Cael'thomulas, simply known as Caelus, is the King of the Omniverse, the God of All Universes, and the Lord of the Omniversal Kingdom. He is also the head of the Divine Sovereign Order (or Sovereign Order), an organization designed to govern the entire realm of the Omniverse, where every world, dimension, timeline, and universe exists as part of the multiverse and the hierarchy within the Omniverse. Caelus is the most powerful and strongest godly being, possessing omniversal powers that exist throughout his realm. He wields the Sword of Omnicide, an artifact of unparalleled power, a symbol of his authority, and a weapon of absolute destruction. He is also the husband of Hura, the ascended demon goddess of love, redemption, and life. Hura was once the demon queen of the fantasy world of Aifea, where she led a revolution against her ex-husband, the demon king. Though she was killed in the battle, she managed to lead her followers to safety in a new, undiscovered continent with her dying breath. She was later resurrected and ascended into ascended demon goddess by Caelus, alongside his irregular reincarnator and Supreme Sovereign of the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia, Xavier Salvador.

Cael'thomulas came to existed in one billion years ago that bring him into life. Despite of understanding his origin unknowingly,  he willing to create the Omniverse as his new home. He created every world and universe that goes from very beginning. For universal and multiversal deities, they do not very aware of Cael'thomulas, and neither of the existed of Omniversal Realm. Like God creating earth to give birth of a man and a woman, Caelus created his own race that fitted his home.

Celestirion,  a celestial angelic race born of the Omniversal Realm, embodying the divine essence of creation and cosmic harmony. Their eyes hold the infinite expanse of the cosmos, with turquoise-blue pupils gleaming like distant stars, a testament to their omniscient gaze and their role as watchers of the eternal realm. Towering, cosmic-blue feathered wings shimmer with the brilliance of starlight and nebulae, allowing them to traverse dimensions with divine elegance. Their light gold armor, etched with glowing runes of ancient power, provides both protection and a manifestation of their sacred purpose, making the Celestirion beings of unparalleled grace, wisdom, and strength within the Omniversal hierarchy. 

Aetherdrakes are an ancient and mystical race of dragonewts, born from the raw currents of aetheric energy flowing through the Omniversal Realm. Their scaled bodies shimmer with an iridescent glow, shifting hues that mirror the vibrancy of the aether itself. Powerful and majestic, they possess elongated forms, crowned with intricate horned crests that radiate arcs of pure energy. Their wings, vast and translucent, ripple like living auroras, enabling them to soar effortlessly across dimensions. Aetherdrakes are both guardians and conduits of aetheric power, wielding it to shape reality, mend fractures in existence, or unleash devastating bursts of raw energy. Their voices resonate with a harmonic cadence, echoing the primordial song of creation, marking them as beings of unparalleled might and mystical wisdom within the Omniversal hierarchy.

Aetherhumans are a race of extraordinary beings within the Omniversal Realm, appearing outwardly human but distinguished by the innate aetheric energy coursing through their veins. The Astriviel are ethereal elven beings of unparalleled beauty, born from the cosmic essence of the Omniversal Realm. Draped in robes of stardust, interwoven with aurumite accents that shimmer in a kaleidoscope of divine hues, the Astriviel exude an aura of celestial grace. The Aetherdrakes are the protectors and conduits of pure aetheric energy, their very existence intertwined with the flow of aether that sustains the Omniverse. They maintain the stability of aetheric currents, safeguard the realms from disruptions, and wield their immense power to defend against forces that threaten the delicate equilibrium. They wield living weapons of pure power, their immense size and raw strength complemented by their command of aetheric energy. They can manipulate this energy to generate destructive blasts, erect protective barriers, or reshape the battlefield itself, making them fearsome combatants against any threat.

Caelus also create his own deities to support his effort of creating peace, order, and prosperity in the Omniversal Realm. He establish the Council of Omniverse where higher-ranking deities can take the seat to make decisions of their course of action or any roles of each deities possess in their own time. While Caelus wields ultimate authority, the vastness and complexity of the Omniversal Realm demand a structured and cooperative approach to governance. The council serves as a legislative and advisory body, ensuring that decisions are well-considered and represent the diverse needs of the Omniverse.

To put it simply, he can see through everything in every universe he observes; however, he cannot see it all at once, as he can only perceive a few of the universes' existences at a time.
