Ben had replicated himself into two and sent his double to inform the fleet commander about the Pirates. "Okay time to show these guys what I'm made of" Ben said as he went Full Omni and dived into the water.

At this point the pirates were already at Bellows's ship boarding, "find anything valuable" one of the leaders said. That was until a fast moving creature jumped onto the boat and took out two of his men. "Hey what was that?" He asked only to see three more of his men get knocked into their backs.

And after something fast speed past him and throws more off into the water. "Okay mr. So called Pirate" The creature said walking over to him revealing itself to be Ben as Omni. "I'll give you five seconds to leave my pal's ship otherwise I'll have to throw you overboard" he warned.

"What the heck are you?" The man asked, "oh no one in particular, just the current protector of Gargantia" the alien said before turning his arm into Chromastone's and blasted him with an ultraviolet laser beam. "And you can forget shooting me" Ben added as he multiplied by seven and proceed to get rid of the rest. "My body is indestructible, malleable, intangible, Anything".

The alien then fought off multiple pirates but failed to take notice of a lot of flying vehicles around shooting at him. Fortunately he had Diamond Head's crystalline skin handy, "oh so that's how you want to play is it?" Ben asked before growing Stink Fly's wings and flew above.

"Well let me tell you something, Ben Tennyson enjoys kicking no good low down butts of people who like to steal. And let's just say your butts just bit off a bigger piece than it can chew" he said before using Wild Mutt's claws to slash one's wing. And then Ball Weevil's plasma balls to explode seven out of the sky.

For the past hour Ben had fought off most of the pirates that got aboard and blew away the other ships with Terraspin's wind powers. At the moment he is currently talking with Bellows "phew thanks for the save Ben" she said.

"It's nothing, I'm just glad they didn't do anything to you... well" he turned his head away. "Aside from... you know... her shirt getting torn off" he mentioned not willing to look.

Then they heard a noise from outside, exiting the ship's control room they saw Chamber land. And Ledo jumped out of him, "Amy said something about pirates trying to board Bellows's ship" Chamber translated.

"Don't worry I took care of it, blew straight out of harm's way" Ben said, "inquiry, you blew them away? Why didn't you finish them off?" Chamber asked. Ben went a little wide eyed "Uh if you haven't forgotten tin can, I'm a hero, I save lives not end them" he said rather infuriated.

"Inquiry, would it be simpler to eliminate enemies than let them survive?" Chamber spoke again. Ben was shaking with irritation "this metal menace is really starting to tick me off" he said.

Then they heard horns, looking to the source they saw the pirates' actual ships. "Oh you've got to be kidding me" the alien shapeshifter groaned, "targets sighted, proceed with elimination" Chamber spoke before hovering in the air and charging up a blast.

"WAIT NO!!!!" Ben yelled before hitting the mech's arm changing its aim, which happen to be the patch of ocean next to the pirates and caused a late implosion to occur sending them all flying in different directions.

"Uh... I motion we head back and get Gargantia moving before those pirates come back with reinforcements... all in favor say I" Ben said. "Denied" Chamber said, "I" Bellows, her first mate, and a few other workers all said.

"Almost several against one, majority rules Ledo" Ben said as the ship started to move back to the fleet. Now we see Ben rushing around the boat checking for any damages and doing repairs.

"Okay looks like Bellows's ship is good, now to fix her crane like I promised" he muttered before flying out. "Wait Mr. Tennyson!!" A worker said before the shapeshifter could get out.

"Yeah?!" He called back, "I know you said to keep an eye on the yunboro and that space man but..." he stuttered. "What should we do if Bellows and Amy happen to glide down to there?" He asked.

"Oh no, just tell them to keep vigilance and don't do anything until an hostility is detected. I'm going there also" Ben told them as he flew to Ledo's location. "Inquiry, the Emerald warrior is headed for us" Chamber said, Amy Ledo and Bellows looked to see Ben landing behind Ledo.

"Amy, Bellows if I could ask why are you two here?" He asked, "we just wanted to talk with Ledo regarding what he had said on the boat earlier" Bellows said. When they got back Ben had told the armed men to keep a tight eye on Ledo and what he said about killing the pirates. To which Amy screamed at and kept her distance at mention.

About now they were asking Ledo why he mentioned eliminating the pirates, "does eliminating the enemy require cause or necessity?" Chamber translated. "Listen I don't know how things work in space but around here taking a life is an action that needs to be justified" Bellows replied.

Ledo then regarded the fact that hey kill animals for food, "Well, it is true that we kill animals in order to eat them, but we only take enough food to provide the fleet, and besides they are huma..." Bellows would've finished her sentence if not Ben hadn't transformed into Omni and discretely gestures to his form.

