Ben was about to greet back when he spotted one of the suit guys going for the girl. "LOOK OUT!" He yelled before picking her up and jumping out of the way.

"Woah... thanks" she said as he put her down, "the names Ruby, Ruby Rose" the girl introduced herself. "Ben Tennyson, now maybe save the pleasantries for later" Ben said cracking his knuckles.

"Major league butt kicking has officially arrived" the girl grinned, the bowler hat dude walked up to them. "As much as I want to keep this up we unfortunately have a tight schedule so I suggest you leave" he said before holding his cane up. And after a Target sight popped out of the tip aiming for the two.

"I don't think so" Ben said turning his fist into Diamond Head's before plunging it into the ground. In doing so he made a large pillar of crystals appear around three of the men and shoot them far into the air. Ruby started to swing her scythe around and strike the rest. And after blasted the pillars with shot rounds from her over sized weapon as it turned into a gun.

Ben had turned his legs into XLR8's and grew his tail and zipped around knocking the rest out with swift kicks and had managed to kick away the white suit's cane. "Didn't mean to drop your cane, but I wouldn't pull that trigger" the alien teen said.

He picked the cane back up "oh really why?" He asked, "oh you know, have a nice trip" Ben quipped. "Huh?" The man had unfortunately pulled he trigger and it sent him flying.

Ben looked at the rest who flinched at him "so" he then turned his torso into Rath's. "OKAY WEIRD SUIT GUYS WHO JUST ATTACKED BEN TENNYSON AND RECENTLY MET CONFIDANT RUBY ROSE!!! ANYONE ELSE WANT A PIECE OF BEN!!! HUH!? ANY OF YOU WANT A PIECE!!!!!!!" Ben slammed his apploplexian hands down in emphasis.

Which had managed to scare off the rest, he chuckled turning back "ha ha... wimps" he said. Ruby was awe struck "Wow you were so cool, how did you do that transforming thing? Is that your semblance?" She asked speeding around him.

"Woah easy Ruby, I'll answer your questions once you calm down" he said trying to hold her in place. But then a large flying craft appeared, it looked like a combination of a jet and a helicopter only without the propeller blades. "You should never expect anything to be exactly fine once you're actually done fighting" he said.

Looking down the two spotted a few glowing patches of light, "Uh oh" Ruby said before Ben formed a diamond barrier around them. The lights exploded, but thankfully it didn't harm them.

It did however shake Ruby a little "so dizzy..." she said, the blast's force made did a number on her inner ear.

"Don't worry happen when I took a blast at point blank also" Ben said, he then sped her away from the air craft. "Man whoever is flying that doesn't give up" he said carrying her piggy back style.

"You're telling me" Ruby said recovering, they finally stopped on top of a building. The vehicle was right above them, the opening in the side revealed a hidden figure.

Judging by the figure the person was decidedly female, she had orange glowing pupils and fire like runes inning down her shoulders and around her neck. The part that was visible was the bottom of her dress which was red, she summoned tunes around her and looked like she was gonna blast them.

Then a blonde woman wearing a purple cloak and glasses appeared and shot dozens upon dozens of glowing purple energy spikes at the machine. I knocked it off balance, and to make matters worst for it the man Ben sent flying by messing with his gun. He fell right into the cockpit, "Well that was certainly convenient" the woman said.

Ben stern smirked and turned his chest into Terraspin's "not as convenient as this" he said blasting wind at the plane like vehicle blowing it away. "You're a huntress" Ruby said looking at the woman.

A little while later Ben and Ruby were taken in for questioning, the girl was visibly nervous. "It's okay, just stay calm and try not to be intimidated" Ben whispered to her as they were now in the interrogation room.

The woman from earlier came in along with a man with gray hair wearing glasses. He asked Ruby where she learned how to use that scythe of hers, she replied with Signal Academy. Then he asked Ben how he was able to transform like that.

The hero passed it off as having a natural unique ability, the rest of them called it his semblance. The man who had introduced himself as Professor Ozpin who had been the headmaster of a school called Beacon Academy.

And he offered the two the chance to study there, since Ben knew he was in a different world this would be a good thing. Learning about your new surroundings is the first step to entering a new world, learning how to defend against foes is another useful tactic as well.

Especially with the types of things that go bump in the night here. Ruby was very much ecstatic, Ben was glad he now had a place to go.

"This is gonna be so amazing" Ruby said excited "calm yourself Ruby" Ben advised. "Question is where am I gonna stay until we actually head to Beacon?" He asked.

"Oh I can ask my dad if he can allow you to sleep in the garage until then" Ruby said. "Are you sure he'll be okay with his daughter bringing a boy home?" Ben inquired. "Oh yah... he may blow a fuse at that... oh wait we could say you rescued me from a bunch of thugs" the girl said.

'That was almost instant' Ben thought, "I hope this doesn't blow up in our faces, because you said he may blow a fuse" he said chuckling a little. "Oh no..." Ruby said worriedly, "what's wrong, no funny bone in you?" Ben quipped again.

