Hermes's POV:

I hate my son, Chris. I hate my son, Chris. I hate my son, Chris.

Hold on lemme back a bit there, and we can start with how my day started, instead of how it's going.

You see Chris and I meet to exchange letters and mail like every other three days. Now I know what your thinking, but Hermes doesn't that make the mail process incredibly slow. Well no not really. Olympus, that being the citizens included, all know that Percy and Artemis became extremely pissed at Father randomly one day, like we aren't going to talk to you unless absolutely necessary kind of pissed. Coincidentally, since I was part of the council they banned me from ever coming into the seas as a result and only Hestia and Apollo are allowed to visit whenever.

Now why they are pissed is because the great drama queen Zeus himself refuses to acknowledge the existence of their children, and I kinda refuse to as well, mainly to not piss off thunder thighs. Though I'm beginning to questions my motives since Zeus and Athena are now only talking about gathering titans, and how they are a threat.

I saw reason and am just ignoring the problem until substantial evidence that it is a danger is brought forth because all the titans who wish us harm are either reforming like grandfather or are in their prisons, like Atlas. And I already know of Phoebe and Leto staying with Percy and Artemis, and if those two gathered are considered this group of gathering titans there's nothing to worry about.

Anyways today I'm meeting with my son for the exchanging of the mail, now it is usually mail orders and whatnot for goods. However, today after giving me the standard mail he fished out three scrolls all with Percy's and Artemis's combined seal on them, and one with Percy's sea council seal on it.

"The one with the sea council's seal is for the Olympians, and the other three is for the camps and Amazon's, deliver the latter three first as per milord's and milady's instructions. Oh and tell Chiron to read the one delivered to him on behalf of CHB to read during next mealtime" He said and I nodded and sighed knowing Zeus won't like that, but oh well.

Then he handed me five additional scrolls, four with the seals of Percy, Artemis, Hestia, and Apollo. Man do I miss him, it's been awhile since we've talked but he's pretty defensive of his sister's 'non-existent' kids. and the last one has...oh my gods..."Is this...is this...is this Lady Rhea's seal" I asked, "I haven't seen it in so long. How did you meet her. why does she want something delivered to I don't know where yet, because you haven't told me."

"father calm down" Chris instructed. "the four from the other olympians Is to be opened and read by the council after the scroll from the sea council. However, the one you have so much more interest in, is yes from rhea, and is to be delivered to Zeus after the other things for the council have been read, her instructions not mine. I meet her when she came to visit. And why she wants it delivered she didn't tell me" my son stated, and I knew at least one of the last two statements were a lie, but I'm not going to push him.

"Alright I'll get these delivered right away" I stated and flashed away

I went to CHB and delivered the scroll to Chiron, which was fairly uneventful, and he just nodded and accepted the instructions.

However where I went to next I wasn't expecting, Reyna was practicing a speech of neutrality and only fighting for the city for the coming troubling times ahead. I'll be honest I got a little worried because it really was giving off some civil war part two vibes, and I am really worried about what the sea council's scroll is now. "hey Reyna, uhh I got a delivery for you" I said, handing her the scroll cautiously. She opened and read it quickly, "You have got to be fucking kidding me" she blurted out. "No wonder they asked me to prepare for political backlash and advise me of the neutral option"

"Uhhh what now" I asked

"Perseus and Diana, asked me to prepare for this, without telling me what it is, and said neutrality is an option if Jupiter decides to act stupidly and seeing this that's the only thing he would do" She said and thunder rumbled.

"Umm ok" I stated cautiously

"If you need my response you won't get one. I need to convene the senate an emergency session so just leave me" She stated with as much authority as father and I flashed out of there quickly.

Before delivering the last scroll to Hylla who only had a slightly better reaction than Reyna and screamed at me to get my 'worthless' male self back to Olympus.

So here I am on olympus now and I have finished my mail route except for you know the one thing I have been increasingly growing in worry about.

I summoned the council and surprise surprise, not really Hestia, Artemis, Apollo, and Percy don't show up, it's not really surprising though.

"What have you called this meeting for, son" Zeus spoke bitterly

"Well you see as you all know I'm the mail boy and well we the council got some mail to go over, in a specific order per senders request, and after that Zeus has a letter, also you have mail that has been instructed to be opened after the rest of the mail" I stated, shivering a bit, because if Reyna and Hylla were anything to go off of, my father was going to absolutely hate what's in this first letter, if my assumptions are correct.

"fine start handing them over" he said, and I handed him the first scroll.

"Is this it" He thundered

"Well there is an order I have to follow and the requirements haven't been met for the others" I stated

"What's this seal. I don't recognize" Father asked.

