John don't be a sour puss." I heard Josh say.

Then I heard Jack and Josh laugh.

"You two are a bunch of wankers." Muttered John.

Then they came into the locker room.

"Scottie boy...yah miss me?" Asked Jack.

I smiled. "Well if it isn't Jack attack." I then smirked and we did a bro shake.

Then Jack narrowed his eyes. "What's wrong bro?"

I let out a strangled laugh. "I am totally fine Jack "

He kept his eyes narrowed. "Sure."

"Yeah you don't look okay bud." Said John.

"Guys I am seriously fine! Now we all gonna be late for class. And I really want to hit someone with a dodge ball."
I said.

"When you ready to talk I am here." Whispered Jack.

"Well Imma go to gym so long" Said John. I now noticed that John is wearing something sporty already.

"Oh I have Calculous with Josh and Kat. So cheers." Said Jack.

Then John and Jack left the locker room together.

I then turned to Josh who was looking straight at me.

"You the only one who hasn't said a thing yet? Whats on your mind?" I asked with narrowed eyes.

He then looked at me with sad eyes. "Let me guess you still madly in love with Kat?"

I looked at him my mouth gaping open.

"Yes dumbass...I know." He then rolled his eyes. "I am Practically the only smart one."

I sighed. "Am I that obvious?"

He shook his head. "Only if they follow the signs then will they notice. To me though its obvious as fuck."

"How are you the one that noticed?" I asked confused. Like its Josh.

Josh had a heartbroken look in his eyes that I only now noticed that probably has been hidden there for a while.

"Its easier for those who have experienced or are experiencing it." He muttered.

"Who broke or is breaking your heart Josh?" I asked intrigued.

He gave a small smile. "A story for another time." Then he met my eyes.

I slid down on the floor and he slid down next to me.

"It hurts Josh." I paused then my voice cracked at the next words. "L-Like it hurts real bad and I don't know how to fix it or stop it or delay it."
I said exasperated.

Josh nodded. "Its why I take on the craziest Dares. Its why I am know as the wild twin." He then looked at me. "Its what eases the pain ,getting cheered on for being all crazy and shit and never being fearless that's my gang bang. And I love it... Its the perfect remedy for loving someone who loves another." He then paused then placed his hand on my shoulder. "Find your gang bang Scott. It will help a lot."

He then got up. "We I am late for Calculous with Kat and Jack like super late and you late for hitting people with Dodge balls." He stretched out his hand helping me up.

"Thanks Josh." I said smiling.

"No probs bro." He said. We then did a bro shake and he left.

Time to go to gym.

I got in late and coached yelled out. "Whats the matter Delgado think yah too pretty to be on time for my class?"

"Sorry coach. Won't happen again coach."

"Yeah yeah whatever that's why you no fun. Be more witty like Moore ,Ryder , Forbes ,Cooper , St- and Jackson. "

Esme ,John and I winced at St- and so did coach.

Coach then awkwardly coughed. "John's team." He pointed to where Esme and John stand with the rest of our team mates like Quinn.

We got in positions and the games commenced.

Our team obviously thrashed theirs.

I know I sound like a cocky douche but I can't help the facts.

Oof I did it again.

Now Esme ,John and I got some French to attend. French is actually one of my top subjects so yay.

While we were on our way to French we bumped into Dave and Stacy. They looked so out of it.

"Hey Stace ...Dave you okay?" Asked Esme.

"We have had three over bearing subjects in a row. I hate our schedule I am so fucking done." Groaned Stace.

"Yeah I mean who even made our fucking schedules." Said Dave.

"Really what you guys have?" Asked John.

"AP chemistry , AP English and now Calculous. " They both said in unison.

"Well Jack's back." Smiled Esme.

"Yeah." They both sighed.

"Damnn it really has been a hard morning for you guys hasn't it?" I asked.

They both nodded then walked off.

We then bumped into a very excited Steve and Em.

"This is so weird since we just saw Dave and Stacy so out of it." Mumbled John.

"Yeah we saw them too Jeesh." Said Steve.

Then Esme turned to Emma
"So why you guys so hyped up?"

"Well we have gym now you see. And you guys and Kat them really got our enemies quaking in fear already so this is going to be easy." Said Em with a smirk while rubbing her hands together evilly.

"If they fear you guys ...imagine the terror for when Britt ,Brian and Cher have gym." I said.

John and Steve starting laughing. "They are going to be shitting themselves." Said John.

"It feels good to be athletic." Said Steve.

And then they turned and left.

We just made it to the French class when we see Brian ,Britt and Cher making they way over. They must have Spanish now and the classes are next to each other.

"You guys got French now?" Nodded Brian.

"Yeah... You Spanish." I nodded.

"Si." Said Britt.

Then we all walked into our separate classes.

Its Lunch after this. The whole gang gonna be together.

Can't wait. But I also dread it because soon I will be seeing my best friend and love of my life playing hockey tousle with their tongues.

But I wonder who Josh is in love with?

Mmmh. What a mystery.
