"Today is the day new interns come in!" Dr. Brouwer yelled.

"Now we were all them once so be on your best behavior!" He yelled lecturing all of the residents and attendings.

"I'm looking forward to a great year of surgery people!"

"Now remember 'we cry together, we fly together, and we die together!'"

"Now go!" He ordered.

People scattered throughout the building.

Dr. Rollins to neurology.

Dr. Gonzalez to ortho.

Dr. Turner to general.

Dr. Cummings to cardiology.

The list goes on.

But this story follows two specific surgeons and the friends and enemies they make along the way.
