I believe that dreams are actually memories from alternative realities. I really like this theory and I'm choosing to believe it. But, it also scares me. Because, a while ago, I used to have the same exact dream over and over again. I was running through what I think was an insane asylum. But everything was a deep red. And i was running from something. I don't know what but something was trying to get me and I was terrified. I told my mom about this and she said some things:

"The fact that you were in an insane asylum isn't that bad. Almost all of the time, the really amazing and smart people, are the ones considered crazy. And you and I both know that if you're running from something in your dreams, it means that you're trying to run away from something, avoid something, or you're overwhelmed with stress and you're trying to escape it."
