...

Kha'Voth, meaning "Liberated Flames," is a newly emerged race of Imps originating from the Hell universe of Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss (Omniverse No. 00666). These Imps, once confined to the lower ranks of Hell's rigid hierarchy, have undergone a transformation into Neotypes following the arrival of Supreme Sovereign Xavier Salvador. Offering them refuge from their oppressive status, Xavier granted them a new home—a colony world he described as their "heaven." Now integrated into the Salvatia collective, the Kha'Voth embrace their newfound identity, serving their nation with loyalty while thriving in freedom, progress, and prosperity.

History:

In the future of the New Salvation Era (N.S.E.), on October 30, 0077, Xavier decides to visit an alternate universe where heaven and hell exist, but in a different form. This timeline takes place before Charlie Morningstar was born.

Using his power, he shapeshifts into a Hellborn and travels to Pentagram City, specifically to a slum district within the Greed Ring known as Mammon's Maw. Upon arrival, he witnesses the dire conditions of the impoverished imps, evoking his sympathy. As for the hellhounds, although they belong to the lower-class hierarchy, he sees no reason for concern, as he already has werewolves and canine kobolds in his ranks. After all, hellhounds appear more than capable of serving those in higher positions.

Xavier then visits the Wrath Ring, specifically a devastated slum city known as Ruinmaw, where ruins stretch as far as the eye can see, and warlords battle for control over the remnants of power. As he surveys the area, he spots an imp mother clutching her two children, cornered by a gang of thuggish Hellborns and imps from a warlord faction. Without hesitation, he intervenes, using his godly powers to eliminate the attackers, saving the mother and her children. Determined to rid the city of its chaos, he proceeds to hunt down and annihilate every warlord, using both his divine abilities and combat skills, ensuring no survivors remain. Once his task is complete, he vanishes, leaving the surviving imps in stunned silence at how a single Hellborn obliterated every warlord faction in the city.

His final stop is Brimstump, a town in the Wrath Ring. Like the previous places he visited, it is populated mostly by imps living in squalor. This swampy, miserable village reeks of sulfur, and its residents are treated as nothing more than vermin by the Wrath Ring's elite. While observing the town, Xavier notices a wealthy Hellborn, accompanied by his entourage of Hellborns and Hellhounds, handing out money they owned—only to then savagely beat one of the imps. Enraged by the cruelty, Xavier steps in and kills the wealthy Hellborn along with his lackeys. The imps watch in shock as he swiftly eliminates their tormentors before vanishing through teleportation.

After witnessing the suffering firsthand, Xavier decides to take action. On October 31, 0077, he returns in his Hellborn disguise and revisits the three locations in both Rings. He gathers every imp he can find, urging them to come to a secret location for an important announcement. Recognizing him as the same Hellborn who saved their lives, they follow him without hesitation. He extends his invitation to imps from other areas of the two Rings as well.

Once they arrive at an isolated gathering place, Xavier reveals his true form, shocking the imps, who are astonished to see a human in their midst. Their surprise only deepens as they realize he possesses shapeshifting abilities—something no human should be capable of.

With unwavering confidence, Xavier delivers a speech. He proclaims that he is no ordinary human, but a Neohuman, the ruler of the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia. He explains the existence of Neohumans and Neotypes before shifting his tone, speaking in the fiery style of Huey Long. He condemns the endless conflict between Heaven and Hell, highlighting how, in their eternal struggle, the poor—especially the imps—have suffered from discrimination, harassment, and oppression under the rigid social hierarchy. His speech grows more impassioned as he declares that the imps possess untapped potential, a strength within them that has long been suppressed. Even demons, created in Hell with the sole purpose of being evil, have the capacity to forge a new path.

Xavier then offers them a chance at a new life, one that will forever alter their destiny. He opens a portal, revealing a lush, green paradise beyond. He explains that this planet was originally meant to be a colony world for his people, but he has decided to gift it to them instead. He calls it their "New Heaven," a sanctuary for those who wish to escape the chains of their old existence in Hell and embrace a future of freedom. Extending his hand in welcome, he assures them that within his society, they will have civil rights, and under his leadership, no one will be condemned to a lower-class existence ever again.

After Xavier's powerful speech, the imps rally behind him, inspired by the fact that someone not born in Hell has become their savior. Moved by his words, they eagerly pledge their support. With their trust secured, Xavier instructs the Vindictarium Order to escort them through the portal to the colony world. Once the evacuation is complete, he devises a plan to ensure that no one in Hell suspects the sudden disappearance of the imps from their former homes.

