I was waiting outside of the room of the Japanese Prime Minister as the meeting with the Commission Council and The Union Headmasters was about to start, as he finally came out.

JPM: Sorry about that. Got a little busy on something.

Justin: It's not a problem, Mr. Prime Minister.

JPM: Then, let us go. The meeting is about to begin.

Justin: Of course, Sir.

I started to escort the Japanese Prime Minister to the meeting room as we arrived and I opened the door, as Japanese Prime Minister walked in, and I followed behind him.

The moment I walked in, I could see that both my parents along with Third Hero Commissioner, Izuka Midoriya was there along with the Union Headmasters, All Might and General Ironwood.

JPM: Thank you all for coming.

Frank: Of course, Mr. Prime Minister.

JPM: Please. Have a seat so we can begin the meeting.

As everyone began to sit down, I stood next to the Japanese Prime Minister.

JPM: I'm sure that you're all aware for why I have called you all here.

Ozpin: We believe it has something to do with the Defeat of the Anti-Union.

JPM: Indeed. Although, it's more like the Aftermath of their defeat.

Heather: What do you mean?

JPM: It has been a couple of days since the defeat of the Anti-Union. Resulting in the death and destruction of Salem and the arrest of all of the Ant-Union members and leadership.

Sirzechs: yes. The defeat and dismantlement of the Anti-Union has taken a lot of sacrifices to achieve such feats.

JPM: I am aware of that. And your right. The Defeat and Dismantlement of the Anti-Union has caused crimes across Japan to reduce to merely 5%. The Anti-Union Defeat has caused most if not all criminals and villains to go into hiding.

AM: ISN'T THAT A GOOD THING?

JPM: Yes. For society. But for Japan as a nation, it didn't.

Ironwood: What?

JPM: I'm sure that you have begun to notice. The looks that you been receiving lately by the citizens of Japan.

Heather: Indeed, we have.

JPM: It seemed. The Anti-Union Defeat has caused heroes to be feared by remaining villains and criminals. But it also seem to have spreaded into the citizens as well. And its not just the citizens that become afraid of you, but even local law enforcement, government officials like me and even the president himself.

Nezu: What? But why?

JPM: It's fear. People are becoming afraid of you. Union Academy is acknowledged for creating some of the world's most powerful heroes. Which also means that Union has an army of powerful individuals that could pose a threat to an entire nation.

Michael: But we would never turn on Japan.

JPM: I know. But people are scared, and they all believe that you would. Currently, Union is known to process over +1000 heroes under your command. And most of these heroes, who were registered under you, processed incredible yet frighting abilities. And other countries are also hesitating too.

Izuka: Wait a minute. What exactly are you saying?

JPM(Sigh): Basically. The World Government are planning to limit the number of Union Heroes. They'll planning to send most of your most powerful heroes to other countries across the world.

Frank: You cannot be serious.

JPM: I'm very serious about this. They would send the most powerful heroes into the countries with the highest crime rates.

Tsunade: But we cannot possibly agree to this.

JPM: Unfortunately, I don't have much of a choice. Neither does the rest of you. Considering what the villains done before their defeat.

Heather: What does that mean?

The Prime Minister pressed a button as all of the TV screens turned, and all of their eyes widened as they were seeing the video recording of everything within Union Academy.

JPM: We discovered that the Anti-Union hacked into the Hero Network and gathered all types of information, including the CCTV footage from within your academy. So, when they were all defeated, it was automatically sent to all World Government Leaders, and some were even leaked to the public. Currently, the world government has over hundreds if not thousands of arrest warrants for all Union Heroes. Right now, Union Academy is the only reason why the World Governments hasn't come after you yet. So, you have a choice...

JPM: Option A, you will comply to every demand of the World Government and will do them without hesitation or complaint. Or Option B, you refuse to comply, Union Academy would be forced to shut down, all Union Affiliated Accounts shall be frozen indefinitely, the arrest warrants would become active, and the combine forces of the JDF, United Nations and United States would come after all of you. Your choice.