"They were... they were like us... they are..." Bellows was at a loss, "sentient" Ben said, "sentient, Thank you Ben, like us and certain aliens all us sentient shouldn't go around mindlessly taking lives" She added. "If the shed of sentient blood is forbidden why do you humans posses weapons?" Ledo asked.

"We use them to defend ourselves, out here anyone can kill you, pirates use the threat of death to get people to do what they want" Bellows explained. "And by resisting them we make it seem like we're not going to roll over and die for them, a display of arms is somewhat of a negotiation" Ben said. "In addition, by just resisting and caring not of what they threaten makes you the better man or woman making you seem even more intimidating" he added.

"Exactly, here we have a saying, it goes like this, give fresh water to those who cat the fish" Bellows elaborated. "Are those words a recommendation for humans to aid each other?" Chamber translated. "Yeah that's right" she answered, "in a society, people can't survive unless everyone does their part to help" Ben explained.

"It is assumed that pirates do not adhere to that rule" Chamber said, "Yeah, of course we know their wrong and we resist them, but by resisting them by communicating that alone we feel it's enough. We show that their isn't any profit in attacking us" The red head added on.

"But when death is added to this recipe, it becomes something entirely different" Ben said. "To take back their position as aggressors they'll retaliate full force. And considering that explosion we caused I'm pretty sure some blood was spilled".

"Ben's right, nothing could've survived a force that powerful. Or at least up close" Bellows added. "And if they are going to retaliate we'll need both of your fire power" she then gave them both two small radio like devices. "These are communicators, eventually I want you to use them to talk with the rest of the fleet" Bellows explained.

"Regardless of what you said, and that Ben made it here first, you had tried to save me, And this food was my thanks" she then left, and Ben followed her. "I'll survey the area for any sign of pirates, just keep an eye out" he said before flying off.

Ben didn't need to go that far to spot sails on the horizon, he super sonic flew to said sails. And cloaked to avoid being seen, he saw one large red ship in the mix with all the others. "That must be the captain's vessel, I better report back, but not before delaying them".

Omni then fell to the water and once he hit the ocean the alien went into Leviathan mode and swam under the waves. As Ben swam the current gathered by his force had pulled the ships back away from Gargantia.

"That takes care of them, now to get back before I lose the fleet" the large sea reptile then swam back to Gargantia. Ben ran to the main control center "fleet, big pirate fleet, 30 or more ships" he said, then pressed the Omnitrix and displayed a picture.

"Good spot Ben, before I get into anything else did you happen to see a ship that looked different from the rest?" Ridget asked Ben. "Well the lead vessel was red, and it had a kind of lobster insignia on the sails" he replied, "that's the great pirate Queen Yukkage" a a man nearby exclaimed.

"They were about here" Ben then pointed to where he spotted them on a large map. "And with their direction they were on course to collide with us" he added, "I guess that blast had gotten them".

"Is there anyway we can outrun them?", "Wait while I was Leviathan I had pushed them back with a strong current about this far" Ben said moving a few markers displaying where the pirate fleet was back to how far he moved them. "Though even with Ben pushing them back, there's no doubt that they will pursue us" the captain had elaborated.

They had considered asking Ledo for help or Ben to sink them but he had reminded he is a hero who protects and not kills. And another had regarded Ledo as the one responsible for getting the pirates riled up. And Ben had asked if he could eat his soul scaring the poor man into submission. Then elaborated that a good joke helps ease the mind helping to get a better game plan.

Ben is now on the side of Gargantia where he spotted the enemy fleet, dead of night Mind you, earlier they had asked Ledo for assistance and he agreed. On the condition he would be allowed to base here until he can return home.

"I hope we all know the plan here" the shapeshifter asked, "have Ledo divert any enemy ships not using heavy force while you attack from below" Ridget said over a communicator. "Got that Ledo?" Ben asked the aforementioned white hair, "affirmative" he replied.

"OW HEY WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR YOU TIN BASTARD?!?!?!" He heard Pinion hell over the radio. "What was that?" Ben asked concerned, "nothing Pinion just slipped into Chamber's cockpit and the machine shocked him" Ridget explained.

"Chamber was merely following protocols" Ledo said, "I'll take his word for it" Ben said. He was currently using long range night vision binoculars to see any enemy vessels in the night and smirked when he saw the pirate fleet.

"Target confirmed, initiating stealth approach" Ben said before jumping into the ocean as Omni, only he got Predator. "I guess this thing still hates me, either that or I just wanted to test this guy out" he shrugged before using Vicrtopus's powers to submerge beneath the surface and swim towards the pirates.

