The Z Foundation is an unassuming non profit that seems to be the only good in the world. (Charity, feeding the poor, education, healthcare, etc).

But this is not what it seems like. To the IDF, the Z Foundation is one of the most evil organizations of the Five Powers and is even more evil than the Black Circle itself.

So, in the aftermath of the Great Omniverse Liberation War, worlds were in rubble and the IDF formed the Z Foundation to help rebuild everything. This on the surface was super successful and only took one hundred years to rebuild everything and more. But it would not be a happy story underneath.

Underground, the Z Foundation would be the ones who provided subjects for Umbreon, Union, Black Circle, and the Freedom Party. As in they would provide humans for whatever needs they had and would actively make it as worst as possible for any victims.

The Z Foundation would take in a homeless person, orphan, poor family, etc and have them be brought into the Z Foundation buildings. Then the process happened. They were knocked out, sent to the Z Foundation transportation network and sent to the various organizations that needed testing subjects. People who weren't willing to volunteer, but had something the Five Powers would benefit them were usually targeted first. The Z Foundation also has intermodal centers on different planets, so the idea would be that different people would be separated into groups to be sent efficiently. But the Z Foundation intentionally put horrible people into those centers and the actions they would do on innocent children, women, and men would be some of the most depraved shit we have ever seen. Even the IDF leader is disturbed by so. But since he is evil, he chooses to not help.

Sometimes the Z Foundation helps in the process of taking apart humans for more experimentations. So butchering people into various body parts is something the Z Foundation does. Typically they are used to be sent to the Black Circle or Umbreon. The people used to butcher the bodies are also not exactly normal people and let's just say they would violate the corpses in those places normally.

The Z Foundation employs 30 million people and has a mostly efficient operation with automation being key in transportation. 

The Z Foundation is also equipped with the best in transport defense solutions by Umbreon.

The Z Foundation typically employs the worse in sex offenders. Take that what you will.

Innocence is basically lost once the Z Foundation takes you and there is no saving you.

All of this is approved by the IDF, cause they are evil and they made it this way to extract the most suffering out of people.