"Never mind... with your puns dad may let you in. Along with the thug thing" Ruby said as they walked to her place. "What's wrong your sense of humor went south? Better start the migration" Ben joked again. "HELP PUNS!!!!" Ruby cried running away, "hey wait up pun pal" Ben quipped while chasing after her.

The next day, Ruby and Ben were now on an airship to Beacon Academy, Little to say Ruby's Dad and Ben got along fairly well. He had been grateful Ben helped Ruby with those men, and dither got along with their pun talents.

Let's just say Ruby was nearly traumatized the entire night, "well at least things can't get..." Ruby was cut off when a tall, and rather bodacious blonde girl hugged her. Ben looked in their direction and blushed when he saw the blondie, "I can't believe my little sister is going to Beacon with me. This is the best day ever" she said to Ruby.

"Please stop" Ruby choked out, 'that's Ruby's sister?' Ben thought. "But I'm so proud of you... and who's your hunky friend?" The blonde asked looking to Ben.

He blushed at how she described him, "oh Ben this is my older sister Yang, Yang this is my new friend Ben" the younger girl introduced the two. "Hey there, the names Yang Xiao Long" she said, "oh, mines Ben Tennyson, so you're Ruby's older sister?" Ben asked her.

"Yeah", "well I can see it, both of you have got spunk, determination and flare" Ben said. "Well you're not so bad yourself, I can see us getting along" Yang said to Ben.

'Uh oh I smell romance' Ruby thought, "Yang and Ben sitting in a tree... k..." she stopped when she noticed Ben and Yang looking at her curiously. "Uh what was that Sis?" Yang asked her baby sister.

"Oh uh nothing... look there!" She said pointing to the window, they all looked outside. "Wow, the views great from up here" Ben said looking down, "hey there's my old school Signal" Ruby said pointing to it.

"Who knew you'd be two whole years ahead of your class" Yang said, then Ruby started pouting. "True... but I'm not special or anything" she said, "but you are special" Yang said. "We all are Ruby, everyone has something special about them that separates them from everyone else. Something that makes us stand out" Ben said.

"And besides why be like everyone else when you can be something different, unique amazing or even out of this world" he finished by turning his arm into Upgrade's and turned it into a UFO. "Wow" Yang said impressed, "oh yeah Ben you never told me where you were from" Ruby said.

"Well since you two seem trust worthy I think I can do you one better" Ben said as his head morphed into Brainstorm's. And then he opened his skull plates, which the two had turned green at, and then he released a telepathic information transfer to them. Little to say they were impressed by the things he's done. And shocked at the horrors Ben went through, "Ben... you... you lost... oh god" Yang said.

"Yeah... not gonna lie, that... really sucks... but I don't want to mope around, as long as I live on and continue being the hero I was. Then my family and friends live through me" he said. "That's a mighty good outlook Ben" Yang said, "hey when you save the world you've gotta have a determined will" he added.

"I'll say, I'd say your a man among men" Ruby said, "thanks rubes... hey isn't that the guy we encountered?" Ben asked pointing to a holo screen. "This just in, the man responsible for the robbery last night was Roman Torchwhick. If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact the authorities. At the robbery however, he was thwarted by two individuals who our source for the photo had a hard time taking a picture of".

The screen then pulled up a blurred picture of Ben and Ruby fighting Roman and his gang. "As you can see the photo is of a red hooded figure wielding a type of long handled blade and an emerald man wielding numerous abilities. As most of the people know, recent archeological discoveries have shown a prophecy of the great five. A group of four huntresses and one huntsman who l finally bring an end to the war between the Grim and humans. Along with being both the human and Faunus races together leading to a lore peaceful world" the narrator said.

Then a picture of a cave painting depicting fur people appeared, "the red scythe, leader of the group and expert at close and long range attacks. Though she may have difficulty with others she is willing to do whatever she can to help. The white rapier, a knowledgable swords woman with a proficiency with dust. However she sometimes disputes with the scythe over certain things. The black cat, a stealthy warrior who seems to be in all places at once. Yet has a spot within herself for the fine arts of literature. And finally the two brawlers of this magnificent team, the yellow gauntlets and the emerald warrior, this Huntress and Huntsman duo would rather go for a up close and personal approach to fighting and are willing to do anything to protect the innocent."

"Okay... that looks startlingly Familiar" Ben said as he looked at the picture depicting the great five. Both girls nodded in agreement with his statement.

Then they noticed a blonde boy nearby who looked like he was gonna hurl his guts out. And then he proceeded to do so "ew can someone call cleanup in the cafeteria, some one lost their lunch" Ben quipped. Yang giggled at that, Ruby cringed, 'please don't realize you both like puns, please don't realize you both like Puns' pleaded inwardly.

"You make puns also? Okay how about this" Yang said as she takes out a cookie "pardon sir is this. Yours?" She asked showing the bag to the dude. "No..." he replied trying to hold down his stomach, "Are you sure because looking at what you did I'd say you tossed your cookie" Yang joked. Ben laughed heartedly at that, Ruby's eyes widened and she ran to the back of the air ship. "HELP!!!! PUUUUUUNNSSSSS!!!!!!!!!" She screamed wanting out as the new duo kept making jokes.