Using his immense power, he triggers a massive earthquake across Hell, devastating the locations he visited as well as several others to cover his tracks. When the destruction is complete, he departs from this universe, leaving its inhabitants to believe that the catastrophe was a natural "hellquake." With the ruined cities now considered forgotten landmarks, no one questions the missing imps.

On the newly established colony world, the imps experience a sense of joy and freedom unlike anything they have ever known. For the first time, they feel the softness of green grass beneath their feet and take in the beauty of a world that resembles Earth, a place they had only ever heard about. As they marvel at their surroundings, Xavier approaches them and explains that while this planet officially belongs to Salvatia as a colony, it is now their new home, a place where they can begin a new chapter in their lives. Overcome with gratitude, the imps thank him for providing them with a version of heaven that is not actually owned by Heavenborns.

With their future now secured, the imps willingly undergo the process of injecting neoblood into their bodies. This genetic modification alters their very essence, transforming them into Neotypes. Recognizing the significance of their rebirth, Xavier bestows upon them a new name for their species—Kha'Voth.

He explains that Kha'Voth means "Liberated Flames," symbolizing their escape from the infernal chains of Hell and their rebirth into a new society. The name reflects how they are no longer bound by their past but still carry the essence of what they once were, now reshaped for a greater purpose. Embracing this new identity with pride, the imps wholeheartedly accept their transformation. Thus, the newborn race of Kha'Voth is born.

Over time, Xavier provides the Kha'Voths with every resource they need, along with the assistance of his people, to help them establish their first normal daily lives. With the aid of magitechnological construction methods, they successfully build vast cities, towns, and villages across their new world.

As they settle into their new existence, the Kha'Voths choose to name their colony world Zeraphos, a name that symbolizes their transformation into a newborn race, free from the chains of their former demonic existence in Hell.

With the re-education programs offered by the Salvatians, the Kha'Voths gain the knowledge and skills needed to pursue new careers, allowing them to unlock their full potential. Their progress benefits not only their own people but also contributes to the prosperity of the Salvatian Sovereignty Republic, to which they pledge their service in the name of Liberty and Order. As they integrate further into society, they form strong bonds with other races, including both Neohumans and Neotypes. These relationships flourish to the point where female Kha'Voths even seek to marry members of these races.

Their discovery of the Omni'Sotiría Faith profoundly impacts them, as it becomes the most cherished religion they have ever embraced. Though they have never met Caelus, the mere knowledge that he is the God of the Omniverse fills them with awe. As they explore other faiths, they learn of Huraism, a religion centered around a goddess who was once a demon queen in another world before she perished and was resurrected as a divine being within the Omniversal realm. To their astonishment, they also learn that she is the wife of Caelus. Some among the Kha'Voths begin to worship her, and in doing so, they undergo a profound transformation, altering their appearances into a more celestial form. This new variation of their race becomes a distinct subspecies, which they name Vel'theris. Their emergence strengthens the bond between the Vel'theris and the Whitehorn Demonkins.

Thus, under the rule of the Supreme Sovereign, a new race, the Kha'Voths, and their subspecies, the Vel'theris, are born as part of the collective races of Salvatia. To them, Zeraphos is more than just a colony—it is a divine blessing, a gift from Xavier Salvador, their protector and liberator. They hold their new heaven dearly, knowing that neither Hell nor Heaven can take it away from them. Not the Hellborns, Hellhounds, Ars Goetias, Overlords, the Seven Deadly Sins, and certainly not Satan himself—none will ever threaten their sanctuary as long as Salvatia stands as their shield. With unwavering determination, they vow to expand their race, safeguard their homeworld, and defend it at all costs, even if it means laying down their lives for the paradise they have finally found.

General Appearance:

Kha'Voth

They retain their original appearance as Imps from Omniverse No. 00666. However, with Neoblood injected into their bodies, they acquire abilities similar to those of Neohumans and Neotypes. One of their most distinctive traits is the "Blue Blight Eyes," also known simply as Blue Eyes, which activate in the presence of incoming threats. These eyes emit a glowing blue light, serving as an immediate warning signal when hostile individuals or groups are nearby. This ability allows them to instantly detect potential danger and identify the origins of sentient beings, enabling them to analyze and assess the presence, intentions, and nature of other life forms. As a result, their survival capabilities and strategic awareness are significantly enhanced, making them highly adaptable in various environments.

Vel'theris

Though they maintain their Imp-like features, the Vel'theris have undergone a divine transformation through their devotion to Hura, the Ascended Demon Goddess of Love, Redemption, and Life. Their new form radiates celestial grace while preserving the essence of their impish heritage.

Hair: Their hair retains its original length and shape but now appears in pastel colors, including soft white, pale rose, sky blue, or silver-blonde, with a gentle ethereal glow at the tips.
