You sob, eyes wide and frantic as Gato finishes his list of false charges. His finger, previously pointed at the man you consider your uncle, lowers.

"I just hope something like this doesn't happen again," he growls, and even when he's facing away and at least fifteen feet away from you, you can hear his voice.

The threat is clear.

Your fingers dig into the holes between the wires of the fence, and you scream, "KAIZA-OJII-SAN!" Next to you, Inari is in a similair state, screaming "TOU-SAN!!" over and over.

Kaiza-ojii-san opens his one functioning eye, looking up at the two of you with a smile even as blood drips from his mouth.

Gato turns away.

"Kill him."

The thugs draw their katanas out of their sheaths.

"TOU-SAN!!!"