"So far so good, none of them have spotted me yet" he mused, once he was in range he was waiting for the escort fleet to begin firing. "Come on", then a light pierced through the water's surface.

"And that's my cue" Predator then flashed green and turned into Omni. Then grew to the size of WayBig, "I wonder if, do I have?" Ben then turned his arms into long orange squid like tentacles. "Squidstrictor? Man it's been years since I've used that guy" he commented before grabbing some ships from down below and steadily damaged their weapons and integrity.

"No human casualties and no death" he said before releasing a small electric pulse through the water. This had gotten into ships that were still intact and shorted out their electrical systems.

Inside the main ship a woman had been sitting on a type of command chair had spoke "what's going on?! Don't tell me we're losing in a night battle" she said.

"I regret to say this but it seems that they have the upper hand, seven ships were some how twisted and bent like nothing. And ten more were over loaded and lost power" one of her subordinates exclaimed.

"The crew that invaded that Bellows girl's ship said something about an unknown creature saying it was the protector of Gargantia. Perhaps it's attacking" another said.

"Oh then where is it?!" The Pirate Queen asked rather loudly, "right here" Omni said appearing on top of her chair. She jumped and turned as she saw the humanoid reptile, "Hello there, sorry to bare in like this but I'm not to keen on you destroying my home" he said.

"So you're the creature my men spoke of, tell me was it you who made that explosion which killed a boat full of my men or was it that flying Yunboro?" Yukkage asked.

"It was the machine but he was aiming for the dead center, I tried to get him to stop. But regardless  I'm afraid I'll have to deal with this vessel" Ben elaborated. Yukkage laughed "oh really, little you vs this entire ship?" She said sarcastically "actually yes" Ben then had lightning in his eyes as he released an electromagnetic pulse and knocked out all ships within his field.

"Like That So bye" he said becoming intangible and flying out, "Ledo I took out the rest of the ships, let's head back and try to get the fleet to move faster so we can create space" he called out to the robot.

"Understood" the two flew back to Gargantia along with the escort fleet, that was until they heard one of the men from the allied ships bellow. "Wait sonar indicates a fast moving object below the surface" he said.

"They has one more, where is it?!" "Look below", Ben and Ledo looked down to see a dark silhouette speed past them and jumped straight onto Gargantia. "You May have beaten my ships but you can't stop my soldiers" Yukkage said emerging inside a lobster like Yunboro.

along with other Yunboros, "quick back to the fleet, kick as many pirates off as you can, take no prisoners!!!" Ben yelled as he landed next to one the size of Humungosaur. "Get off my fleet!!!" Omni yelled before punching one robot in the head and made him fly off into the ocean.

"Inquiry, you're requested to surrender but will already be throw off" Chamber translated and proceeded to actually throw the pirate off the ship. "No better time to practice with Predator than now" Ben said before turning into said alien and used Tyrannopede's superior size and power to continuously throw the pirates back into the water.

Then Ledo and Ben were left with Yukkage, "you two aren't the only ones with a few special trick up your sleeves" she said before throwing one of her pincers at Ledo. The advanced machine retaliated by grabbing her arm and pulling her to the edge of the fleet. "Don't think so crazy lady" Ben fainted before roaring, and after charges the pirate straight into the air.

Ledo held her in flight while Ben used Hypnotick's wings to fly, "you two do great in the air, but let's see how you do in my element" Yukkage then grabbed Chamber's head and threw him to the ocean and grabbed Ben by the neck and pulled him down. "Don't be fooled, this form is deadlier than it looks" Predator said before growing bigger than his average size and then deployed eight tentacles.

"Prepare to feel the true wrath of an oceanic predator" the alien said before wrapping the Yunboro in his tentacles. In addition Ben grew to the size of Tyrannopede which doubled the amount of force his squeezing arms had in Yukkage's mecha. Then Chamber appeared next to her "I advise you to surrender, you're safety will be ensured as to not be eaten by this predator" Ledo elaborated.

"Surrender who the hell do you think I am?!" The Queen retorted, ben growled and swam deeper and deeper. With the added pressure to the machine, the Yunboro was starting to take on water.

"Less you want to be known as the pirate queen who died a watery grave, I suggest you surrender" he threatened. "Never, I'll never stop even if it kills me!!" She yelled back, the predator growled then swam back the surface. "Suit yourself" Ben began to spin around and after he launched Yukkage straight out of the water sending the machine with her inside a pretty far distance away.

Once the crew saw that the captain had been defeated they quickly retreated as to not leave their leader behind. Predator then breached the surface and roared, "so long as my heart is still beating, my will be as strong as a typhoon and I shall defend Gargantia!!! No one shall lay a harmful blow onto this fleet!" Ben declared letting out an even bigger roar.
