After the battle, we returned to the tower, congratulating ourselves for beating someone as tough as Purple Guy. For some reason, Purple took his corpse with him for study. I guess he's our head scientist now, or our only scientist. Either way, he checked everyone for major injuries and thankfully, no body had anything series. Just a few cuts and bruises. Katsuki then had the brilliant idea to have a party, but Mina and I declined, as we still had to pack. We packed the essentials: clothes, toiletries, and electronics. We packed our suitcase in the General and went to bed.

(Next morning)

Mina woke up before me, as she was already up and ready to go when I woke up. I got dressed, showered and got some snacks for the road. Before we left, Purple gave me a jar full of a black liquid.

"I modified the ink, so now you can control it more." I thanked Purple as we made our way to the garage. Getting in the General, we left the garage and headed for our destination: Beautiful Los Angeles! The drive took about three days, staying in Illinois, Kansas, and Arizona before arriving. Pulling into our hotel, the guy at the front desk greeted us.

"Hello! Welcome to the Hollywood Hotel! I assume you're checking in?" I nodded. He sent a belhop to get our baggage from the General Lee and take it to our room. We followed eith our room keys. We opened the door to reveal a huge suite! I was expecting  a small dinky toom, but no! The belhop told us to turn the faucet handle once we settled in. I didn't understand, but I went with it. After we unpacked and relaxed for an hour or so, we went into the bathroom and turned the faucet, revealing a telepad! I assume this was left here so we could get to and fro during our time off. Regardless, the day was still young, so we decided to sight see. Mina said we should see the Hollywood sign, and I couldn't agree more. We used my teleport to get up close. The sign was larger than I expected, but still: awesome to see! My stomach started growling, as did Minas. So we decided to go to In-n-out burger, by far the best burgers this side of the planet! We decided to walk around Los Angeles, talking to each other along the way.

"Now this is exactly what we needed! We missed the honeymoon because of hero duties, but this is even better!" I said, looking up at the clouds.

"Yeah! I was worried we would be stuck in a boring marriage forever, but this brings that spark back!" Mina squeaked, hugging me tightly. I then noticed a flyer on a telephone pole.

"It's about to get even better! I see a flyer for a luau going on tonight!" Mina looked at me with stars in her eyes. I could tell she wanted to go. I wanted to as well, as the only party I had ever gone to was the party after the games years ago. But I knew it was gonna be fun!

(Timeskip to luau)

We arrived at the luau, dressed in style. Mina had her bikini top on, a tan pair of cargo shorts, a jacket around her waist, and sandals. I wore a floral flower print button up shirt, blue jean shorts, sandals and a straw hat. We walked to the buffet table, grabbing some shrimp, a cocktail or two, and some pineapple upside down cake. We sat at a table as Mina started talking.

"So, is this fun so far?" She asked, presumably about the vacation. I leaned in and kissed her in response. Our song started playing, so we got up and started to dance. Mina looked so cute yet so cringe worthy dancing the way she did. Then the dj started talking.

"Alright, my dudes and dudettes, we gonna slow things down a bit, so grab your kahunaband prepare to get down." He started playing Earth Angel. Cheeseball song aside, I looked at Mina, a blush on her cheeks.

"Well my lady, may I have this dance?" I asked, outstretching my hand. She took it, as I put my other hand on her hip and she wrapped one arm around the back of my neck and the other on my shoulder. The song went on for 3 minutes, but it felt like 3 hours, but in a good way. I was dancing with the love of my life, Mina. She snatched my hat off my head and put it on. I gave her a small smile, half lidded eyes. The song ended with "I'm just a fool, a fool in love with you". I kissed her as the song wrapped up. That's when I could tell I would be with this woman forever. The party wrapped up and we teleported back to the hotel room. As soon as I entered the room, everything went black. I passed out. Crap. I'm going to have such a hangover in the morning.