Now I know I told you what it is, but I'm the only one outside of the seas that knows what the emblem is, because I have to know for mailing purposes of sender and who to return it too. "Oh that's the sea council, to help and advise Percy and Artemis on local policy and action" I stated, "or so I have been told by the two, as I do not know what the council's design is for"

Father looked pissed but opened the scroll nonetheless only for lightning to start striking randomly down in the mortal world.

"WHAT THEY CAN'T DO THIS" He shouted.

"Do what" Athena asked

Zeus just threw the scroll at her, and she began to read it allow.

"A Formal Declaration of Lord Percy and Lady Artemis

Lacking any substantial evidence presented to prove who the gathered Titans are, and taking into careful consideration that the gathered Titans referred to could be the peaceful titans, whom have not raised any sort of trouble against Olympus, and may have very well helped Olympus and the Olympians in the past. With further consideration into the unknown intentions of this rumored gathering, we are left with the conclusion that Olympus intends on violating the rights of free and peaceful immortal beings, for the purpose of being the only immortal beings.

Thus we and our peoples will be ignoring this proclamation by the tyrant Zeus, and any God, Goddess, Titan, Primordial, Demigod, or Nature Spirit, with peaceful intention and nature or whom is looking to turn towards that way of life, and are or planning to violate this tyrannical order is offered sanctuary and residency in our kingdom, which is, by order of this declaration, also separating itself from Olympus and declaring it's autonomy from Olympus.

"This is outrageous, and bordering a declaration of War" Athena exclaimed, and great just mother fucking chaos great. yes I used Chaos' name as a curse, and I hope Chaos kills me for it.

"What" Frank questioned, "If anything that's really just a declaration of independence from them. Like seriously you call yourself a war god and can't tell a declaration of indepence from a declaration of war" he finished deadpanning.

"How is it not a declaration of war" Athena countered

Frank just sighed like he was real tired of her bull, and honestly I was too, and she's only been back for like a month. "Tell me where in that document where exactly they are saying we plan to overthrow olympus and/or we are declaring war on olympus. All their declaration saying that they are of the belief that Zeus is not only overstepping their limits, but is also acting in an unkingly manner, and they are going to ignore his proclamation, and are by means of willing to protect other peaceful beings who are denying the order as well. and to further protect them declaring their kingdom's formal cutting off of it's political ties to Olympus" Frank countered

"why cut ties if not a prelude to war" Athena once again countered

"We still have economic relations and trade, I am sure, if we go in with level heads and neutrality in mind, we will be able to establish some sort of military alliance or guarantee. Or are you so dead set on war already that that is no longer an option" Frank pondered, though I can sense the contempt in his voice, and although a war god, he doesn't believe in war unless it is the absolute last resort of survival.

"We will finish discussing this later" Zeus ordered, already tired of the argument, as he likely wants to declare war. I for one don't.

I handed over the group of four scrolls from the individual olympians.

As it turns out all of them have resigned their titles of Olympians and will no longer show during solstice meetings, unless Zeus rescinds his 'tyrannical edict', and recognizes the children of Artemis and Percy.

Zeus seemed to be blowing a fuse but after I handed him the last letter and he read it. he threw it straight into the fire screaming in rage. "HOW DARE MOTHER BETRAY ME. SHE SHALL SUFFER FOR HER ACTIONS"

"What did mother's letter say" Hera asked

Zeus took a deep breath before speaking, "You are too resign your throne and title as king to complete a prophecy older than yourself, and are to welcome the final age in our pantheon. The age of Peace and Prosperity. And before you get your panties in a bunch no this isn't a declaration of war. this is a declaration of listen to your mother before she puts you in time out" Zeus stated highly annoyed

Frank and I were chuckling, despite the serious nature of the scrolls.

"That settles it, we are declaring War on Percy and his kingdom, and any inhabitants there of" Zeus declared.

I looked on in shock.

""If that is how you see fit to rule. To deny a prophecy older than yourself. Than I too will be resiging and declaring my intent of neutrality in this war" Frank said, and he stood up and just left, and a few moment later I could tell that he and Hazel have left for New Rome.

"Traitor" Athena mumbled

"Well I'm remaining neutral as well" Demeter and Aphrodite claimed, but they didn't resign

Zeus seemed ticked about their actions.

"I too will remain neutral I have seen nor heard no just reason to head off to war" Hephaestus said.

I sighed knowing that it was really only me left, "I...I...I'll be resigning from the council and declaring neutrality " I said and left, not before hearing father yell Traitorous bastard as I left.