I could see the absolute shock, fear, and powerless on their faces, Union might be able to do a lot of things, but defying the order of the World Government is downright insane and no one would be crazy enough to defy.

Ozpin: T-Then. We have no choice. We'll comply to the Order. We'll start informing our heroes of their assignments.

JPM: Good. Although, we already have the first assignment for a handful of heroes.

Michael: What assignment?

JPM: The Ukraine Crisis.

My eyes widened as I knew exactly what he was talking about, The Russia-Ukraine War and I could see the shock on the faces of the headmasters as well.

AM: M-MR. PRIME MINISIER. YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS. SENDING OUR HEROES INTO AN ACTIVE WAR ZONE.

JPM: Like I said before, you won't have a choice in this. And besides, the heroes has already been chosen beforehand.

I then turned to the TV screen as the names and pictures of the heroes that'll be assigned to the Ukraine Crisis as I see both of my "siblings" were assigned to it, along with Students of Class 1-A, Team RWBY and JNPR!

JPM: These heroes will be sent to the Ukraine Crisis in the war effort against the Russian Invasion. Once they arrive, they'll be assigned to the role of the war. Either defending Ukraine or pushing back the Russian Forces. They'll have a week to prepare for the leave to Ukraine. And you know what happens to the individuals that doesn't show up.

Headmasters: W-We understand, Mr. Prime Minister.

As the Prime Minister stood up from his seat, we started to walk out of the meeting room as I escorted him out of the building and towards the black SUV.

JPM: Everything has gone exactly as planned.

Justin: Yes. It has. Mr. Prime Minister. What about the other allies of Union?

JPM: Proceeding as planned. Thanks to the evidence against the Schnee Dust Corporation, the arrest warrants has already been issued. The JDF Forces are already dealing with the situation as we speak.

Justin: Very well sir.

JPM: Money has already been wired into your account. I'll be heading back to the office to deal with the preparation.

Justin: Understood sir.

[Meanwhile]

Jackal/Jessica: WWWHHHAAATTT?!?!

After the headmasters returned to the academy, they have assembled the students that'll be deployed for the Ukraine Crisis, and they weren't really pleased.

Yang: Headmasters! They cannot be serious about sending us to war!

Jaune: Yeah! We defeated the Anti-Union! So why are they doing this?!

Ironwood: its because Union Academy has +1000 heroes under our command. And the World Government is terrified due to the possibly of us deciding to turn on them. Knowing that they wouldn't have a chance in winning against us at our full capacity of heroes.

Ruby: But why the fear?!

Iida: What possibly reason could they have to fear us?!

Ozpin: Its because the Strength of Union is compared to the strength of the Anti-Union.

Katsuki: BUT THOSE VILLAINS WERE WEAK AND DEFEATED BY US!

Michael: They're not afraid of the Anti-Union of now. They're afraid of the Anti-Union during the Golden Age War. And the current strength of us is almost identical to it.

Sirzechs: From what the Prime Minister said, its seems that World Governments are separating Union heroes in the hopes of avoiding another Golden Age War. And they are more than aware that they'll utterly the war against us if it happened.

Uraraka: But we could always just defy their orders, right?!

Nezu: No. I'm afraid we cannot. We discovered that the Anti-Union hacked into our network and gathered tons of evidence against all of us. That also includes the CCTV footage within the academy. And when we defeated them, all of that information were sent straight to the World Government and some of it were leaked to the public.

Jackal: Wait. So that means...

Tsunade: Yep. They've seen everything we have even done within the academy. Including the bullying, neglect, and expulsion of Justin.

Frank: Currently, our hands are tied. Because if we try to defy the order of the World Government, we'll lose everything because of it.

Jessica: This cannot be happening.

Heather: Unfortunately, dear. We don't have much of a choice.

Shoto: We exactly are we leaving?

Ironwood: You'll have a week to prepare for the trip to Ukraine. You'll have to be awake before 0600 or you'll be arrested for the crimes placed against you.

Iida: W-We understand.
