Xena went into the lounge to unwrap her presents. Ava was waiting in there with her Mum and Older Brother, West and Older Sister, Lacey.

Xena acknowledged a pile of presents in the corner of the room and a huge plate of her favourite peanut butter chocolate cookies. She sat down in between Lacey and Ava on the big white sofa and helped herself to a cookie. She picked up the first present.

It was from Lacey, She unwrapped the one direction wrapping paper (Lacey's Choice) and out come some neon nail varnishes, a pink leopard print phone case and a One Direction CD. All of these present were very suited to Lacey!

She reached for another present, The wrapping paper was covered in teddy bears and hearts. She read the homemade Hello Kitty birthday card. It was from Ava. Inside was a Disney Princess hairband, a barbie doll and a Hello Kitty colouring book. You could tell by looking at it this present was from Ava as she was only 7 and these were all her favourite things. Ava looked longingly at the present.

'Here you are Ava why don't you have it?' Offered Xena

So Ava, completely forgetting who's birthday it was started opening all of the packets.

Xena reapproched the pile of presents, She strategically removed one from the top. This one was from her cousin Savannah. She had not seen her in ages. She smiled as she opened it, Savannah was the Queen of Presents. She always seemed to know exactly what everyone wanted.
