Divine Sovereign Order of Omniverse

The Divine Sovereign Order of the Omniverse, or simply called the Divine Sovereign Order, is an organization that controls vast areas within the Omniversal Realm. Their mission is to protect the Omniversal Realm and other realms such as the multiverse from threats, though they sometimes intervene when necessary. It was established by the God of the Omniverse, the King of the Omniverse, Cael'thomulas (also known as Caelus), to build a kingdom of his own after ascending into existence.

Caelus created four races within his realm:

Celestirion – the omniversal version of angels

Aetherdrakes – ancient and mythical dragonewts

Aetherhumans – omniversal versions of humans possessing extraordinary abilities

Astriviel – ethereal elves.

The Divine Sovereign Order maintains security and peace within Caelus's realm and observes the outer realms of the Omniverse to study and understand other existences such as dimensions, universes, and multiverses. They also served as a military force ten billion years ago when their enemy, the Chaos Legion—led by Exitiviel, the Omniversal Demonic God of Destruction—spread chaos and devastation across the multiverse. In response, the Divine Sovereign Order intervened and waged a brutal war against them.

Ultimately, Exitiviel was slain by Caelus, devastating the Chaos Legion by robbing them of both their leader and the bulk of their forces, though they were not entirely defeated. The remnants, led by Cadivus, the Arch-Fallen Angel and second-in-command, retreated into the shadows to hide. Caelus and his followers restored the realms ravaged by the Chaos Legion before returning to their Omniversal Realm.

Much later, Xavier Salvador was revived (his soul pulled back from reaching the afterlife by Caelus) as an irregular reincarnator and pseudo-god, who was sent to an isekai world where he established his own nation, the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia. In the spirit of cooperation, Neohumans and Neotypes were sent to the Omniversal Realm, leading to an official alliance between Salvatia and the Omniversal Realm. With the full trust of Caelus and the other deities, the Salvatians were even allowed to colonize planets within the Omniversal Realm, forging close relationships that strengthened both sides.

Today, Salvatia and the Divine Sovereign Order jointly protect the Omniversal Realm and observe outside of the omniverse border. Salvatians, in particular, have expanded their influence throughout the multiverse through military force and intervention. During the First Multiversal War, they fought against hostile factions seeking to dominate or destroy the multiverse for their own agendas. This conflict also stirred the remnants of the Chaos Legion into action once again. In response, the Divine Sovereign Order engaged in warfare to prevent history from repeating itself ten billion years later.

Nonetheless, the Omniverse remains secure under the vigilance and protection of the Divine Sovereign Order and their Salvatian allies.
